I am willing to sue the bashers that have been exposed, for all the losses we might have suffered. If they get paid to lie about a stock, then I believe I have all the legal rights to be compensated for any losses I have suffered due to these lies. Actually, someone mentioned that the so called "Janice shell" was once sued by Business week. Since this case should be on public record, could anyone help me locate this case? I need to do a background check on this "Janice Shell". Someone has to pay for the losses I suffered yesterday. If anyone has time, please compile all the messages she has published on this board. The company might just as well recoup some compensation from any lies posted on this board by the paid bashers. I believe some of this might end up in a criminal court of law. Maybe the SEC might even decide to take action on these characters if found guilty. However, someone has to make a move and get rid of these illegal activities in penny stocks.
