Why would today's PR inspire a buying craze?

Today's PR continues to take away a possible negative (no R/S). No reason to buy from that. Just less reason to unload.

Today's PR reports that Adrian hired an IR firm. No revenue generated from that news. Actually, new liability means additional debt.

Nope. R E V E N U E is what this company needs. That will push people to buy shares. Even probability of revenue... as in some inventory is being produced... will inspire buying of shares.

If Adrian does not already have the funding he needs to place a production order... and I don't think he does... he has to figure out how to prove to potential shareholders that he WILL place that order once he sells enough shares to finance production.
