Regardless, if you guys are depending on the decision for me to have an executed agreement with BEHL as the basis for your investment, that's a pretty sad state of affairs. Why does it matter?

It matters since there isn't anything else. If you have checked out BEHL tech and have seen something you like and actually have money to throw at it then something interesting might happen. Otherwise it's looking pretty grim.
