To me, that would explain why we haven't heard anything so far about new products. Nice that you got a response...hope the future will now be more fruitful...

Well as the September Blog indicated there are supposed to be new products coming out this year. Half of 2015 is in the books already, so is our cup half full or half empty at this point....Like you said, one can only hope that a pleasant surprise is in store for us prior to the end of the year.
Enjoy the holiday weekend...

Mr tech russ - Sorry - I was being somewhat sarcastic. I don't think there is any excuse why a public company such as EIPC can't communicate with their shareholders on a some sort of a regular basis. Last we heard was on the blog in Sept 2014. We are part owners of the company and although "delicate negotiations" might be going on, status could be provided without giving away the store... Just my thoughts
Makamai
Aloha - for starters, it would be nice to know if they have even heard of "Enable IPC Corp", and then proceed from there to see if they have any sort of current relationship with them. They couldn't be any worse at communication so it's certainly worth a try.
Makamai
Just slow accumulation going on - everyone is basically in wait mode for an update from the company. Not much to talk about I guess....
Makamai
The CEO stated in his last blog "We plan to unveil the products and commence sales next year (2015)". Lets hope he can stick to his timeline and make it happen. And yes, I could definitely find some way to deal with a 50 bagger if that were to come to pass.....it is certainly within the realm of possibilities IMHO.
Makamai
Based on the sensitivity of their contract negotiations along with recent product enhancements its understandable why there is little communication from management wrt the company at the present time. Hopefully they will be able to be in a position in the not to distant future to be more transparent. I still only find their last reported quarter on their website, but not available on OTC.com/pink sheets. Lets hope that SR Energy is the catalyst this company needs to strive forward.
Makamai
Great to have confirmation that the company is alive and well with a strong potential of great things to come. Definitely willing to wait this one out.

I copied the post that relayed Dan Finch's email, but apologize as I can't remember who posted it. I've provided it below.

2-18-15: Dear Enable IPC Shareholder,
My name is Dan Finch and I was elected to the board of EIPC several years ago because of my background in RFID systems and our decision to add RFID to the EIPC product development activities. Subsequently, EIPC developed the world’s first solar powered, long read range, passive RFID tag for global applications, the Enable S/Cap.
Because EIPC did not have the manpower to market S/Cap outside of the United States, SR Energy Research was granted an exclusive license and distributorship for the S/Cap technologies and product in the EU. In return, EIPC was given equity in SR Energy Research (as well as cash payments).
Tremendous things are happening in Europe as a result of SR Energy’s efforts and SR Energy is now raising capital to make these promises come true. As an RFID expert, and since EIPC has a special interest in seeing this company succeed I have agreed to help SR Energy achieve its multi-million dollar revenue projections over the next 2-3 years.
Since EIPC has a significant ownership interest in SR Energy, the potential upside for Enable shares is enormous. However, SR Energy Research must raise sufficient funds to complete the development of the product for the EU. It is my thought that current EIPC shareholders will be interested in the opportunity. SR Energy plans to file an S-1, so the shares can be traded on the open market in probably 1-2 years. This provides the possibility of a medium term, high rate of return exit strategy if desired.
I am attaching additional information to this email and ask that you review the SR Energy material, keeping in mind the expected positive impact on our EIPC share value.
If you require additional information, please contact me.
Regards, Dan Finch
Board Member, EIPC

Good to see some activity finally. 2015 is supposed to be the year they take some new products to market so hoping for the best...
Makamai
As you suspected it didn't last long. Lets hope this is an indication of good and prosperous things to come for Epic and its shareholders in 2015....
Makamai
Thanks for the try. I hope they have a good reason like working on contracts which is a reason I'd accept. Guess we'll find out next year.
By the way, seems like someone is really intent on keeping the price up with these small purchases in the .006 range. Go figure.....
Makamai
Any info on the last filing that's overdue?
TIA
Makamai
Great to see new applications for RFID tag technology. I wonder if they are waterproof if you went for a swim in the pool or a dip in the spa :)
Makamai
Good to see they responded and have a reasonable reason for the late filing. Had been wondering about that myself.
Makamai
I'll take it a little slower and look for a penny first, and then possibly a dime. As far as news goes, hoping we first get a NR stating what the new product line consists of and then a order or two would be nice.
Makamai
Nice to see the bid climb above .005. Added 50K at .0049 earlier today - was surprised to see the ask that low...
Makamai
Thanks Lorel for sharing that IR response. Good to know that things are moving along. His info on completed and present testing brightens the outlook considerably downstream.

I agree wrt the potential of this stock and 2015 could be a very good year if their products perform the required tasks. A good one to hold on to based on the high probability of it being a multi-bagger especially at the present price.
Makamai
Could well be in the future, however they need to impress the market with at least strong potential first, and the best indicator of that would be some good sized sales contract announcements.
Makamai
The stock hit .005 in late Sept after the blog update. Hopefully the company is completing or has completed product modifications and is getting the remaining approvals necessary to enter this multi-million dollar government market that was talked about for next year. If so, it could be an exciting ride...
Makamai
No change that I'm aware of on the AS/OS. If they were to raise the AS it would be a material event and have to be PR'd. That being said, I wouldn't expect any PR's over the newswires until they have something of importance to say as indicated in the blog.
Makamai
Aloha
EIPC has a blog http://enableipc.blogspot.com/ They have a recent announcement on the blog, however they appear to be maintaining a low profile as they state "we have entered into some rather stringent non-disclosure agreements to help protect our advantage". Read the blog for more info.

Hard to say - all depends on how much info is provided when we finally get a pr from current management. If the business that is merged is a going concern with a positive P/L statement this stock could do quite well. I was confident that the former owners (Sun Brothers) could be trusted to do what was best for the shareholders. Current management is a complete unknown to me. However having had many bad experiences with BB/Pink stocks, I've found that more often than not, they are used as a source of revenue which comes at the shareholders expense.
Looks like the stock price will be settling back to pre pump/dump levels by the end of next week. Hopefully we'll get a pr sooner than later. It would be nice to be pleasantly surprised but I'm not holding my breath.
Makamai
Aloha - I would agree with you if the new owner had issued a PR indicating since taking over, telling us what his intentions are. However I suspect there will be a name and symbol change, and who knows how many shares the new owner will try and unload to fund his business. With all that uncertainty (the pump and dump aside), when we do hear from him, if the news is good, and the company has a decent cash flow, that could result in a sustained run if the O/S remains relatively close to the present 6.88M. However if all he is interested in is selling shares to fund some fly-by-night concern, then it can go to double and triple zero's in a hurry. Time will tell.
JMHO...Makamai
Appreciate your "Heads up" on the P & D. Obviously with that amount of volume at the open on no news, with no follow through, P&D is the only explanation. Hopefully the new owners of the company have a solid marketing plan that they will update the shareholders on in the near future. In the meantime, I was able to take some profits...
Makamai
Unless they file for an extension, they have 45 calendar days from the end of the quarter. That would be by August 14, 2014.
Makamai
In 3 short months, the O/S is almost back to pre 1:10 split levels of 56M. We have TA info as of 7/16 showing it at 38M, however on 7/17 about 12M traded so by now we must be at least at 50M. We'll know very soon what sort of moral character management is made up of by how much more of a burden they dump on their shareholders. Lets hope we've seen the end of the dilution....but I'm not holding my breath.
Makamai
I had looked over their 10Q. A bit hard to follow. Obviously they have some folks to repay for past sins. Sort of reminds me of someone who has a dozen different credit cards, and constantly keeps them in rotation to make the payments. Lets hope the company can start making some decent income to clear up their accounts payable and get that burden off the backs of the shareholders. Their R/S's have certainly screwed a lot of good folk!!
Thanks,
Makamai
Read my response to Garyst, and look at the change in the O/S since the R/S that I recapped and tell me if that still looks like odd lots with typical retail at the low ask, or more like the company dumping shares into the market?
Thanks for the O/S summary. At the time of the R/S, the following info applies: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ELRA/profile
ELRA Security Details

Your data confirms that it is the company selling shares that is responsible for the drop in share price each time a run starts, which is most likely why the R/S was done. Seen it time and again. So adding the O/S at the time of the split to your data we have the following:
5/02 5,646,149 OS (at time of R/S)
5/29 8.6 million OS
6/12 9.7 million OS
6/26/14 12.2 million OS
7/7/14 30.7 million OS
7/16/14 38.1 million OS (by now about 30M shares sold this month alone)
I made my first purchase today, at the ask (0082) with the bid at 0081. Moments before the ask had been 0094. A quick drop in the Ask strongly suggests that there is a MM who is selling shares for the company and is not really concerned about the price. This isn't the pattern of a flipper. They buy low and sell high in a run. Does anyone know if the TA is gagged? Since they did a 1 for 10 R/S in May, I wouldn't expect another one for awhile, however its important to keep track of the O/S to see just what the company's intentions are and whether they have the shareholders best interests in mind or just their own....

If you go to the OTC/pink sheets markets company info page http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BTCC/company-info you'll see that Charles Nienstedt is no longer Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of BTCC. He has been replaced by Richard Koenig as CEO. Koenig is reportedly in the theraputic shoe business. Looks like Charles and his Bitcoin dreams have "bit the dust" so to speak. Check out posts on Monday and Tuesday of this week by DaReal and 1dmg1 and others for more info. Good DD you guys....

Good to see the Sun Brothers finally making a decision as to the disposition of this shell. They kept it very clean and kept the filings up to date. I used to chat with Tim Sun from time to time until he moved back to China. Lets hope the new CEO can make it successful, without diluting the float too much. Looking forward to his update...thanks for yours....

Excellent video Cat - does a good job explaining the system and reasons it hasn't been deployed yet.

Sometimes its the little things we do for people within our own sphere of influence, that have the biggest impact and reward...
Surf - the fact that NHSH issued an 8k doesn't necessarily mean they are fully reportable. There are a bunch of past 10Q's and 10K's that are still missing that need to be provided before I would consider them fully reporting.
Makamai
Tex - Bruce knows this just like anyone else who read the Mineseeker NR where Kendrick stated..."We will now seek to bring the company filings up to date, and ensure transparency going forward’..." AND "A more detailed statement to shareholders will be posted in the coming days" Not rocket science Tex, just plain English.
Makamai
Anvil - you stated "if Centacom can't pay the bandwidth guys, which is not out of the question, they can become free agents." Well if there ever was an issue in that regard which I seriously doubt, surely that problem was solved when Kendrick received NHSH shares from Owens. There is no way that Owens would give up those shares without some form of monetary compensation. I also find it interesting that he retained 7.5 million restricted shares of NHSH - sort of seems like the number that that I recall TF has, which should be restricted but aren't.
