It takes money? Are you hinting that money issues are delaying this? Why are there never any specifics or legit timelines provided? This approach of vague, useless updates does not give investors confidence.
With a 5 billion dollar deal supposedly happening, how is it that filings aren't on time? Seriously, what's with the lack of updates for several weeks now?
Does this mean there is no “surprise” as hinted yesterday
Yeah, the financials don’t seem like they’d take long to complete. Why hasn’t the company indicated when this will be done. Will this impact the merger? It’s simple give shareholders an update, a clear timeline, and a serious plan.
Yes, is Cornerstone supposed to be keeping things up to date with shareholders. These are major developments. How can shareholders trust a company that won’t give detail in updates?
It’s important to Update shareholders with specifics. The company is on the Expert Market again. What is the plan? What is the holdup?
Is that a fact? Are you asserting the paid purchase orders the company posted were fabrications? How did you reach your conclusions? Admittedly the claims of a deal worth billions is a big claim. Shareholders deserve an update.
Where do we stand? Last update said things were in the home stretch w FINRA, but now we are sent to the Expert Market. The company should update shareholders with a clear idea of what is going on and timelines moving forward.
Are you kidding me? After all these years trying to get uplisted, the company lets this go back to the Expert market?
Is this the new delay after the quiet period? Now everything can be delayed 3-6 months because of the accountant? The pattern stays consistent.
Incompetence isn’t the same thing as scamming. Was White Space made into a movie? Which product isn’t real? Be specific for once.
The truth is, I think most shareholders, while they may get frustrated with delays or changes in plans, would be far more loyal to the company if they’d be clear and honest about what’s going on and what the delays are about etc. Instead there are repeated allusions to “soon” or it’s happening “in days”. Then radio silence. Then a sudden shift in plans.
When will the company start dealing in specifics instead of fluff and indeterminant deadlines of soon and in days? If real things are happening, then it should be easy!
How does the company justify it’s lack of communication to its shareholders regarding what’s going on with the supposed merger? Does trust matter or not?
If a company asserts things are happening and indicates a timeline, and that proves to be way off, the very first thing shareholders deserve is an update. Things feel off and that doesn’t create trust, which is paramount in business.
This pattern has played out many times over the years. Exactly. Claim a plan, working for an uplist or merger, then the assertions of things will happen soon or in days, then finally the silent period. Then that’s when things seem to go wrong and suddenly a new plan emerges that is a 180 from the original plan. Then another 3 to 6 months of new delays.
What was it that made them think in days this would be done over a month ago? In the past this type of delay and silence has meant a shift in the plans. A completely different direction. They should update us as to what is happening
How do you not provide an update after hinting things were within days of being complete? I’m guessing all shareholders have serious concerns. If the timeline changes you update shareholders.
Wasn’t the last update indicating this would be complete after a week? If you miss deadlines by a mile and don’t update shareholders, confidence is lost. Really simple if things are on the up and up.
What’s the story behind the delay? Shareholders are seriously doubting everything is good. So easy to provide an update on what’s wrong or delayed.
Is there a reason there is no clear or updated timeline? Weeks ago it was implied a decision was imminent. When timelines aren’t met, it gives investors the impression something is seriously wrong, especially here where the track record has been less than stellar. What exactly is the holdup?
And yet, I didn’t see a response. I’ve been here since 2011. I understand perfectly. Pretty sure you were among those claiming this would never get off the gray market. Correct? So…what is the scam? Was it White Space? Was it getting uplisted? Is it the claims to IP’s? Be specific for once.
Shareholders deserve an update. It was indicated something would happen in days and several weeks have passed. Trust matters.
What is the scam? Was White Space made? Was it uplisted from the gray market? Ok then.
Right, so if the communication gives an impression something will happen within days, it’s obvious you’d want to provide an update if weeks pass with nothing.
It’s simple. Have a real plan and vision for the investors to see. Don’t deal in vague statements that are meaningless. Accountability and honesty are paramount.
Nobody thinks the company controls those timelines. When do you anticipate the merger happening? Clearly the company, for some reason thought in days two weeks ago. Was there some major hold up.
Seems vague, which is what we expect.
It seems like the goal posts are being moved yet again. Why say “coming days” and let weeks go by. You mentioning buzz words like very close is the same thing. After over a decade of seeing this type of updating pattern, why not give an update that actually happens as stated and within the timeframe expected. Yes, companies do this all the time.
There is no clear plan for shareholders, which includes clear timelines. That means zero accountability.
Shareholders deserve better. Let’s see some results.
Where is the update? What is the delay? It’s best not to indicate something will happen within the next week if you aren’t certain it will. This has happened time and time again. It doesn’t bring trust and confidence the company knows what it’s doing. So…where are things now. Give us an update if things have changed.
Is there a reason we can’t get a clear update as to what the next steps are and what the plan is? Like what are we waiting for and when is it happening? Its not difficult.
Is there a plan here? What are we waiting for? Month after month…nothing.
Which is when? This has been drawn out forever. Are there any real updates?
Great to having filing, but how about an update on what is actually going on and what is the timeline?
What’s the plan here? Nothing? We have no clue what is going on. What is the timeline?
