So “finalizing two year audit” meant one year?
The tweet by the company on March 13th seems to indicate 2 years of audited financials.
Question is, does the lawyer and company know they are open?
Strange though how we’ve seen this narrative play out multiple times before. Is it the auditor? Give us a real update. Get it filed.
The last two updates were almost identical, essentially saying they were finalizing. Two weeks later where is the filing? It has been over two months since the update was it’ll likely be done in three days. We deserve legit updates without all the ambiguity.
What do you think they might be? Do you think there has been a share reduction?
How about a real update w specifics? Where’s the filing? It should have been done by now based on previous updates.
Ten plus years of this. Shareholders deserve to know what's going on. The updates given don't make sense.
How do we make sense of what was posted on January 25th and February 8th. Especially the February 8th post by the company. It's now the 18th of March. Oh, and then also what was posted on June 30th of 2022 (Note: there are two posts on this date).
If the company is paying a professional, then there is a reasonable deadline. One would assume all relevant financial info was provided. How on earth could things have been so close that the company had the impression a submission could happen the week of the 25th of January and yet they are hammering things out 6 weeks later? What is going on? Lets have an update that isnt essentially “still workin with the auditor”. Thats already assumed.
I don’t think that I was asserting anything about the company meeting deadlines. I was asserting they should announce deadlines and meet them.
Why? Deadlines are good. Meeting deadlines develops trust and confidence and accountability. I would still love to know why it was even conceivable this could have been submitted late January and yet something has delayed us now a month and a half. Makes no sense.
Doesn’t matter. I think most here figured or hoped they were working on things. The update offers nothing meaningful. They could play this narrative for months.
That tells us nothing. How does it go from 3 days to now 7 weeks? What is holding this up and what is the timeframe. Remember, we’ve seen this movie before. Delays and then a switch in the plan. Then delays. Give a real update.
A month and a half since we heard it’ll be 3 days for submittal. That doesn’t make sense. Shareholders deserve an update.
What meeting?
It was a matter of days on January 25th. When things are off, you update shareholders.
And yet that’s what we were told January 25th—it would be coming end of that week. Trust isn’t high right now.
It almost seems like distraction news. Look, I am optimistic, but this has happened in some form or other numerous times. How can auditors be so far off on timelines that 3 days becomes 5 weeks. It doesn’t reflect much confidence, and if you give a very miscalculated timeline, update shareholders. It’s simple.
Another week gone by. What is the delay?
It was the 25th of January we were told 3 days. 3 days to almost 5 weeks is way off. Whats the explanation? The company did come through twice w the DTC chill removal and I believe audited financials 7 years ago, but over the last few years its been plan initiated and plan changed repeatedly. We need a real update.
By the way, this idea that accountants aren't good with deadlines is ridiculous. All they deal with are deadlines. Ever heard of tax time?
3 days is now 3 weeks. Why are the timelines always like this? An update is necessary.
Have you heard of White Space?
So, essentially a nothing update. WE already were anticipating they were "prepared" to do that, but why is it that there has been a two week delay? Give a real update. What new people don't realize is that this has been the pattern before. An application will be announced, and then after weeks, it will be said oh we had the wrong approach and now we are doing something else. This JUST happened in December. Then, suddenly we'll get an announcement that the strategy or plan has changed. After we wait for weeks or months. We should be given a real update and a real time line.
The company has come through before…but, this pattern of being told something is happening and then predicting dates, then weeks or months go by, and then suddenly a new plan is the strategy has also happened many times. An update after the one given two weeks ago would be good.
Seems like the same thing again. Any luck reaching out to the company?
3 days until filing is now at two weeks. Where’s an update on what the issue is?
Was there an explanation for why financials weren’t filed last week as predicted? Now at the end of another week with nothing.
Where are the filings?
Can you trade on td ameritrade?
Is it anticipated the uplist will happen soon, or is that not likely for several more weeks/months?
Is something actually happening that will impact this stock?
Where are the merger docs?
When will we learn the names of these companies?
Did the deal close on the 4th? Where’s the announcement?
Is something happening?
What about the buyback?
Does anyone have a summary of what was discussed? Anything good? What was the mistake?
It would be great to see an update
True. Is the company at all responsive? Have you tried the email and phone on the latest filing?
