In my opinion, Wienberg must be holding out on signing off till he recieves assurances from GTEM and its new counsel, that they will not be held liable if the numbers do not jive with what the SEC has in thier possesion. Something smells rotten.....
I would if I could. Can you do me a favour? If you have any connections to Jon, could you setup a time for me to call him?
Mide, that excuse from Jon is 2 months too late. There must be a lot of problems with the numbers, especially when the SEC is waiting for those, like all of us shareholders are.
When you spoke to R.B. why did you not ask him when the financials are coming out? I do believe the world is waiting for those with baited breath..............
It's funny,I read that F was going to downsize it's workforce. Most companies that report this, the stock moves higher, even if it's hinted. In Fords case, had no effect. Now ,if Ford declared it was hiring workers, the stock would most likely,go higher. I guess, thats what we get from the auto industry. sorry for my rambling .....
What I find totally amazing on this MB is the view of GTEM.Some are realists and some paint a picture that nothing is wrong with the company? Do people read? Anyone understand the "Real" problems that exist with the company?I have lost a small fortune on this fraud. I do not want others to get the wrong impression.
Is it based on fact? or dream? If it is fact, can you prove it is a new company? New management? what have we missed? He is part of the old regime,so where is new the GTEM ?
This is my opinion only.I think GTEM hired the lawyer to try to strike a deal with the SEC before it gets sent to DOJ. Any novice can see that GTEM is very much as guilty as the rest of them. There is no separation from persons or entity
I feel the same way.The only thing I don't understand is people making up excuses for the crime GTEM committed. To me,the next logical step is the DOJ stepping up to the plate.I blame no one in particular for my loss. I do blame the system that lets companies get away with total lies and deceit.May all the parties involved with this fraud, get thier just desserts.
For some reason people remain here apparently trying to keep the price down and keep instilling doubt in potential investors so if positive news does happen the price will be low enough to jump back in at deflated prices. You have to be joking right? The price is down for a simple fact that the "Street" knows what this company is all about=SEC. Second,to keep investors away from this company? What investor who fully understands the conditions of this company, would stake their hard earned money in what the SEC calls a fraud? Buddy,I do not know of anyone with a sane mind, who would invest in this fraud company!!!!
shareholders money! what part of it you don't or won't you understand?
BRAVO,Risk-it. You"re post says it all. I for one,can not fathom why the SEC has not shut this operation down yet, with all they know. Lie after lie and least not we forget a CEO who backdoors stock sales and not reports it.A CEO who lets fraud continue under his watch, then claims no knowledge of it.We have a in-house counsel who under his watch, gave a blind eye to the fraud being committed. This is standard fare for a company, committed to steal shareholders money. I for one, have lost enough to never forget.
I think the "buying" opps will be around 5ish.Then I will buy some more. This is not based on fact ,but instinct.
I took SOME off.I still have shares of F. I wont sell em just yet.
Has anyone noticed, that this board can not be used for TA? It's useless with this issue?
This makes me very happy that I took some off the table. What is the ol addage, hogs get fat, pigs get slaughterd? No offence.
I can safely assume that it has not been consumated. If it were true,GTEM would have put out a missive telling the world. Here is an example of GTEM saying in an SEC document, investors should be wary of future prospects and not to expect results! PART I

is anyone interested in this stock but me?
Talk about coincedence,I sold part of my holdings in F to make a little coin and today my 2006 Explorer gets towed to the dealership!! They said faulty front axles. Go figure? LOL
Can someone please explain how Tim Huff can start a new company and put wi-fi, up and running in the city of O'Fallon MO,but when at the helm of Globetel, could not put one up in the countries they claimed ? Now I know why he never patented those wi-fi boxes. he fleeced me and the shareholders real good.I really do hope,he and the rest of the culprits at Globetel do some jailtime.
Here is a little tidbit of DD for why the SEC is taking their time.Jon has some Big connections to a former US Senator. he definitley knows how to work the system........http://www.zoominfo.com/people/Leinwand_Jonathan_41014011.aspx
Anyone out there who has an opinion about the CC today?
thanks for you reply.I heard the same but, what I was wondering if F had a shot to move higher.I think I will take some off the board and hold a few till 2009.I do think F will be a leader in the auto industry in a few years. They have too or,their lunch will be eaten by the Japs.
Hello everyone,I am new to I-hub and to Ford.I picked me up some shares right before the run-up and got lucky.Question I have for anyone to answer,is there more room for this puupy to move higher or are we at the top so to speak.
