There's no such thing as free licensing. SFOR was to receive fair licensing fees. Rome and Associates would never walk away with a settlement that didn't account for future licensing fees. Why else go through all the trouble of a lawsuit. Plus, if a reasonable licensing deal was not hashed out, the attorneys would get sued for malpractice. We are talking about licensing folks not a buyout. That's what you call it if they paid a one time fee to keep using SFOR technology for free in perpetuity. They did not buy us out. What's reasonable? One percent......that means $64,000,000. What's realistic? 1/10th of one percent. Going up tomorrow folks :)
