Thanks Moxa. If MID is approved, that would be such amazing news. Hoping for good news soon.
If this is true, I am incredibly ecstatic. Will wait with cautious optimism until we hear news. I am a little disappointed that the launch of Lowdown was not coordinated well between Energous and the development firm. Agreeing and double-confirming on when to launch something is not that hard to do. Hopefully this is not a sign of incompetence on either side's part.
Wow...this is awesome. Thanks Moxa!
And....on its way down again. Looks like we need big news again to bring it back up.. Seems to be a pattern with this stock.
Time to add more indeed.
I actually add a little bit every week. TSLA is a beast and only a matter of time before it wakes. IMO of course. :)
Agreed and this is only the beginning IMHO.
Indeed. :)
Just goes to show how clueless analysts really are..
People taking in mini profits...
Agreed
$19.97....wow. Very nice.
Woooohoooo indeed!!!
Great to hear! Thanks for sharing.
$400? That's only $16ish from where it's at now. Please...I'm thinking more like 420-430 imo.
Hmmm something may be coming up soon.
I skimmed through the last 10Q and actually they do mention Tier 1:
"In January 2015, we signed a Development and License Agreement with one of the top consumer electronic companies in the world based on total worldwide revenues. The agreement is milestone-based and while there are no guarantees that the WattUp® technology will ever be integrated into our strategic partner’s consumer devices, we have achieved some milestones, as reflected in our 2016 Engineering Services revenues. We expect to make continued progress toward achievement of significant new milestones that we expect will result in additional Engineering Services Revenue. Ultimately, if the customer chooses to incorporate our technology into one or more of its consumer electronic products, we expect to recognize significant revenues based on the WattUp® technology."
The CEO did mention in last conf call that they had to keep things with Tier 1 under wraps going forward (as required by the Tier 1).. So possibly that's what is going on here?
Did their previous 10Q mention it or just the 10K? 10Q requires much less information than 10K.
Thanks dekampfer. It's looking like it.
Moxa, do you think this means Apple may be the 1 Tier Energous is working with? This article shows Samsung will be using Powermat.

Good to hear. :)
Moxa, are you still invested here?

i mean the wifi for my cell phone...
My cell works in pockets so shpuld work here too I think.
Hate those bast*rds in financial services firms...
That's what I'm suspecting too. I wonder if JP Morgan is trying to throw off other shareholders by making "misleading" claims...
I'm with ya. Bought some more today. Just can't let go of cheapies coming our way. This could tank to the abyss but it could also be the biggest thing since the first iphone if they pull off being one of the standards as the wireless charging medium across multiple industries.
Wonder how iwatch users like Qi. In any case, it doesn't have anything to do with true wireless charging.. Also, as for Broadcom...WHERE IS THERE DEMO OR PROTOTYPE to prove their tech works???
Why would Apple associate with WPC, an organization that champions Qi? Strange..
Very suspect.......
Check out this page in Wireless Power Consortium's site. If you read through, you'll notice that it dismisses many companies as having legitimate wireless tech (due to safety, efficiency and/or cost issues), including Energous. But they mention Energous' 2015 demo to dismiss the company's tech. I believe Energous has made vast leaps and bounds to improve their tech on all fronts. At the end of WPC's page, they mention Qi's wireless technology as the winner in this space. What are your thoughts on Qi?

Maybe because of JP Morgan's claim again:

And the pps drops big time again... Bunch of dumbass shareholders here or I'm missing something...
Thanks Moxa! Great start for Energous!!
