To be honest, based on his performance, I have no idea what he is. If he has a Dpharm degree, he should be smart enough to run a business properly. Losing my patience with this guy.
According to CNN Money:
The best of Nasdaq (stock performance):
1. Monster Beverage Corp (MNST), +52,560%
2. Keurig Green Mountain (GMCR), +21,914%
3. Tractor Supply Company (TSCO), +8,459%
4. Gilead Science (GILD), +5,315%
5. Express Scripts (ESRX), +4,260%
and so on...
The first two companies are beverage companies. I know DEWM has potential, but the CEO needs to start performing and get prodigious. He needs to focus on coming up with mass appeal products (not just niche items) so the company can expand in the greater beverage and foods market. Absolutely frustrating how slow and painfully non-transparent this CEO is.....
Oops. Looks like someone already posted this. Sorry for the repeat. :)

I don't follow. How is delaying fins a strategic move? How does that stop competitors from copying? And copy what now?
BigTimeWinner...please answer this question. Since you always rave about this company, what happened to the fins??
This was expected. A stock can only run on air for so long. It needs wings to stay up and keep going up. THAT is a CEO who proves himself to be capable and who simply is willing to regularly shed some light on company's status, prospects, etc. He needs to have a healthy dialogue with his investors. Instead, this CEO seems to think a PR once a year is enough.
Amazing. 761k trading volume today and literally all buys..
I think you have a typo. You mean 2055.
Thank you. Finally some truth in this marketing board.
That would make sense if we had a more capable CEO.
That's just plain pathetic. In the past three months this stock loses most of it's value and today gains .0002 after continuously sliding down for months. And you feel like dancing?
And when will that good news come? 2017 or 2018? Maybe 2020's? Or maybe never?
Methodical. Awesome.
That's is the point right there. Positive posts only last as long as a fart in the wind. We need real growing revenues and proof of real bottom line to come.
.0055...this is getting ridiculous
Hoping it's because people are gathering funds to buy more shares.
I am quite invested as well, not as much as you but still significant. MKND??
Given how confident and excited some are here about IDNG, I'm surprised no one is willing to shell out more than $40 to buy these shares. I would think a million shares ($8100) would be snatched up in minutes. Now I wonder why that is not the case...
Agreed
Whoa. Did this really finally die? PPS of complete zip.
At least we're also getting 300,000+ shares traded today and yesterday. Hope the volume grows more soon.
Same reason but I'm not seeing any news of progress. I'd probably have more fun watching a snail cross the sidewalk than this company make progress, which doesn't seem like there is any. To your point, yes a lifetime opportunity but one that actually may take a lifetime.
Glad the pps recovered a bit.
Exactly
Why are you?
what a joke of a company
Thanks for your explanations Shazbat. I'm hoping the outlook on this company is really as good as some are saying. Looking forward to more news.
Huh? Can you please just say what you're trying to say in plain english?
Thanks goodness.
Cash that sounds amazing. Thanks for sharing. If they can pull this off, we will be in multi-dollar land. Any idea how long it typically takes for a holding company to get established to that level and breadth?
As for business/market portfolio, the 10K seems to indicate other potential markets to be explored. Any indications on what else they plan to go into?
For the same reasons that most here I'm sure have invested. To name a few:
- The promise of Klug and Crowley - this is a positive sign, nothing definite.
- Rotelli is out, which undeniably a good thing for the company.
- The potential of a consolidating holding company.
- Low float (although not some 46M but 175M)
- No convertible notes or toxic financing as far as I can tell
- Insiders own most of the shares (but this can change if dilution is opted for)
Those are the positives I see. HOWEVER, I read the 10K and statements made in there seemed pretty stark. Whether the positives above nullify what is in the 10K is anyone's guess.
So there you go MNKD. I invested for what I think are positive indications. Again, that doesn't mean I (or anyone else that's invested) should not worry if worrisome things come to light (e.g. 10K statements). That's why I want to make sure we are discussing through any concerns. I appreciate Cash for taking the time and going through the much needed talking points. Your aggressive gesture of "show me why YOU invested then...???" does not make you credible in the least. Change your posture and deal with serious questions from serious investors with respect and constructive teamwork. PLEASE.
Someone earlier compared the future of Redhawk to Berkshire. If that is a possibility...consider this: Do you think it mattered that people were positive or negative on Berkshire's respective discussion boards? Not a damn bit. It was Berkshire (Buffet and the company) that made it happen, not some random positivity in some random board.
One more thing. Let's not rely on our positivity on this board to attract new investors. I only want to rely on company news / growing revenue / concrete developments, nothing more nothing less. Let's hope this new holding company starts to deliver.
Cash. I agree that we should do dd and share the positive things we find about IDNG's future with everyone. By the same token, we should also share any concerns that we have and talk through those. New investors will appreciate a balanced and informative board much more than a board that only sticks to positive points about a company without vetting potential negative aspects. A balanced discussion will lend more credence to all in this board or any other for that matter. Let's stay objective and keep the facts coming - positive or negative.
Like I said before, I am heavily invested here and that is why I will not shy away from discussing any concerns that people may have - new or old investors.
IDNG Real all day.
I am still hopeful that they are just trying to stay positive and not have some backwater reason to screw everyone else over for their own gain. But continued discouraging of much needed critical conversations will make me think otherwise.
Agreed.
This is really twisted. I am heavily invested in this company. THAT is the reason I am that much more paranoid about the possibility of IDNG not being on the right track. I, as do others, have every right to ask critical questions to keep confirming that their money is in a good place. DO NOT downplay this valid reason for people to stay critical about a company.
Exactly!
