Go back and see that Dennis Shen was still with BEHL for some period of time after they hired Monique, this gave them time to develope <SIC> a relationship of sorts. Now we've seen how Shen shows back up at the slum and by using an alias and pretending to be someone else, he begins to campain <SIC> to bring himself back into BEHL and taking things over and running the show. Wrap your head around the idea that everybody was out to steal the intellectual rights to the Low Cost PBR system and have it for themselves by rolling it into another company and leaving the share holders behind holding BEHL with no rights to the PBR system or the revenue from it.

The funny part is that while these crybabies are still bashing anyone associated with Behl. their leader the Big Bash is probably accumulating cheapies while still shacking the tree.

So a shorter that has a brain would not touch this thing with a ten foot pole at this point because there is no money to be made here at this level, it is the highest risk possible and like all traders is subject to the pathetic volume present. But unlike the other traders they would have the highest risk of losing money at this point because there is no further decline to profit from and infinite losses ahead.

You are right and truth of it was, they were close to producing and funds ran out. I believe in many ways it was not necessarily to mislead or lie, it was to mask and be brought out. No I dont have black and white to back this up, but the missing funds are unacounted for after a certain officer had to "redo" the books. I wonder why the funds are now missing AFTER that took place, then the computer with the records on it shows up missing. Weird... Nothing to back that, but hmmm....

You are correct, failed at hiring the correct people for the correct job, but I have done the same as the face they put on is sometimes a mask. Not saying it is ok. I dont believe he was intentionally misleading, I think he didnt have a handle on everything as he should and thought things were going the way they should.

One thing I have been seeing that drives me up the way is the constant battering of Dennis Fisher. Point of that statement is, the people who are being commended (the thieves etc.) are the people who did not do thier jobs dilligently and are at fault as well, if not more than DF. I say that because DF wanted the company to succeed and he had drained many avenues that were once available to continue his trek.

If my company couldnt pay me and I didnt believe in thier system (mind you they held high positions with vast knowledge of the company) I would run the first day they couldnt pay me. I have obligations that I will not let lapse. If I did, I would blame myself, not someone else as its my decision.

This is all very confusing. DVJ was to produce revinue for all parties involved and all parties involved, including the scum at the slum knew that BEHL was having financial difficulties as most, if not all start up companies do, but rather than push the thing foreward with the cooperation of all and let BEHL make up any lagging payments with the expected future revinues, it seems that many people decided to take advantage of the finacial situation and instead of sticking togeather in the common interest of all, it seems that they used the situation as an excuse to steal all of the hard work and investments of the shareholers.
