I am actually not positive who you are talking about, but I am guessing you mean Patriot guy.
Anything is possible, but if I really had to guess who is most likely to be attempting to manipulate things, particularly this week, I would guess RedChip.
The TA is gagged
So, to create some excitement for all of those people who are suddenly looking at DNAX because of RedChip, less than a thousand dollars was spent to make some purchases at $0.0002 to create three attention-getting, but short lived spikes in PPS in the first hour of trading. This was effective and created a huge amount of buying.
Later, after the ticker ran flat at $0.0001 for over two hours, volume dried up completely for another two hours. Then, another couple hundred bucks was spent to attempt to restore volume with another spike in PPS by buying another small bit of DNAX at $0.0002.
That worked for a short bit, but there still was no volume at all for the last 20 minutes of the trading day. When a ticker is really hot, the first and last hours are usually hottest. That didn't happen today.
That is okay. It looks like Adrian might have gotten about $40,000 today from new stock sales. If that is not enough to finance the next steps in the reboot of the business, it is still a sizable chunk of what he should need. : )
I think we can safely say that the O/S is no longer 7.33 billion after the dumping that happened yesterday and today. Hopefully, Adrian is well on his way to having funding for the next steps in rebooting the business.
Market makers probably do signal each other like this, but you can find lots of theoretical lists of what the signals mean. Previously, I have seen a list that indicated 911 meant, "I need more shares," not 100.
Of course, there is this thing called a telephone, and I've heard that some people use that device to speak directly to each other to convey thoughts, needs and willingness to trade.
How much profit margin do you think is in each can of energy drink? 5 cents? 10 cents? Certainly no more than 20 cents.
At 20 cents profit per can, Adrian would only have to sell 250 cans of energy drinks to recover the cost of a $50 refrigerator.
There are independent retail stores all over the country. I don't think Adrian will have any problems finding stores willing to try his product. The hardest part of that equation will simply be having vans filled with energy drinks driving all over to talk to store owners and dispense the products.
Once he has demonstrable sales through those independent retailers, it should also be easy to acquire distribution agreements.
It would be better to HEAR it...
Last week, I read a response to one of the posts of the Facebook account. That response included the picture of the proposed hemp flavor of DNA.
Don't ask me which Facebook account because I don't know. Someone here had posted a link to a Facebook account inside the iHub post. That is how I got to what looked like the DNA Facebook account. I have not kept up with how many Facebook accounts for DNA there may be, or what their URLs might be, so don't ask.
I was reading through all of the posts on that particular Facebook account, and I saw the picture of can of hemp flavored DNA. It is the same picture now floating around here on iHub.
I will also point out that for the account that disappeared (or at least the one that I saw disappear), that account had a post stating that there was a special announcement coming this week. It used the hashtag #teamdna. I clicked on the hashtag, and it took me to a bunch of pictures of other groups/businesses that had "DNA" in their name, but they were not related to DNA Brands, Inc.
I thought that was weird.
Later, a friend pointed out that there were two addresses shown on that Facebook account and the addresses were put forth as the mailing address for DNA. Only neither of those addresses were the correct address. The correct address was displayed in the right hand sidebar.
Later, all of the posts had been deleted, but the header material at the top of the page were still there. The sidebar material was also still there.
A little while later (minutes), the whole account was no longer found.
I have no idea what any of that means. I am just reporting what I saw.
Somebody posted it as a reply to Facebook post on one of the DNA Facebook pages.
Out of all of the thousands of OTC Pink companies out there, how many do you follow on some forms of social media?
How do you know that one of the ones that you don't follow is not releasing some amazing news today?
Time is money... especially for an overly busy CEO.
It is not very cost effective to release news via Facebook or Twitter if no new potential investors are following the company's account.
Thanks for that information! : )
The bit about being willing to sell restricted shares directly to investors is interesting. That suggests that there is an opening to acquire shares at a discount.
What about "the old warehouse status" and "dealing with old management mistakes"?
Development of new products is always a good thing, but it is unrealistic for Adrian to spend resources on that now before he gets the existing products back to market. Hopefully, he has understood that reality by now.
