It's refreshing to have a relavent post for a change. Once the Colorado plant gets fully functional, MDOR will begin announcing major contracts to produce powders and compounds with well known companies. The tests they are performing on manufactured tires at the present time have major interest in both the retread and new tire arenas. However there will be many companies that manufacture other types of rubber products that will also placing orders in order to save money on raw material costs and increase profit margins. This is only the tip of the iceburg - there is unlimited potential here IMHO.

Appreciate the reply - I could never figure out why it was taking this company so long to get their product tested and introduced to the market, unless it wasn't as good as was being publicized. Anyway, after the reverse split things have basically fallen apart so I've taken the tax loss finally and doing well on other plays.
GLTU Makamai
Lately the NRs have been doing the talking, and MDOR has never been shy about issuing them maintaining their transparency. I suspect more of the same this week.
Makamai
Brikk - As far as your discussions with James Ray go, the following would be appropriate if not already on your list:
1. What prompted you to get involved with Quasar in the first place?
2. What are your expetations for the company over the short, medium and long term?
3. What do you forsee as your prime contribution to the company?
4. What do you envision as the company's primary focus now, and in 5 years from now?
I could go on, but that should sum it up fairly well...
Makamai
Well, if the O/S was not increased on Friday, I think we may have seen the last of the increases. I still strongly suspect that the reason we have had an increase at all is that following the August NR, Dean had the opportunity to obtain 2 additional companies, however his funding for the other 4 acquisitions was already in place. Time will tell.
As you said about price action, everyone has their own agenda, however once the company has assets and revenue the longs win out in the end.
Makamai
Silence by this company for so long is certainly not golden... I've held this stock for about 5 years but finally gave up a few weeks back and took my losses...
Makamai
Brikk - As I understand it, initially the company was going to buy back up to 20% of the stock and place them in the Treasury for use as incentives for employees downstream. This would not reduce the O/S because these shares are not being retired, but would reduce the float. Last weeks NR states that $250K has now been allocated for the first two weeks of November to buy back (about 15 mil at today's prices) worth of stock to be "retired" to the treasury, thus reducing the O/S. These shares would also reduce the float. Now that it appears that the dilution has ended (hopefully), we might be able determine if there will be any shares retired if that buyback happens next week. Unfortunately we have no way at the present time without input from the company to determine what the float is (or was for that matter). I would like to see that information in the next NR the company issues.

Looks like the calm before the storm if that chart is any indication - when it goes, it GOES!
Makamai
TSHO Chart - Aloha Maone - haven't posted for awhile - been focusing on some other plays and sold around .30 or so. Plan on getting back in again soon. The chart below shows that the uptrend is still in tact, with minor corrections along the way. Until recently the stock was following the upper Bollinger band, however it has broken below the middle of the band but is still above the 50 DMA, at $.4815 which is your next support level. If the stock breaks below that, the next support level is the lower Bollinger band at $.438. Looks like a healthy consolidation going on now while the stock gains energy for the next run, as the trend is your friend and the trend is well established heading up channeled by the Bollies.
Makamai
You asked "yikes WHAT WILL THE BASHERS SAY" - well, I for one could care less...Lots of good things going on here. Great DD on the Road Test article. Looking forward to contracts rolling in once testing is completed.
Makamai
Aloha Brit - words well spoken from someone who has been there and done that. Folks on this board that bash have their own agenda or they wouldn't spend so much time doing it. Those of us who are long, have done our DD and are very comfortable with our positions. I have been buying at these levels almost daily for over 2 weeks and have lowered my average considerably. I sleep very well at night knowing that Dean is at the helm, following a business plan that may have a few bumps in it, but will come to fruition and greatly benefit all who have believed along the way. Each day we get a little closer to the highly anticipated news and that's just fine with me. It will happen when it happens...

To uplist to the Nasdaq exchange requires meeting certain criteria as posted below. With so few outstanding shares, liquidity might be an issue w/IFRX, however reaching the $5.00 minimum would be easier.
Makamai
The Nasdaq has three sets of listing requirements. The company must meet at least one of the three requirement sets, as well as the main rules for all companies.
Listing Requirements for All Companies Rule 4420
Each company must have a minimum of 1.1 million publicly-traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more then 10% of the company. The minimum bid price of the stock upon listing must be at least $5. Each listing firm is also required to follow Nasdaq Corporate Governance rules 4350, 4351 and 4360. Companies must also have at least 400 shareholders. A shareholder is defined by Nasdaq as a holder of over 100 shares.
Requirement Rule 4420 (a)
The company must have a minimum shareholder equity of $15 million. The operating income from either the last fiscal year, or two of the last three years, must total a minimum of $1 million. The company must have a minimum of three market makers that will provide liquidity to the trading of their stock. The market value of the publicly-held shares upon trading must be worth at least $8 million.
Requirement Rule 4420 (b)
The company must have a minimum shareholder equity of $30 million. The market value of the shares traded must be at least $18 million upon listing. The company also has to have a minimum operating history of two years. It is also required to have three market makers. What can be seen here is that if a company did not earn enough to meet the operating income minimum, they need to have greater shareholder equity and a larger market value.
Requirement Rule 4420 (c)
Under this requirement companies must have at least $75 million in total assets, total revenue, or listed securities. Listed securities as defined by the Nasdaq are securities listed on either a Nasdaq or another national exchange. The market value of the shares upon listing must be worth at least $20 million. They are also required to add an additional market maker for a total of four market makers.
A company has three ways to get listed on the Nasdaq depending on the underlying fundamentals of the company. If a company does not meet certain criteria such as the operating income minimum, it has to make it up with larger minimum amounts in another area like revenue. This helps to improve the quality of companies listed on the exchange.
It doesn't end there: after a company gets listed on the market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting. Falling below the minimum required share price, or market capitalization, is one of the major factors triggering a delisting. Again, the exact details of delisting depend on the exchange.
An excellent update, too bad it was issued after hours, however not sure there is much of a following anymore - however with such a low float, if they were to promo this stock, who knows how high the SP could run...Hopefully they won't dilute the heck out of the stock, and instead increase share base by forward stock splits. Time will tell...
Makamai
Today's NR puts a slightly different spin on the share buy back program. Initially the company was going to buy back up to 20% of the stock and place them in the Treasury for use as incentives for employees downstream. This would not reduce the O/S, but would reduce the float. Today's NR states that $250K has been allocated for the first two weeks of November to buy back (about 15 mil at today's prices) worth of stock to be "retired" to the treasury, thus reducing the O/S. Of course this would also reduce the float. That's a somewhat significant change IMHO from the previous buy back...
Makamai
tB - This is how I look at this stock, as Warren Buffett says: Why not invest your assets in the companies you really like? As Mae West said, "Too much of a good thing can be wonderful". And in closing "Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing." If you believe in your DD, go for it and keep in mind that if a business does well, the stock will eventually follow so I'm in this very long term as well...
Makamai
Stroodle, believe in your DD and don't ever let youself be swayed by those who are mentally challenged posting on boards such as this. Today's NR can certainly be verified as can all the NRs, videos and pictures on MDOR's website. If you still have any doubts, call the company and/or call IR. They are always more than eager to answer any real questions and/or concerns investors have up to the point of providing information that could be considered privileged.
Makamai
Nice to see the ask climb right before close - hopefully that will carry over to tomorrow. Hard to resist these prices...
Makamai
Yea - everyone has their own agenda, and there are all sorts of reasons for investing in a stock, but then there are all sorts of stocks to invest in. This one just happens to be the sort of stock you want to keep in your portfolio because it will be paying big dividends in appreciation for years to come.
Makamai
Aloha Brikk - well that's what you pay your advisors for - to give you good advice. Unfortunately their advice prevented Dean from including all the info he had hoped for in his NR today, however rather than holding up and not issuing the NR at all, he issued what he could and I commend him for that.
Peeps on this board need to realize what they have invested in - a management team that's at the top of the list as far as transparency goes, with the CEO picking up the phone despite the many tasks on his plate, to talk with Joe Blow investor because he considers us an important part of the business process. How many times in the past have you attempted to contact the CEO of a company, only to reach the secretary who dutifully takes a message, but you never get a return call. In Dean's case, he follows up on messages if he hasn't answered the phone himself. So in my book, we are very very fortunate to be involved with a company with the investor focus that it has and the potential for making any investor's investment something to be excited about for years to come. IMHO of course...
Makamai
Hardmetal - You are wasting your time trying to explain logic to someone who could care less as to what the facts are, but would rather attempt to mislead through lies and inuendo to suit his own agenda. Just be comfortable with you're own DD and don't be misled by those on this board that would love to mislead you. MDOR is in a class of it's own, having taken tire manufacturing using recycled powders to a whole new level with by far the highest percentage of recycled powders to date. They are definitely in the forefront of this industry and those that believe will be greatly rewarded.
Makamai
You are absolutely right - Gopi is the real deal and you can certainly tell what posters on this board have their own agenda. The company's videos of Gopi manufacturing the test tires don't lie as others do on this board all the time.
Makamai
Gopi is a chemist like his father. His brother is a fast talking salesman - do the math...
Makamai
I'm hoping that Dean has given up on announcing all 4 acquisitions at once and spreads them out - that will have the greatest continuing affect on the share price over a longer period of time. Then follow that up with some respected independant analyst coverage such as Cohen Independant Research Group, coming out with a strong buy rating and a suggested target price of $.50 or more and all longs will be in QASP heaven, especially this one!!
Makamai
You got that right
Agree - a PR tomorrow would be nice, but it's not the end of the world if we don't get it until later in the week. What's important is that we are progressing day by day to complete the acquisitions, and after that, we can begin following the company's quarterly earnings reports and watching the company and our portfolios grow accordingly. I'll be holding shares of QASP for a long time to come...
Makamai
Yep - that 200DMA is big support!
Nice to see your change in attitude since making a couple simple phone calls and speaking directly to the CEO who definitely has an open door policy. Anyone who has questions and/or concerns should do likewise. His enthusiasm is contageous. I've been buying below .02 daily for the past two weeks, slowly lowering my average while Dean works on completing the acquisitions. Good to see that we closed above the 200DMA today which is now a support level vice resistance. Don't expect the teens to be here much longer.
Makamai
The bashers can knock this stock all they want, it won't make any difference whatsoever as MDOR has the goods and the business plan to put it all together including a top notch legal and accounting team to guide them along the way. Colorado folks will be very glad MDOR bought "Tire Mountain" as they will actually begin to make use of all the tires stored there as others have promised but failed to do in the past. Since several states count on dumping there tires there, they will have a limitless supply and recieve tipping fees to boot!
Makamai
Nice 14% increase in the stock price today - need one more day to confirm that the bottom is in place and we are heading up from here.
Makamai
Hardmetal, I totally agree with your opinion that there are far too many childish posts made frequently on this board. Do your DD and I'm sure you'll find that this company is for real with cutting edge technology.
GLTY
Makamia
A stock trades on the float - not the outstanding and the stock is trading now no differently than in the past, so the float hasn't changed much. The stock is still trading well above the low set in early August. If you truely felt that Dean lied and mislead investors, you would have sold your shares and run, so based on how you feel, what are you still doing here??
Makamai
QASP Chart - Since the stock broke support at the 200DMA it has become resistance at 0.019. Support is at the lower bollinger band at 0.013 with the low today at 0.0136. We are in a downward channel at the moment, and without news hopefully we hold at the lower bollie support level of 0.013. We are definitely oversold and previous patterns would indicate we could rise quickly off these levels with substantive news.
Makamai
Magoohi - think about it like a balance scale. If the bid side is heavier than the ask side (more sells or buys at the bid), the scale tips toward the bid and the ask/bid can drop as a result. On the other hand, if their is more action on the ask side, the ask/bid can rise. It is also affected by volume. If their is a lull in activity, the MMs will allow share buy orders to go through at the bid, as I just got a few minutes ago. However if their is a lot of buying activity, the bid/ask will rise. They keep stirring the pot to maintain action and generate money for themselves....They are at the helm, steering the ship in which ever direction they want...
Hope that helps,
Makamai
MDOR NEWS: This is what MDOR is all about - where the rubber meets the road - operational tests that are being conducted by Rubber Research Institute of the Malaysian Rubber Board's Tire Lab, a highly respected independent test laboratory that will provide irrefutable evidence of the success of Magnum's activated recycled rubber powders in tire manufacture. Anyone that says otherwise is just blowing smoke ___ ___ ___!!

- Magnum SRI Custom Compound Tire Equipped Truck Commences Validation Testing at the Malaysian Rubber Research Institute
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 21-- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc., a next generation rubber recycling Solutions Company, announced today the Magnum SRI custom compound light truck tires were installed onto the pre-specified truck and driven to the Rubber Research Institute of the Malaysian Rubber Board's Tire Lab (RRI) where the "On Road" validation and testing of the tires will be carried out as per their protocol. No standard protocol currently exists to specifically deal with Magnum SRI Tires. At 14% recycled content, this is nearly 6 fold what exists today in terms of surface treated crumb in tires, whether truck or automotive. The performance specifications achieved thus far by the Magnum SRI custom compound tires clearly equal the original control specimen and is being treated as an OEM tire and tested with the same procedure(s).
We were honoured by the interest shown by the Director of the Research Facility Dr. Alias Othman and the Head of the Advance Technology Unit. Both individuals were present to witness the historic event where substantial recycled content was incorporated into a premium production tire for the very first time without any loss in properties while affording a reduction in raw material cost in-between 6% to 8% to the manufacturer.
To view Pictures taken at the RRI visit: http://magnumresources.net/gallery/?level=album&id=6
[bThe two Magnum SRI Tires and two control tires were thoroughly marked and measured prior to the truck being driven off on its maiden 800km round trip journey. The trip will include travel north to collect the latest production of Magnum SRI custom tires for further testing. The truck is equipped with a black box packed with monitoring hardware and tracking systems to check all aspects of the vehicles operating conditions to be included as part of the evaluation. This will prove to be the crown jewel of the Magnum SRI venture by documenting the results showing that the performance exceeds all expectations, and byre-writing the rules about what can and cannot be done in the recycling industry.
Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the Magnum SRI Compound Test Tire is a composite compound using the OEM manufacturers Light Truck compound formula with a substitution of 20% of Magnum SRI custom Compound (14% recycled rubber content). In this case it means that tread compound has 14% of recycled content and the sidewall of the tire has a little more than 14% recycled content. Virgin compound modified to allow for customization added to the activated compound will make the final custom compound proportion 20%. There is truly significant in that the Magnum SRI activated compound was not only incorporated into the tread compound but it was also introduced into the sidewall compound of these 'Next Generation' Magnum SRI Truck Tires

Speaking of growing up - certain folks ought to practice what they preach and dispense with childish name calling, taunting and lies about the company. MDOR will become a profitable going concern that will some day become a fortune 1000 company in a field that is at the forfront of technology in the recycling world. Nothing you or your buds can say or do will prevent that from happening. And oh by the way, if you knew anything about business you'd know this to be true - the facts cearly speak for themselves.

I for one am totally tapped out now on these bargin basement prices, so Dean lets get these acquisitions closed and move this puppy to a more respectable level.

Looks like we bounced off the 200DMA resistance at 0.0189 today. As it was once providing us strong support, you can now expect it to provide strong resistance until volume and buying force their way through it again.
