He's clueless....It's like saying Subaru and Mercedes are the same because they are both cars...

First off, your talking apples and oranges when you attempt to compare the Magnum/SRI process of activation with the De-Link process used by Green Rubber. Secondly, the report is Project code: TYR3-12 ISBN: 1-84405-334-2 Research date: 17th October 2005 – 22nd December 2006 and the published Date: July 2007.
Further it states in the report that "The quality of the rubber recovered using current de-vulcanization technologies is such that it can only be used at high levels with virgin rubber in ‘low-tech’ products (e.g. rubber mats) or at low levels (typically 5–10%) in higher specification products (e.g. tyres, which consume over 60% of rubber). As you pointed out, they have a contract with shoe sole manufacturing company which won't generate much income whereas the MDOR compound has passed testing using 20% recycled rubber with no deteriation in specifications in the making light truck tires.
Get off this Green Rubber kick you are on - there is no comparison between the two.

Stockrox is an admitted basher, so what do you expect.
I do not work for the company, however since I own stock in the company, I am part owner of the company just as anyone else who owns stock is.
Makamai
You love talking off the top of your head without any facts to back up your statement that "other companies achieved the same..." PROVE IT.
You also don't read NRs very well, so I'll highlight the statements that the process is economically feasible.."The fact is Magog and Colorado viability would have several advantages. First, raw material costs can be minimized with direct control on material quality through its 1st stage of process with pure fine dust. Further, this material is then processed through several stages into value added compound which will allow the customers good saving in their raw material costs, while also allowing Magog and Colorado a healthy profit margin. With increased potential consumption in each area of application and a much broader application base, all this adds up to very exciting developments. I have no doubt that once our compounds are readily available to tire manufactures, an explosive growth will follow and would likely lead to a change in business model as the potential volume would make it difficult to address from one or even several units."
Skymarkresearch.com came out Saturday evening with a TSHO recommendation. See the following highlights:

Some key points about TSHO:
The stock is trading at $0.40/share, with new developments announced, 23 million shares outstanding, and only 8 million shares in the float: TSHO could show our subscribers potential gains of 200-500%.
TSHO has a dedicated, experienced management team capable of establishing major revenues and shareholder value.
Our analysts last recommendation: SPNG, recently went forward with TV Infomercials. Since then, it has received multi-million dollar contracts and unbelievable awareness to it's stock.. TSHO is poised to be next.
Unlike SPNG with 720 million shares outstanding, TSHO has only 23 million outstanding and multiple products ready to go....
....the sky is the limit for TSHO, and our subscribers are the first to know.
W6 - guess I got to go back to chart school huh. To make matters worse, watch it tank next week - like U said - stockrox knows...

MAJOR NEWS: Magnum Official News, World's First Light Truck Tires Made with Magnum SRI Revolutionary Custom Compound Pass with Flying Colors Marking First Time in History
· Press Release
· Source: Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc.
· On Saturday September 19, 2009, 4:45 pm EDT
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News), a next generation rubber recycling solutions company, releases positive tests results on the World's First Light Truck Tire made from Magnum SRI Next Generation Revolutionary Custom Compound. This has been a truly historic month for the Magnum SRI Operations. We have for some time now been carrying out trials in laboratory scale, converting our activated compound into a "custom compound" tailored for blending with various high end applications. We have now successfully produced the custom compound in full commercial production scale (shown on video #1) using a Banbury mixer at the World Renowned "Malaysia Rubber Research Institute facility in Sungai Buloh http://www.lgm.gov.my/." This effectively replicates the production parameters and process flow intended in Magnums Magog facility and subsequently the Colorado facility.
The Magnum/SRI custom compound was shipped out to a manufacturer's tire production unit where it was blended (shown on video #2) with their virgin light truck tire compound in several batches both in their Banbury intermix and also post chemical addition on sheeting mill. Throughout the exercise great pains were taken on our part to ensure that the handling of our compound and the resultant composite mix was processed in an identical fashion to their normal production conditions (Production of a normal OEM Light Truck Tire).
POSITIVE RESULTS: The composite compound was extruded and applied to the tire assembly process and successfully molded and vulcanized into a full production run of light truck tires (as shown video #3). Along with samples taken from each step of the compounding and manufacturing process the tires were put under the most stringent in-house tests and passed with flying colors matching the original (OEM) tires technical and performance parameters. Samples of the composite compound along with the virgin material were tested again in our own labs and independently at the RRI (World Renowned "Malaysia Rubber Research Institute facility in Sungai Buloh" http://www.lgm.gov.my/) physical testing labs and reaffirmed that there was no appreciable difference in tensile and abrasion resistance.
For official validation the Magnum/SRI light truck tires along with control (original OEM) tires were immediately submitted to the Rubber Research Institutes tire testing lab for a month long battery of tests covering abrasion resistance and destructive tests to complete our lab based due diligence. Even if our tires perform at 90% of the original specs it would be considered an epic achievement as it would be an industry and technological first of great commercial significance (Any result at or above 90% to the original can be considered a fantastic success as it means that we can easily reach 100% by compound adjustment alone).
CEO of SRI: In addressing the recent tests, Mr. Gopi Sekhar, CEO of SRI stated "This success has been achieved by thinking out of the box coupled with a great deal of hard work, diligence and a great deal of support from our partnership with Magnum. The support and synergy from our joint venture with Magnum has been invaluable and is helping propel our development efforts towards tangible results geared towards the optimization of the operations in Magog and Colorado." He also added that "this is a truly significant and historic development, as for the first time there is a technology that is going to consume recycled material in value added applications and in volumes that will really make a difference to the annual accumulation of over 2 billion tires.
Magnum SRI has progressed and may soon be able to supply raw material compounds in industrial volumes. This is an achievement that Magnum SRI can really be proud of." "What's very positive for Magnum and its Magog and Colorado facilities is that the production output in the form of custom compounds (New Revolutionary Magnum SRI Custom Compounds) would be easily welcomed by manufacturers for value added applications such as retread and high specification automotive components. The fact is Magog and Colorado viability would have several advantages.

Just did some very rough calcs to see how many shares averaged over the last 4 weeks and came up with roughly 12mil. The present outstanding shares are about 320mil, so 10% would be 32 mil and 20% 64 mil. Thus if the company bought back the max which was determined to be 100% of the average volume over the last 4 weeks each trading day, within 3 days they could buy back 10% and roughy 5 days to buy back 20%. It would appear that we can also use the average weekly shares for the last 4 weeks as a very rough indicator of how many shares are being bought back each day by the number of shares traded that exceed 12 mil. Open for comments.
Makamai
MDOR Chart: The stock finally broke the $1.20 resistance to close at $1.24 on 931K volume. All indicators are trending positive and the stock has been consolidating while trending higher over the last 6 trading days. This would tend to indicate more of the same next week.
Makamai
I 2nd the motion...Lots on his plate, that's why the company hired an IR firm....looks encouraging for next week.

Looks like a strong close - breaking the $1.20 resistance..looks encouraging for next week.

Great post!. It's refreshing to have a post on this forum where someone has actually done some real DD. Magnum is the most transparent company I've been involved with - just check out their website for photos, videos, and technical info relating to their new compounds and processes. Been around for 5 years, plan to be around for another 5 years and watch this company explode into a Fortune 1000 company.
Makamai
Mahalo for your thorough response - most appreciated.
Makamai
I've been bid whacking all morning and getting all my orders filled - its Awesome!
Makamia
Aloha Mr GreenPenny - I've been following this stock for a while, doing my DD. I don't own any shares as of yet. Last weeks volume smacks of a stock promotion. Does anyone know what stock group was responsible for it? I don't see any other logical reason why the sudden increase in volume occurred. I have rarely seen stocks over the last couple of years that had a run that fit the description of "buy on rumor, sell on news" as this did. Most companies are really tight lipped due to SEC crackdown on the rumor mill especially with big board stocks.
The fact that DNNC has a low float is a big plus, however my primary concern is just what sort of revenue can be expected for this company lets say in 2010. This is no Dominos, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns yet and franchise fees are not all that much until you have a large quantity of them. Also there is a lot of competition in this food line so what's the "hook" that would make a franchise with Donini look more attractive than a franchise with an established Pizza line.
I would appreciate anyone's comments on the above.
Makamai
I've been in it for over 5 years, and will continue to be for years to come - nothing like giving birth to a new technology.
Like any business, it has had it's ups and downs, but the company has maintained steady forward progress which will lead to great rewards for all investors.
Makamai
Well based on the lack of news and any promos, when the stock has no volume it's kind of hard to get any price reaction. We need financial impact and some sort of indication of where this company is heading.

September 16, 2009, 10:15 am EDT
BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greentech International Advisors, Inc announces key data on Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR), a next generation rubber recycling solutions company. Recent news headlines regarding MDOR have claimed major property acquisitions as well advancements entailing revolutionary custom compounds and their uses worldwide; such claims have attracted a significant number of international investors and caused an increase in liquidity and appreciation of share price. Therefore, and due to many recent developments Greentech, would like to announce the following:
First, Greentech has been in contact and negotiations with large financial institutions regarding establishing strong equity positions in MDOR. The results of such contacts will be revealed as well as the identities of such institutions in the very near future and upon completion of all necessary documentation.
Second, Greentech has received many enquiries regarding the current filming of the Magog and Colorado operations, which is will to be aired worldwide. The shoot has already commenced (view here) and will be completed on Sept 17th, 2009, followed by editing. Greentech will be announcing the dates of the airing within the next two weeks. View more info on the 2 upcoming MDOR TV Series (click here).
Third, that Magnum SRI is currently in possession of the test results for the Revolutionary Light Truck Custom Compound and will release the results publicly by or before Sept 19th, 2009.
Fourth, Magnum will be updating the market with some new positive developments in the next two weeks, regarding its progress in relation to engineering, equipment and operation of its newly acquired 120+ acre facility and tire landfill in Hudson, Colorado.
Greentech is very excited to be involved with Magnum and is looking forward to the exciting weeks ahead. Moreover, Greentech is confident that the weeks to come will unveil more substantial achievements and positive news which will significantly advance Magnum and position it as a world leader in the market of recycled tires, rubber, and compounds.
Greentech advises any investors that may have any questions to contact them at any time. (561-674-2169).
About Greentech www.greentechinternationaladvisors.com: The green technology investment movement is gaining ground. We are an International Marketing Company that caters to our global audience. We have relationships with various institutions, PR firms, mutual funds, and hedge funds.
Magnum's process works and will be verified by scientific testing at the Malaysian Rubber Institute. Results will be out this week according to Greentech International. Green Rubber, on the other hand, has been unable to apply their de-link process to tire manufacture with satisfactory results. Magnums process is also very cost effective.
Makamai
This tire story isn't complete yet because there are tests on the newly manufactured tires that are outstanding. When the contracts by tire companies and other rubber manufacturers start coming in, that's when the market will really take notice. I don't expect that is too far off. The company first needs to set up the compound manufacturing process at Magog and Colorado facilities as the only present facilities that can do that are in Malaysia. We are a little ways off yet, but making remarkable progress IMHO.
Makamai
I agree - its company updates that the market needs since there is no financial data presently available to evaluate the merger. Two days in a row with a little volume at least breaks the silence finally...;
Makamai
If their process works, why did Mel Gibson sue them to get his money back? Also Gopi Sekhar owns SRI and his brother has nothing to do with it. Gopi is the Chemist, his brother is no more than a fast talking salesman who is on the run the last time I heard.
Makamai
I think today's news is great - especially since prior to the RM, the former InferX company, although it had good technology, had no business as government contracts are getting scarce. I think, however, in order to restore an investor base they will need to either hire an IR firm, or a stock promoter. Most days at present there has been no volume and this redefined company needs to be introduced back into the market place.
Makamai
Nice to finally hear from the company after the merger - not much trading today, however. I guess most folks have found other plays.
Makamai
That's very old news dated March 2008. They were supposed to have an IPO but it never happened because their process doesn't work and MDOR is proving their activation process does work.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News), a next generation rubber recycling solutions company, announces Worlds' first ever Magnum SRI Light Truck Tires produced with 20% recycled re-activated rubber powders!
Video #3 Revolutionary Technology: Magnum/SRI Light Truck Tire Production:

Magnum SRI is proud to announce that it has successfully produced Light Truck Tires in a commercial production plant using a significant proportion of its custom compound. All preliminary tests have been positive and in accordance with specifications of the original control. Magnum SRI is confident that its current attained success is of critical importance and great significance to the rubber industry. Moreover, Magnum SRI is certain that this represents 'History in the Making.'
The Magnum SRI Custom compound was originally produced in full production batch in a Banbury Mixer in the World Renowned Malaysian Rubber Board's, Rubber Research Institute facility in Sg. Buloh http://www.lgm.gov.my/ and subsequently shipped to the manufacturer's plant.
Magnum SRI Compound was then mixed and formulated with virgin light truck compound in a range of pre-agreed proportions. This blending process was successful without any alteration. Upon completion, the resultant compound was put through the balance of the manufacturing process.
Upon the success of the process the tires have now been shipped for independent testing at the World Renowned Malaysian Rubber Board's, Rubber Research Institute facility in Sg. Buloh http://www.lgm.gov.my/. Where they will be subjected to a two phase process:
First, the Institute will conduct a full range of tire lab tests which will include abrasion resistance. The tests will be carried out on both the original control tires in parallel with the tires containing the Magnum SRI Compound.
Second, Magnum SRI light truck compound tires will be tested and compared alongside the control units.
Further, the tires will also be installed on a commercial truck operating in real time conditions for their useful life under standard load. The vehicle will return to the Rubber Research Institute Tire Testing Lab, where results should show the compounds aligned with all the protocols in terms of kilometers run tests so that proper measurements may be taken.
Magnum and the Magnum/SRI Force are positioned to become a major player in the international tire compound market. Magnum SRI possesses unique technology and will soon be introducing it to the global market.
Gopi Sekhar, CEO of SRI, stated, "In an industry that has now come to terms with ever increasing raw material costs, both from natural and synthetic rubbers which are further exacerbated by very serious environmental concerns, in terms of the responsible management of the resultant used tire scrap, there has been no real solution that could adequately address either the backlog nor the growing annual accumulation that has it in a literal stranglehold.
All efforts thus far have either, in some way added to the already burgeoning global pollution problem or ended up being niche applications, which relative to the problem are irrelevant.
Today Magnum SRI has unveiled a technology and process which for the very first time can address both the accumulation of scrap tires and over time the enormous backlog. The Magnum SRI process is designed to match industry volume processes and conditions; it further lends itself easily to a full and wide range of applications as a real value added raw material. This makes it a very valuable cost saving raw material to manufacturers at a time that they really need it, while at the same time allowing them to be environmentally responsible by substantively and meaningfully addressing a very serious global pollution problem."
