IZEA Reports Significant New Contract Wins
9:00 am ET August 17, 2018 (BusinessWire) Print
IZEA, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA), operator of IZEAx(R), the premier online marketplace connecting brands and publishers with influential content creators, is reporting several large new contract wins thus far in Q3.
IZEA recently secured a high six-figure influencer marketing services contract to support a product launch for a new Fortune 200 client. In addition, the company signed a number of six-figure contracts earlier in the quarter for a variety of clients including a Fortune 10 retailer, a Fortune 100 healthcare company, and Fortune 1000 software company. The company saw new commitments from repeat clients including a Fortune 50 automobile manufacturer and Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company.
"We believe our Q3 managed services bookings will show a meaningful improvement over the previous quarter," commented Ted Murphy, Founder and CEO of IZEA. "We are approximately halfway through Q3 and have already booked 90%+ of what we did in managed services bookings for the entirety of Q2. In addition to managed services, we also expect to see the benefit of SaaS and marketplace spend from our acquisition of TapInfluence in late July. From a sales perspective, July 2018 was our best July in the history of the company, with managed services bookings up 153% year over year."
"We are beginning to see a rebound in bookings due to the heightened level of overall sales activity over the past three quarters," continued Murphy. "Our Q2 new opportunity pipeline, and our July new opportunity pipeline, were both up year over year. We have been working hard to build the top of the funnel, and that effort is beginning to pay off. On average, we see the efforts of new opportunity pipeline development impacting bookings on an eight to ten month trailing basis. We have observed three quarters of this trend, and we believe we are at the beginning of a reversal in our bookings pattern, so long as this momentum continues."

That's ridiculous, money is money. Not defending IoSoft bs, just sayin' it really is about the numbers, no matter where the pps goes in the short run.

HaHaHa so much for adjusting the business strategy...maybe they should try promoting the company at investor conferences (in USA). This is common practice for public companies. It is a good way to meet ones duty to investors already invested. A public company has a duty to grow the investor base.
DOVA highlights of ers call. Longterm sure looks like they will put up some good earnings:

That last sentence is especially interesting to me. "We intend to adjust our business strategies to meet the requirements of these two markets,” added Ms. Wang.
I haven't looked in awhile but pretty sure the pps must be higher to qualify for either. I think the lowest tier is $2.
They only need to qualify for one exchange and both exchanges have several ways to qualify.

Level headed response. I'm keeping in mind the possible continued growth ahead in the macro economy and other than "really WILD predictions that did not materialise", company has made some good choices of sectors to be in. Going to wait and see what materializes.
"as the company keeps quiet about Iosoft and guidance about it with numbers, its' prospects is nothing for a shareholder to get really excited about."
I agree the jury is still out on viability of %...in the meantime hiring some marketing firms with connections means they have identified some core problems to solve. That is called making a good decision imo.
Important to remember that for success 100% of problems need not be solved, 80/20 rule says to identify 20% and solve them.

Regarding how investment $s are distributed in China, you are more optimistic than I. I get that Apple is dedicated to having clean energy facilities, wherever they are, in China efforts to go in one direction are often re-routed for seemingly good reasons. Anyway, the headline is great for Apple in China and in that regard maybe shareholders will benefit.
I'm much more fond of what Bill Pulte has been doing. Going into the worst poverty/crime areas in USA and creating conditions where locals of goodwill can reclaim their neighborhoods. https://twitter.com/pulte
Yeah and even the simple act of taking out the trash gets political resistance. https://www.forbes.com/sites/dalebuss/2014/04/30/pulte-relocates-blight-busting-effort-from-detroit-to-pontiac/#befedb8469a8

NICE- whoop whoop!
Nice! Hope they start doing some presentations.
It's more complicated than that. For example, last yr China bought some soy from Brazil, less from US. Why? because US has been forcing crop yield which reduces nutrients in the plants, meaning Brazil had a better quality soy for now. Media just wants to report the controversial stuff, like tariffs. There are all kinds of reason to buy here or there, it's no one thing.
DOVA made it back to $31 some say $65 coming.

The Megafolia Tree can be harvested in as little as two years, for biomass fuel, making it ideal for reforestation. It grows to it's mature height of 55 to 65 feet in only six to seven years, with the first limbs beginning at 35 feet, thus producing excellent knot free lumber. With irrigation, it grows equally well in arid or humid environments and at sea level or elevations to over 3000 feet. It also replenishes itself, since a new tree will grow from the stump after the adult tree is harvested. An additional advantage, is that due to its high level of photosynthesis, the Megafolia Tree will reduce global warming to a much greater degree than other species.

All of this means that the Megafolia Tree will not only produce high income from product sales, but will generate eco-friendly sustainable development in areas where it is planted.

Plug Power to Accelerate Hydrogen Adoption in European Manufacturing Market
7:00 am ET June 11, 2018 (Globe Newswire) Print
Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ:PLUG), a leader in providing energy solutions that change the way the world moves, announced today that the Plug Power Europe team is exhibiting as a partner at the World of Material Handling conference hosted by Linde Material Handling in Mannheim, Germany, from June 4-15, 2018. Plug Power's goal is to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen in the European manufacturing market by integrating its fuel cells into Linde warehouse vehicles.
After a routine qualification process, several warehouse vehicles including Linde's P30C-FC electric tow trucks and E25-FC electric forklift trucks have been qualified by both Linde and Plug Power engineers for the seamless integration of hydrogen fuel cells. At the World of Material Handling conference, Linde is presenting that two of its new forklifts -- the counterbalance truck E20FC and the reach truck R20FC -- are fuel cell-ready. A full range of fuel cell-enabled trucks, from 24 up to 80V, are now available at Linde.
Through this, more small- and medium-sized prospects will have the opportunity to evaluate hydrogen for their applications. In addition, for medium-sized customers, Plug Power brings to the partnership the expertise of 20,000 deployed fuel cells and greater than 180 million run hours in mobility applications, including customers in Europe such as BMW and Daimler.
"We're excited to co-operate with Linde, one of the leading material handling equipment manufacturers in the world, to accelerate the market penetration for hydrogen fuel cells across Europe," said Plug Power CEO Andy Marsh. "We believe hydrogen has limitless possibilities for both industrial and on-road applications; our cooperation will help expedite bringing hydrogen power to electric vehicles in factories across Europe, reducing their emissions and driving overall efficiency."
