Filing a form with Nevada is less effort than me writing this post.
What legit company would merge with a non-reporting, un-audited shell?
The past portends the future.
"I'm here for the merger" is classic dirty vigil advice.
Since this is a merger play, alledgedly, and some have said vigil will be out once merged, one should not focus on facebook stars but concentrate on how vigil acts as ceo.
With billions diluted, reverse splits and yet more dumping, one only needs to look at the pps of her pubcos to see that investing in her is dumb.
Vigil lies.
The reviews have been known about but investors don't care.
What's confusing is anyone thinking a vigil run pubco would make a good investment.
Investors don't care about Facebook stars and yelp reviews.
Investors care about the pps and vigil sucks at being a ceo.
Fact is vigil has run both tickers into the basement.
The market has spoken. Don't believe the lies. I recommend everyone read vigils history, as ceo in any pubco, on the ihub boards. They have been written by hundreds of dissatisfied investors conned by her fake PR's, dilution, reverse splits and pps history. You can't make this up and you can't fake it.
vigil runs her companies into the ground.
Then reverse splits them.
Investors don't give a shit about facebook stars.
Why is this a POS?
Nonsense - the shitty "leadership" from vigil is the cause of the pps at ilst and gyog.
vigil has led the pps to the basement.
I'm well, thanks.
Hope you are well and full of Pappy's.
The past portends the future.
Don't worry about me, I'm good.
Worry about vigil running her co's into the dirt.
The ceo is the reason her companies are flopping in the cellar.
What co would merge with a STOP ticker?
Perhaps if she was current, the merge would be quicker, no?
But, that forces one to make a huge assumption that vigil is doing the right thing.
There is always an excuse as to why vigil's companies are bottomed out.
Getting current is easy.
Pinks do it in 10 days from announcement to fruition.
She has used the "no planned R/S" line before then diluted to the max and reverse split.
BTW, the claim that getting current "takes some time" is nonsense.
Great. Last fall.
Besides those that front loaded before it popped to .0008,what has vigil done for the commoners?
Tweeted?
She's not that dumb.
Sec looking at her "work ethic"?
Agree.
We're on NASDAQ?
On that site, can you show any pink that has short interest?
Don't get me wrong.
Traders can make money here.
Why buy at .0002 when you can buy at .0001?
Easy for people to see her shady gyog leadership.
It's easy, verifiable facts.
I suggest others do as much research as possible on dirty vigil.
looking at how vigil has led gyog is essential when investing here.
vigil has lied about no reverse splits before.
vigil has lied about mergers before.
vigil said she would get current with otc and she has not.
vigil made gyog more of a mess with constant broken promises of mergers and acquisitions while dumping billions of shares till she reverse split so she could dump some more.
vigil's checkered history at gyog is important for investors to know about here at ilst.
ilst is run by the same ceo as gyog.
vigil history at gyog is factual and verifiable.
A quick search reveals that ilst ceo donnell vigil is also the ceo of gyog.
vigil dumped billions of shares of gyog into the market while pr'ing that she had mergers lined up.
even though she said she wouldn't do a reverse split she dumped so many billions that she did a huge reverse split when she changed the name from qasp to gyog.
investors do not care about FB stars as evidenced b7y the pathetic price per share.
vigil, as ceo of gyog, promised mergers and no reverse splits.
she did the opposite while dumping billions of shares.
takes no time for people to research these facts.
that is who she is and how she runs a publicly traded company.
besides the massive dump earlier this year, it does not seem like she is actively dumping in ilst right now.
imo, ilst investors should hope she doesn't destroy, from what I've been told, a fairly clean ilst shell.
For the last time, researching the ceo is standard.
If the ceo is ceo of multiple companies, discussing those companies, and how the ceo has run them, is imperative on a board like this.
she is a stain in the pinky world - that is my belief.
but, her actions as ceo and what happened in the past from her leadership is factual and not my beliefs.
Also: "Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal."

As the wisest poster on this board today, I highly recommend you not buy any more ilst shares.
vigil can't even get current with OTC.
Some said the same thing when this was .0003 and .0004.
Now it has bottomed out.
Reverse split soon?
Obviously I do as the volume and price per share is spot on with what I've been saying investors look at.
Unlike some fanciful fairy tale about FB stars and BBB ratings being a huge reason to invest in a company.
If those things mattered, investors would be buying consistently.
But they are doing the opposite.
The past portends the future.
Looking for a reverse split here
vigil relies on those investors you speak of to ride the pps to no bid.
In reality, those investors you speak of would gladly swap those on-line reviews with material facts.
So again, investors do not care about FB stars or BBB ratings.
Again, investors do not care about FB stars.
They do care about her bullshit merger PR's that allow her and her crew to dump millions of shares.
And that is why the share price is where its at.
As a very wise ihub poster says, "The past portends the future".
vigils history of fake merger pr's is relevant here.
She is a scamster.
Or, as she has done many times with her other companies, she lured people in with talk of a merger then dumps shares but never follows through with the bogus merger.
Comments about any CEO's other companies is always on-topic.
vigil is a scamster and investors know that no matter her FB stars.
When you look her up on ihub, what kind of reviews do you get?
Investors don't about FB stars.
R2 is correct.
