Brikk - As far as your discussions with James Ray go, the following would be appropriate if not already on your list:
1. What prompted you to get involved with Quasar in the first place?
2. What are your expetations for the company over the short, medium and long term?
3. What do you forsee as your prime contribution to the company?
4. What do you envision as the company's primary focus now, and in 5 years from now?

I could go on, but that should sum it up fairly well...
