I agree but we do know China finished paying a million and ordered five more devices. Those five devices will come with more orders for reusable test kits and that’s where the big money is. And, more importantly, they paid it off which means they are going to grow it in China. Why would they pay it off if they weren’t going to grow??? The market is huge....

Doesn’t matter how much. It sets precedence and strengthens their patent defensibility. Federal judges are supposed to respect the decision of their counterparts so it makes future cases more promising.

Agreed but fortunately what we have to fall back on is a legitimate company and if they’ve been working on a PR then dotting I’s and crossing t’s add to the legitimacy and potential of something big. Better to have quality PRs and nonsense pumps.

Here, if it’s true and a “final judgement” was rendered, then it’s most likely a settlement based on the pacer activity (IMO). Just don’t see where, based on the pleadings, a judge would have ruled against the Plaintiff without responsive hearings or motions. And, if a CEO is releasing a PR, it’s because of good news. You don’t pay for bad news PRs.

Reread their 12/20/17 PR. I’m going to hold them to their promise of a new product launch at the WSWA Convention this year. They’ve obviously been targeting that event since last year and have had plenty of time to get it ready. If they do a new product launch we are the lucky few that got in before and don’t have to chase.
