That last sentence is especially interesting to me. "We intend to adjust our business strategies to meet the requirements of these two markets,” added Ms. Wang.

I haven't looked in awhile but pretty sure the pps must be higher to qualify for either. I think the lowest tier is $2.

They only need to qualify for one exchange and both exchanges have several ways to qualify.
