Well for one, if you subscribe to Ihub you can get it. The free quoting services for the most part don't provide pink sheet level 2. Who is your broker? I use E-trade and I'm using Power E-Trade Pro platform with charting and level 2 capatilities and it's free depending upon your activity and/or account balance.
