Either way, I think it prudent/professional to at least let investors know where things stand; should the third quarter elapse without further incident.

ASK is thin pretty much all the time. Trust me, if ACDU so much as sneezes in this direction in terms of putting out a PR and/or 8K, this stock will push past .005 (at least) in the blink of an eye.

Why would we want to give our company away when, if someone has a business plan, they could contact us and we would consider making a subsidiary, joint venture, or similar plan with an equity interest.

As far as the REGDEX, it was used to issue the restricted shares that were eventually turned into preferred shares and are not trading.
