THANKS! Always a good sign. I remember they had DOD contracts so they must of had a DUNS number.
Anyone know if SFOR has a DUNS number? I recall hearing that they did, but just want to make sure.
Why do you put on the agenda voting on hiring a high-profile accountant, raising executive pay, and voting on frequency of executive pay raises if there's not any good news...especially a week after filings are due? I'm stoked.....
The Companies compared with SFOR in the report is impressive. To be part of that four is amazing.....several of them are multi-billion dollar companies. And, to say it's a key vendor too? Just blue skies if you invest..

i've posted this before, but found a PDF. need $2500 to buy the actual report. not gonna happen for me lol.
Hang on to your seats folks :)
How much you want to bet the folks at SFOR are all jumping up and down last night and this morning once news of Microsoft's filing became public. 6.4 billion in revenue for Azure alone. WE don't know the terms of the reasonable licensing fees paid by Microsoft to SFOR but i do know one thing, licensing fees can be paid a flat rate per year, or they can be percentage based dependent upon sales. AND, this is yearly event. NOBODY pays a one time fee to license someone else's IP or product for LIFE or in perpetuity. I guess you can contract for anything, but Blank Rome and Associates are not stupid attorneys. They're savvy, smart-minded, money greedy attorneys and that's a good thing :) Just think rationally everyone!!! SFOR is tied with the success of Azure.....my 3 cents.
Would love to see that post since i'm new here. A couple of things, licensing deals are contractual by nature and not the product of any judicial mandate/decision. It's a private party dealing, but can also be as a result of arbitration or simply a product of settlement negotiations. Tying up the court system for a licensing deal implies there was a contract already in place (offer + acceptance + consideration) and that there was a breach....that's why people generally sue. So I'd love to see the context because I don't believe there was a pre-existing licensing deal. But, let's not forget that Kay is a busy man, may have answered a question in a different context, or read a question in a different context, or the biggest reason...was under a NDA. Who know's? But good catch! I'm sure we can solve this mystery. Just giving you my 3 cents. THREE CENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SFOR!!!!!!!!!!!!
In my experience a non-disclosure agreement would prevent details about the licensing terms. Big corporations don't like to advertise they're wrong. Shakes confidence in shareholders. Oh by the way....why have a non disclosure agreement if the settlement of 10 mil was inclusive of everything else? That was public knowledge. It's because they're shielding the public from the monetary terms of the licensing deal. Standard. So to those of you who claim the public settlement of 10 mil covered the licensing deal, ask yourself why did they keep confidential the terms? At the end of the don't we're all speculating....just trying to stay optimistic. I respect everyone's opinions....and all the opposing viewpoints as well. They serve to keep us grounded and also to deter us from making rash financial decisions. Fingers crossed three cents tomorrow!
There's no such thing as free licensing. SFOR was to receive fair licensing fees. Rome and Associates would never walk away with a settlement that didn't account for future licensing fees. Why else go through all the trouble of a lawsuit. Plus, if a reasonable licensing deal was not hashed out, the attorneys would get sued for malpractice. We are talking about licensing folks not a buyout. That's what you call it if they paid a one time fee to keep using SFOR technology for free in perpetuity. They did not buy us out. What's reasonable? One percent......that means $64,000,000. What's realistic? 1/10th of one percent. Going up tomorrow folks :)
whenever these paid hacks come in after some good news (and we only hear from them after momentum), they blatantly try to scare people because they want to soak up cheap shares! Just confirms that we are going up whenever i read their posts.
AMAZING NEWS! Thanks for posting the information! Azure takes in 120,000 new subscriptions a month and is a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. With SFOR receiving reasonable licensing fees, this is going to blow up!!!! So glad I bought more shares today :)
LOL!!!!!!
I was a fool. Sold OWCP yesterday to put into SFOR. In the end, i think it will be the right move. SFOR is an investment after strong DD. OWCP may be a good investment too, but i'm not yet comfortable with treating it as as such yet. The people on the SFOR board are very intelligent, motivated, and think ahead in the long run. Really like that.
Not too late to buy some more. I just added some today because once the financials come out, or a settlement, or a buyout, it will sky rocket.
Good Article Today:
Yeah I agree. This is more of what it says, but I do not have a subscription. It's really for industry personnel but this points out that SFOR is considered very highly by insiders in the industry. Even they recognized SFOR as one of the most important vendors.

two thumbs up.....
Can't wait till this crosses into .10!!!!
thank you for the vid
I have a feeling today's going to be a good day! Will definitely break 2 cents. Did i say cents???? Crazy this stock is still this cheap....GO SFOR!!!!
I'm a noob. OWCP and SFOR are the first two stocks i've ever bought. Appreciate you taking the time to do these videos. They're very helpful to someone like me....and I suspect there are a lot like me who view your vids. Thanks again. You probably don't get that enough.
Thanks. I saw that too but there seemed to be different options. Would be nice to nail down for sure. If it's a major Accounting Firm, then I think there'll be some fantastic news on the horizon...why hire a big accounting firm??? Go SFOR!!!!
Anyone know the website for Weingburgh and Co? Seems to be several different variations out there. Would like to research them and see what they're known for....their offerings history, the companies they represent on the OTC or NASDAQ, etc...
OMG
Anybody see that Raytheon acquired a cyber security firm called Websense? This is the trend of the future ladies and gents. Raytheon is going into the Cyber Security business and is calling their cyber security unit FORCEPOINT. Sounds familiar lol :)
GO SFOR!!!!!
Your posting was the first time I even noticed it!!! But I did check the Internet wayback archive website and its been there for a couple years. BUT, if it wasn't, I was gonna borrow another thousand because that's what we would call a CLUE lol.
Thanks for bringing it up. It does show that the company believed their product applicable everywhere and that they thought it was going to be a world-wide necessity!!! In it for the long game.
That was there before....a long time ago. I'm 100% long for SFOR (new to the family btw) but just want people to get accurate facts. People invest in hard earned money and deserve in making informed decisions. I checked the internet way back machine to verify. Don't want people thinking the European angle was a recent addition. But it does show foresight in international marketing and belief in their products.
Good luck everyone!!!! Also, every honest SFOR investor here make sure you spread the word on SFOR in Facebook, Twitter, etc to all your friends! Someone just published an SFOR advertisement a few messages back and you can share it on social media!!!!!
Thanks all. Good to be here. Let me just add that I just read Helter's post that's been pinned at the top. It's pretty misleading IMO in several ways. I just read the contract in question and also all the interviews from Mark Kay subsequent to that. Encourage everyone to do the same and see what I see. I'm not the type to tell people what they should or shouldn't do, except to draw their own conclusion. First thing i will note is that this contract (with an option to purchase the patent) was from August 2015 and not August 2016....as soon as I realized that i just read the rest of his post with a jaundiced eye and did my own research in the past 30 minus. I do appreciate his opinion though...we are all entitled to it with respect.
New to the SFOR family although I've been watching this stock for 6 months during the trips. Transparency....also new to OTCB.
But, it's taken me 6 months to finally pull the trigger, because i'm a cheapo with my money. SFOR is definitely an investment. Yeah you can trade and make money, but for those of you who paid .025..don't worry. It will go up in value pending legal resolutions, increased cyber security awareness, increased retail sales, and so on and so forth. It's a legit product with real, real-world application. The litigation aspect is very promising in that various scheduling milestones are indicative of settlement talks. The 8 catalyst discussion is spot on so I won't rehash it here. There will be additional ups and downs, but I am confident in my 6 month long due diligence. I wish I bought in the trips (lingo i picked up here) but I feel just as good buying this week. More importantly, I wanted to buy before the start of the new fiscal year.
thanks ent and rump
New investor. Have been watching SFOR for half a year. What's the best brokerage to trade penny stocks? TDAm ok? planning on transferring a couple thousand to get in the game. Also heard it will take a few days before I can start?
