Hey you all. Can anyone here post actual data on outstanding share after the split? I'd like to do some financial analysis on PAVC to determine how much the company needs to earn this coming quarter in order to meet some of the qualifications to be on the big boards. This analysis would also provide an estimate of whether PAVC would be undervalued or overvalued after the earnings report and how high it can go. Hey, I like doing this for fun (also because I am an accountant). I made some money with PAIV and still admire it despite of what is going on. All the skeptics need to know that management is well educated and qualified to achieve all the objectives that were stated in previous PRs and I would rather put my money where there is honesty, transparency, and accountability. Yea, PAVC meets all these criteria IMO. I have a strong feeling that PAVC will surpass the previous earnings (thought not substantial but positive). I bought PAIV and CPNE at the same time using the same analysis. CPNE just came out with record earnings last week and the stock is now up 60% in 4 days.
P.S. I am all about fundamental and financials, and my favorite ratios are: PE and EPS ratios. This is an excellent pick to fish for at its bottom. It is still undervalued. IMO. Good things happen to those who wait. From a tax analysis aspect, any gains generated from holding PAVC for over 12 months will be taxed as long term capital gains (15%-20%). Gains upon holding it in less than 12 months will be taxed at about 25% .
