Good point Emerald. IVD Tech may have been formed specifically to support the agreement with Nanologix. During my years working in the Middle East and Far East, I observed this often, especially for marketing or support contracts. They were almost always set up by experienced individuals from other businesses.

That said, it would be nice to know more about the company or its principals. If anyone does discover additional info, please let the board know.
