Jet,it tanked because everyone knows that Globetel/Sanswire is nothing but a P&D company. They need a PR that will rival the Russian fiasco, so to dupe as many newbies as before!
Another stellar performance from the people at Sanswire!!!!
They put out lousy PRs,they pay for promo services with shares and they expect the SP to go down!!! That's the SANSWIRE WAY!!!!!
Sanswire.........Can't you can do any better than this? That last PR has not given you much SP jump? And you still dump? What is with you guys? What you really need is a PR that matches the Russian fiasco!!!!Then you can drop the massive load on newbies. Don't you know Sanswire, that there are people who depend on you to overly promote this stock into the 1.00 to 3.00 range? Give them what they want!!! The ULTIMATE P&D!!!!!...LMAO
Sanswire is what it always has been.........A stock dumping machine!! The Scam continues. BUYER BEWARE!!!
All the past and present players in Sanwire's office.......{Liewands office} have one thing in common. It is to pump overly promotional PRs and sell shares into any strength hoping to catch some unsuspecting newbies holding the bag. I can't wait to see in a filing that they gave GTC millions of shares for the buying of the SKYSCAT. You know it's coming!!!
had to re-post this,thanks U.S.
Reading between the lines of this new PR: "The design of the hangar enables it to be dismantled, transported, and re-assembled when we get evicted like we always do."
So much verbiage over NOTHING. That's the way these scams work. Claim you're going to do all these wonderful things, that the company's technology will be "The Next Big Thing", but never actually carry them out because they are either incapable and/or it's just not in the game plan of running the scam. It's all about fooling naive investors and nothing else.
It's pretty easy to gain access to a hanger to make a scam company that "specializes" in airships look legitimate. Releasing "forward-looking" PRs is similarly easy; even assembling a bunch of airships isn't that difficult, even if they have no track record of performing impressive technological feats or if none have been sold before.
The difficult part is convincing people to buy shares in your scam. Sure, there are always a few dupes out there, but more ambitious scammers want more than just a few dupes. That's when the scammers do all they can to recruit people with impressive resumes to serve on their Board of Directors or in management positions. This window-dressing often does a lot to increase a scam company's credibility, potentially expanding the pool of dupes the company wants to rip off.
Since this scam claims they are seeking military contracts, they especially love people with military experience. With scams like these however, they rarely stick around for more than a year or 2.
This is the more difficult part of running/promoting the scam, but it becomes so much more difficult to promote it after the scam company has been exposed. Especially if the SEC has announced it is investigating it and eventually charges the company with fraud and several former executives have been charged with fraud as well, and one of them is currently incarcerated(http://www.justice.gov/usao/fls/PressReleases/090508-01.html). A common tactic after exposure is for a scam company to change its name: http://www.istockanalyst.com/article/viewiStockNews/articleid/2650529
After getting exposed, almost no one will invest in a scam company, except for a few dupes or cult-members(people who invested in the company when they believed it was legit, but held on as it got exposed). In my opinion.
Here are some important FACTS about Sanswire: http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=SNSR&read=9639
Sanswire used to be called "GlobeTel".
They probably had some bed sheets that were left over from the Skyscat and are building the tent out of it. I hope they are using high tensile strength fishing line to hold it together!!!
Well if I bought today or when it was .04 it would still cost too much since alot of people have gotten their shares for free.
No I don't go along with your theory about the SEC.
So you agree that I am right about SEC...
No pal,you have it wrong.I am not short.I own 50 shares of this crud to remind me of things. Tell you what, when you guys pump this turd up,I will short this pig.
It was not the SEC doings. It was the all the late filings being up to date that allowed Scamswire to make the move the OTCBB as they requested. Nothing at all to do with the SEC. remember the SEC does not control the boards..they just overlook them
This post is so on the mark,I had to re-post it here.
Thanks Uncle Steve for your tremendous work!!!
Don't let Sanswire or similar penny stocks ruin you financially. Do your homework. Learn all the relevant FACTS about a company before investing. Study its history and reputation. Consider the claims they are making and see if they are realistic. Talk with people with experience in the area the stock is trying to become successful in. Compare the company to other companies in the same field. Look up the history of the company's executives. Use Google, Pacer and other sites to see if the company has any serious legal problems.
Right now Sanswire shareholders claim some unemployed bankers will save the company. They will make it a success, they claim. I doubt this, since this company doesn't have a product the government wants. The government has already awarded contracts for similar products to other companies with decades of experience in aerospace. Sanswire or its TAO partner have never sold any airships or Stratellites to any 3rd party(GTC doesn't count since they have many SNSR shares and are closely connected. It would be like someone saying they have this amazing invention, but the only person who has purchased one was his brother).
In my opinion.
Indication? We are getting closer longs!! ]
Have you looked at the SP lately?.........LMAO
Jon, is an outside consultant and not employed.
So he is a non-issue.
Are you kidding? He still owns a ton of shares and I bet he still pulls the strings on this company. It never seems to amaze me that you try to give cover for these sham artists. Do you realize the companys addy is still Jon office? Give us a break!
But please Jet..........You do know they have this "special" technology that no one has or knows about. It has been a well kept secret for years!!! Can't you tell from the SP?........LMAO
WW,let me ask you.........why it is important? To who and what for? I know that the only thing of importance with this company is pumping up the SP with bogus PRs so the execs can dump shares without filing the proper forms, months later. The SEC you can be rest assured will NOT let this sham go on.........because of liabilities or persons who come and go with free shares and cash. By the way.......where are they getting this cash from? They should pay those debts first before anything else. The SEC I'm sure is watching this very closely!!!
I'm 100% confident that senior management would not allow any people liabilities to hinder a resolution with the SEC....it's way too important.
Cool, do you really have to use the accomplishments? More like travesties!!!
"These blimps cost shareholders millions of dollars. Rent and suppliers have substantial judgements against Sanswire for these accomplishments."
Sanswire will need to raise vulture capital to secure it's debts. This is a problem (imo) in a marketplace that has seen nearly $1B in airship contracts (total five airships) go to other outstanding companys in the last several months.
This no doubt is a very hot market that Sanswire has no edge!!!
X_Blaster, are you up to date with this latest deception from Sanswire?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51791090
Holter!! I am surprised you would ask that!!! Of course it matters!! Just because Globetel changed it's name to Sanswire, doesn't mean all the baggage goes away!! Everything comes along with the new name and all the bad debts and IRS liens and still on-going investigation from the SEC is all relevant today!!! [:
Thanks Uncle Steve for your outstanding DD!!

With Sanswire..........."The more things change" "The more they stay the same"
Yes, I believe Sanswire does not have the technology to meet any contract requirements. I know people are selling everday!!!
You wanna know something Holter? There are thousands of blimps used around the world for all sorts of things but not one of Sanswire's balloons are used. Has anyone wondered why?
No Run,you got it right. The world is stupid not to see the tech Sanswire has? This is an inside joke that has been running for years!!!
I couldn't have said it any better than you did.
Obvious that it has been run as a stock scam. Just by reading the board anybody with any sense could deduct that.
I had a great July 4th bbq day today. I was able to introduce SNSR to several relatives who I haven't seen for some time. I told them to stay away from this stock based on all the issues at hand, like IRS liens, SEC investigation, shares not being reported as sold on time. I'm confident this will not be a great investment for anyone. ]
GS,have you wondered why these new "hires" would take this on? Especially with Liewand and Edberg still on board? They must know the sordid history with this company and it's problems? Why would they sully their reputations? Unless they have character flaws themselves in which case it makes sense.
Huff has a pair of ballz!!! We should feel sorry for him because he has kids? He should get more than 5 years!!! This guy is a crook and there are more to come out of this investigation that is still on going..........J.L..........Can you sleep at night?
Thanks Coastie!!!
It appears the government is not happy with Huff's level of cooperation:
TIMOTHY HUFF’S OBJECTIONS TO THE PRESENTENCE INVESTIGATION REPORT
In a relatively minor securities fraud case for a first-time non-violent offender, the probation office has recommended 34 levels of enhancements, resulting in a total offense level of 40 and a guideline range of 292-365 months. PSI:¶120. The ultimate guideline range is the maximum sentence authorized by law – 60 months. PSI:¶120. A number of the probation office’s calculations are incorrect and we note those objections in brief form here. We will file a more detailed memorandum in support of the following objections before the sentencing.
• Loss and Number of Victims, paragraphs 55-56 and underlying factual paragraphs. The probation office has listed every investor that has lost more than $1,000 between 2002-2004, even day-traders who had losses unrelated to the fraud in this case. We will demonstrate that the government’s methodology in calculating loss grossly overstates the actual loss and number of victims in this case.
• Role in the offense, paragraph 60 and underlying factual paragraphs. Mr. Huff was not the leader/organizer of this conspiracy; there were not five or more criminal participants; and it was not otherwise extensive. He did not manage or direct the activities of Thomas Jimenez or Mitchell Siegel.
• Obstruction of Justice, paragraph 61 and underlying factual paragraphs. This is an enormous stretch. Mr. Huff did not obstruct justice during his 2008 debriefing by initially saying that he was not guilty. He did not provide a “materially false statement” and did not “significantly obstruct[] or impede[] the official investigation” as required by 3C1.1
• Acceptance of Responsibility, paragraph 64 and underlying factual paragraphs. Mr. Huff is entitled to an acceptance reduction off of the 60-month statutory maximum sentence. See United States v. Rodriguez, 64 F.3d 638 (11th Cir. 1995).
• Tax Loss, paragraph 46 and underlying factual paragraphs. The government has overstated the tax loss in this case. Our experts are currently reviewing the government’s calculations, which were just provided to us last week.
• Double counting with Role and Securities Enhancement under 2B1.1(b)(17)(A)(I). If the Court disagrees with the role objection above, then the Court should not impose the Securities Enhancement which applies to defendants in securities’ cases where “the defendant was an officer or a director of a publicly traded company” as it would constitute double counting.
As noted above, we will be filing a detailed memorandum outlining the legal and factual reasons for these objections. In addition, in case the guidelines still exceed 60 months, we will be filing a memorandum explaining the reasons this Court should issue a downward variance under the 60 months. Those reasons include, among other things:
• Mr. Huff’s mental condition (Autism). The defense will be calling an expert (Dr. Thomas Bonner) to testify on this issue at sentencing.
• Mr. Huff’s family circumstances. Three of his five children (two of which are minors) have been diagnosed with autism.
• The need for unwarranted sentencing disparity. The starting point for this Court’s consideration is the more culpable co-defendant Tom Jimenez, who was sentenced to 36 months.
• Mr. Huff’s low likelihood of recidivism.
• Mr. Huff’s strong history of employment and his current employment.
• The cumulative impact of the enhancements. See 2B1.1, app. n. 19(c); see also United States v. Adelson, 441 F. Supp, 2d 506 (S.D.N.Y. 2006) (explaining that the “piling on of points” and “cumulative effect of all the enhancements” for someone in the defendant’s position makes no sense); United States v. Parris, 573 F. Supp. 2d 744 (E.D.N.Y. 2008) (finding that the guidelines place undue weight on the amount of loss, and other enhancements in securities fraud “have so run amok that they are patently absurd on their face”); United States v. Lauersen, 362 F.3d 160 (2d Cir. 2004).
Show us a link stating they are going to give Sanswire a payload to put into their "junk in the trunk" balloon?
My guess is that L3 hadn't even thought of doing STS-111 payload development. Sanswire can't even pay the smallest judgement against them. L-3 wants to get paid!!! That's what they are in business for.Look at the other vendors who have bad debt judgements against Sanswire, they can not be trusted for payment.
Sorry, from my experience, that's exactly how it works.
Can anyone help me find an E-Mail addy for Michael K. Clark? I want to send him a letter not thru Sanswire but other sources.
This is for all the penny dreamers out there
Thanks Coastie!!!!
New Federal Tax lien filed today for $182,409.16 of unpaid 941 taxes. It looks like they have assigned some personal liability for the unpaid withholding taxes as Leinwand is now listed as a lienor alongside the company.

WW,if Sanswire had a product that was worth it's weight in gold, there would be no reason for a "road show". Those are for companies who's products no one wants!! All those contracts worth millions, went to the big companies. They have a track record of producing quality products that governments around the world want. The ONLY thing Sanswire produces are shares,SEC charges,IRS liens and judgement defaults. No dreaming with this company!!!!
Very clear and concise post Jet!!! Dispels all notion of reputable companies doing business with Sanswire!!! Why would they sully their reputation on what is known as a scam!!! IMO
Warp, what makes you so sure that the SEC is going to drop the case? just because they "hired" some names means squat. They have been hiring all types of supposedly big names over the years and every one of them left with shareholders monies....laughing at fools who invest in such scams. I can't wait to see the crying that will surely take place,as the SEC slams the door shut!! I would be very concerned about your million shares..........They will become worthless as Sanswire is being a reputable company!!!
Why can Sanswire pay 20,000 dollars to new players in the scam, but refuses to pay back taxes to the IRS which compounds interest at a fever pitch? This is the last hurrah for Sanswire. If you look around you will see stock alerts for this scam. They wanna dump as many shares before it all blows up from the SEC. I wonder who is paying for the market awareness campaign and where are they getting the cash to do this? IRS,SEC are you awake? Finish this scam once and for all!!!!
So,how many more suckers can Sanswire intice to put money into a scam?
