A completely new kind of crazy is now being discussed with respect to BEHL on other parts of the netz...

Tax credits for the theft of your BEHL property as a shareholder?

Here is what you need?

A description of your loss - computers, harvestor, IP, astaxanthin, etc....
• The date of occurrence - 12/10/2010 for the computers, since 1 October 2010 for DVJ
• Proof that you owned the property - your shareholder information from your account should be fine, the IRS understands that shareholders are owners
• Proof of the original cost of the property - may be "reasonably" estimated - this is cost in use, not what it can be purchased for elsewhere - always under estimate here
• The fair market value at the time of loss - may be "reasonably" estimated - this is cost in use, not what it can be purchased for elsewhere - always under estimate here
• The amount of any reimbursement you received. - this will be $0

This is super insane stuff. Anyone who does this deserves the audit they should get from the IRS.

Firstly, the only "evidence" of theft at BEHL head quarters is some random anonymous guy on an internet forum saying it.

But, let's set that crazy stuff aside and assume it's completely true - ie stuff was stolen from BEHL head quarters. And, let's assume you had a reasonable inventory and value of what was stolen.

Now let's assume there is a precedent for a common shareholder to be able to write off a loss in this way (I know of none).

Given all that, you would still have to figure out what percentage of ownership of those assets that the stock you hold represents. Let's say you owned 150 million shares at the time of the incident. That would still represent a very small fraction of overall shares outstanding. But, it's an impossible task anyway since no one (not even DF but that may be another lie) knows the total number of outstanding shares.

This story gets nuttier all the time. I do hope the promoter of this very bad advice will one day reap what he sows.

Give us this day our daily bread... and lead us not into temptation (ie don't be a greedy fool)...

I do not have a premium acct, not sure getting one is worth what Ihub wants. If you PM me, include an email and I will reply.
