You are right and truth of it was, they were close to producing and funds ran out. I believe in many ways it was not necessarily to mislead or lie, it was to mask and be brought out. Objective and idea were there, end was seemingly close, funds ran out. I think if there was another million in the pocket of BEHL it would have completed the first project. just my opinion

I'm skeptical about this because if he really had what he said he had don't you think he could have found some funding from some other source? There are lots of people out there (venture capitalists, angel investors, Foundations concerned about the environment, etc) who would have funded it if they could be convinced that it worked.

The other reason for my skepticism on this point is that there are other algae technology companies out there who have been at it longer than BEHL was, have more equipment, more employees and a lot more funding (one company has gone through 80 million without a commercial product yet) and none of them has done what DF claimed he was going to do.

No I dont have black and white to back this up, but the missing funds are unacounted for after a certain officer had to "redo" the books. I wonder why the funds are now missing AFTER that took place, then the computer with the records on it shows up missing. Weird... Nothing to back that, but hmmm....

Money from the sale of shares is unaccounted for - millions of it. My opinion is that anyone who was a part of mis-managing or mis-appropriating that money needs to be held accountable.

You are correct, failed at hiring the correct people for the correct job, but I have done the same as the face they put on is sometimes a mask. Not saying it is ok. I dont believe he was intentionally misleading, I think he didnt have a handle on everything as he should and thought things were going the way they should.

And when those people did not perform I bet you were on top of the situation and you let them go which is what a good manager has to do.

The two areas in which I feel strongly DF misled shareholders were the selling of shares when he said he would not and the ridiculous BNPD "partnership" that was to bring in revenue for BEHL (at first). Then, it got even more ridiculous when BNPD was going purchase BEHL assets in exchange for worthless BNPD shares and BEHL would exist as a construction arm of BNPD.

I'll bet you a "beverage of your choosing" that a reverse split will happen to all remaining BEHL shareholders within the next 3 months.

Give us this day our daily bread... and lead us not into temptation (ie don't be a greedy fool)...

I do not have a premium acct, not sure getting one is worth what Ihub wants. If you PM me, include an email and I will reply.
