Do you think the MMs are suckering more people to enter before they dump before market close? I know MMs and daytraders do not like hold a stock over the weekend. I hope they will not do what they did to ATWT, waiting for suckers to get IN before dumping like crazy.
Hi Rick. We (a group of ordinary investors/accountants) were, and are still interested in PIAM strategically. However, there were some negative posts about this company and we would like to have some more paperwork of the company on our DD files. We are working a few things "here and there" just to establish the legitimacy of the company. Pictures would be great too. I wish we could meet you guys personally in the near future. We have done a lot of research and are pleased with what is going on with PAIM so far.

That's what I'm talking about
70b - 65%(insider holdings) - 11.4B(already approved)- (another 20%)- (what me and you have) = ???? do the math. If we happen to buy the remaining float, then shorts are in big big trouble.
Then I think we both could be possibly owning about 100Mil between me and you (just some guesswork).
That would be even better for you coz I believe you paid $0.0001, and I assume you have more than 10Mil just because you are up to date with the company's operations.
I was being conservative with my numbers, but if we use the bid price of 0.0001, then that amounts to 14.8Billion, which is even better.
Here are some mistakes that short-term bag holders do: Assume that we both have 10 million shares each costing each one of us $2,000. Then the stock prices shoots to $0.028 (my own prediction). You would easily be tempted to sell; say 5Mil at this price.
If you sell 5mil x .028 = $140,000.
Someone like me (long-term investor) would buy your shares on the open market for $140,000. Now I will be having 15mil.
Because of the bumpy road ahead, you decide to sell the remaining 5 mil shares at, say $0.035
$0.035 x 5 mil = $175,000 (I again buy your 5 mil shares at $175,000 giving me a total of 20Mil shares)
Your total proceeds = 140000+175000 = $315,000
Your total gain would be $315,000 - $2,000 = $313,000 (Not bad at all, but then you would owe the IRS short-term capital gains at about 25% tax rate because you held the stock for less than 12 months)
25% x 313,000 = $78,250 tax
Your take home would be 313,000 - 78,250 = $234,750
Now, my total cost would be $2,000 + 140,000. + 175000 = $317,000
But, I wait for 1 year to sell the 20 Mil at 0.28 (my own prediction)
Thus, 20mil x .28 = $5,600,000
Minus my cost 317,000
$5,283,000 x 15% Long-term capital tax rate
Tax = 792,450
Take home = 5,283,000 - 792,450 = $4,490,550
P.S. this only shows the advantages of holding a stock for over 1 year with everything being equal and the company’s earnings act as a catalyst for the PPS increase IMO.
These are my own opinions and should not be used to buy or sell a stock.
I believe these numbers are attainable because the company has not only one, but various operations. Some of which have substantial revenues. "Substantial revenues" in this context is relative to the PPS of $0.0002. I am glad I found this company at this price, I believe at the right time. I know some companies that do not even have any revenues, but are currently priced above $0.003 (not to be confused with $0.0003). SMMW’s operations can be classified as active and positive, with the objective of improving shareholder value IMO. I am deep into this one because I have never seen one like it. It has some characteristic that would only be found at the big boards e.g. acquisitions (one of my favorite catalyst). Paying $0.0002 for what I see in it is just like finding a goldmine in my backyard.
This is all my own opinion
Even though these numbers are my own break-down and analysis, you should NOT assume that they are accurate. This is just my own DD. Do your own DD, and if you think what you come up with makes sense, then post those ideas so that we may have some input on them.
Many year at the big boards. They all came from the PRs. You need to be careful not to double-count however. One of the PR gave a summary of how many O/S there were to date and another PR gave an amount approved to date for share buy-backs. Careful with the dates though, and reading in between the lines, e.g. some shares were not bought by the company but the insiders gave them away for retirement. Do you want me to paste the links where I got the numbers? Actually, go to yahoo finance and type SMMW, then click on news.
$0.028 in the short-term because of supply and demand, plus the short squeeze scenario.
$0.28 within a year IMO. The $0.28 long-term would only be applicable upon completing any mergers and acquisitions that will ultimately generate enough revenues and positive earnings. IMO
However, and insiders can sacrifice his shares and have them retired. That's what Dan Burgess and Ian Lamphere did in may.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060509/20060509005898.html?.v=1
I have a feeling that the company and the insiders have retired more shares but kept it down so as to give those short sellers a knock-out (TKO) If my assumptions are correct, then see you at $0.28. Just a PR about the current buy-back position would move SMMW as we stand. IMO
IMO 3,805,833,333 (3.8Billlion) is naked short
69,955,000,000 shares O/S as of Friday June 16
$1,148,000.00 approved for repurchase (say @0.00015) = 7,653,333,333 shares cancelled
69,955,000,000
7,653,333,333
62,301,666,667
Now, If insiders hold 65%, then 62,301,666,667 x .65 = 40,496,083,333 insider holding
Float = 35% x 62,301,666,667 = 21,805,833,333 float
Using your analysis, if there are 6,000 ordinary investors with an average of 3 mil shares, then,
3,000,000 x 6,000 = 18,000,000,000 shares are owned by us (ordinary investors), leaving about
21,805,833,333 - 18,000,000,000 = 3,805,833,333 shares (could be possible Naked short or float left for investors to fight for assuming all of the 6,000 investors maintain their shares, i.e. they do not sell)
Company has reduced its total shares issued and outstanding by more than five percent to 69,955,000,000 shares Friday June 16
Company retired and cancelled 300 million shares of outstanding common stock
The now approved buy back of up to $1,148,000.00 of Company common stock will continue to be implemented at the price per share relative to Buyins.net's calculated "SqueezeTrigger."
Insider ownership and company purchases are always accounted differently (They are mutually exclusive). SMMW is a separate entity from the insiders (management). When insiders buy SMMWs shares, they are also known as “investors”. Shares that insiders hold are considered part of the outstanding shares. Once a company (SMMW) purchases its shares, it often cancels them or keeps them as treasury shares, and reduces the number of shares outstanding in the process.
You forgot to subtract company buy-backs. How many shares has the company bought back todate?
True. I have been observing his posts and they seem out of place. He/She needs to read PR without adding, deleting, ignoring, or substituting any words. Yahoo finance is always up to date with PRs and it's all free. Investing in a stock is not about being street smart (but it can be for day traders). One has to be able to read and analyze the context and timing of a PR.
I respect your comments, but, have you been keeping an eye on PAIM lately? This so called naked short squeeze was kinda wiped out of PAIM when the MMs brought the stock back to its belly and whoever was supposed to deliver the 90% share s back to the company was able to deliver 80% of it at very low prices. What makes you think that there is still a significant amount of NSS with SMMW. These shorts at SMMW might have been covered in the past week when the MMs tried to bring it back to 0.0001 but in vein. My point is, Look at the long term as a back up, just incase the momentum is sucked out by the MMs behind the scenes.
I agree. I will look at Friday's volume and configure a weighted average into your estimated number. Of course the three previous volumes numbers will have to come into play, plus some probabilities.
Thanks serfdom. As per "How you would arrive at income applicable to commons is beyond me" question, I will engage in a little bit of algebra for an estimated figure. I will post my ideas and numbers soon. Stay strong coz I believe Friday's sales were all short sales nomatter how naive the sellers are. PAIV/PAVC is not the kind of stock to mess with for now. It's amazing that people do not learn from others' mistakes. Can you imagine being asked to cover a position at $12 when you sold for only $7?
What a mess. The intelligent always win in the stock market. GOOOO management!. Keep it up PAVC. Do your thing coz no one has a right to mess with "market forces + capitalism." GOOD earnings” is what we need to give these ______ a dose of their medicine.
Hey whatshisname, true, revenue is a factor here, but, if you ever took some financial analysis classes in college, you will realize that the most critical numbers are the “net income” numbers i.e.
Earnings per share (EPS) = net income/shares outstanding (O/S}
PE ratio = share price/EPS
Now, management is entitled to act to its discretion to improve these ratios in the manner it deems appropriate. Thus, even if the CEO quoted a different estimated revenue figure compared to the one you anticipated, then, these figures would still be considered credible because it is an ‘estimate’. It could be higher or lower.
Also, just for you, If SMMW bought back shares, then they have a right to retire them and reduce the outstanding shares. Of course the inside purchase is considered part of the O/S, meaning that, if they hold a substantial amount, then we would be left with very few shares to trade amongst ourselves, thus bumping up the price per share(PPS). I Hope that SMMW buys a bunch if its share and retire them. I hope that SMMW gets a clean audit report. I hope that “we” the ordinary investors hold a huge percentage of the float so that the demand surpasses the supply. I hope that this company makes a genuine turnaround with the objectives of being listed in the NASDAQ and may be the NYSE in the next years. I am glad that it is not an ordinary tech company, but something more like Walt Disney.
Hey, whatshisname. New on the board here (and because I have millions of share in SMMW, I can post here too). The word “accretive” means rowing in size by external addition. Often used to refer to an acquisition which is expected to increase earnings per share. (Hey, just read your previous mail)

Fundamental Analysis
This investment strategy involves evaluating a stock by examining the company, especially its operations and its financial condition. Here we look at several valuation methods, factoring in price/earnings ratio, PEG, dividend yields, book value, price/sales ratio, and return on equity.
No offense, but I like SMMW for now, and hopefully for the future. I like fishing at the bottom of the lake. SMMW fits my potential catch. I might hold it for over a year so as to avoid short term capital gains taxation.
Hey you all. Can anyone here post actual data on outstanding share after the split? I'd like to do some financial analysis on PAVC to determine how much the company needs to earn this coming quarter in order to meet some of the qualifications to be on the big boards. This analysis would also provide an estimate of whether PAVC would be undervalued or overvalued after the earnings report and how high it can go. Hey, I like doing this for fun (also because I am an accountant). I made some money with PAIV and still admire it despite of what is going on. All the skeptics need to know that management is well educated and qualified to achieve all the objectives that were stated in previous PRs and I would rather put my money where there is honesty, transparency, and accountability. Yea, PAVC meets all these criteria IMO. I have a strong feeling that PAVC will surpass the previous earnings (thought not substantial but positive). I bought PAIV and CPNE at the same time using the same analysis. CPNE just came out with record earnings last week and the stock is now up 60% in 4 days.
P.S. I am all about fundamental and financials, and my favorite ratios are: PE and EPS ratios. This is an excellent pick to fish for at its bottom. It is still undervalued. IMO. Good things happen to those who wait. From a tax analysis aspect, any gains generated from holding PAVC for over 12 months will be taxed as long term capital gains (15%-20%). Gains upon holding it in less than 12 months will be taxed at about 25% .
We will deal with you guys first and let the SEC worry about these other issues. Glad you emailed me, we now have to dig you up too.
Don't care about the letter. I read a long string of posts published about PIAM this past week that made me get sick to my stomach to a point of loosing 50% of my investment in PAIM (several thousands of dollars). If these strings of posts are found to be a lies, then, someone will have to cure my pain. Like I said, I'm new in penny stock and this is a big shock to me that someone could stay up until dawn publishing articles that would ultimately crash a company's stock and hurt innocent investors.
I really do not care buddy. Yes, I am new on the board (maybe Naive when it comes to pennystocks). That is why someone has to pay for losses yesterday. I have engaged some help to research PAIM and if I find out there were lies published about this company by the bashers, then, someone will have to pay.
Let the courts decide on that.
I am willing to sue the bashers that have been exposed, for all the losses we might have suffered. If they get paid to lie about a stock, then I believe I have all the legal rights to be compensated for any losses I have suffered due to these lies. Actually, someone mentioned that the so called "Janice shell" was once sued by Business week. Since this case should be on public record, could anyone help me locate this case? I need to do a background check on this "Janice Shell". Someone has to pay for the losses I suffered yesterday. If anyone has time, please compile all the messages she has published on this board. The company might just as well recoup some compensation from any lies posted on this board by the paid bashers. I believe some of this might end up in a criminal court of law. Maybe the SEC might even decide to take action on these characters if found guilty. However, someone has to make a move and get rid of these illegal activities in penny stocks.
That ask price is what the ordinary investor will have to pay, at that particular moment, for PAIM. Yes, bid of MMs drives the stock, but if the ask price goes up, then investors would rush to get in before the purchase price went up further. Which college of business did you say you graduated from? Have you ever bought a stock at bid price before?
Aha. The truth is finally out.

ogclip! I agree with you. The only way of popping this thing out of its cage is by Management buying back and reducing the amount of outstanding shares. Ie, the fewer the o/s shares the more people will have to pay for them. Your observation on the L2 behaviour could be right by all means.
It was just that there was so many MASSIVE trades all in the amount of 9M. I figured it had to be the company buying back, which i would expect to effect the PPS, but didn't seem to...
If you look at the trades, and the amounts. The last 15 minutes (when the copmany is not allowed to buyback shares by law) the L2 shifted the most!
I might be wrong, but its just an observation I made..
eaiea! The buyback rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of five years
