It's comical, I respect people who back their posts up with facts. Like I do when I post. Real recognise real! I invested in EGRN knowing the risk. Just like any OTC stock I trade, there is always a risk you can lose your entire investment. The fact that EGRN is moving towards being a fund adds some serious value in my opinion. We shall see!

If you are 5% holder than how come I don't see your name in any filings? Under SEC rules and regulations you would have to file as an insider for a fully reporting company... Non reporting you can own up to 9.9% without having to file.
Thank you for reminding me to update my LinkedIn profile. Just to clarify, I actually transferred over to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. this past October. I was initially hired by Pottery Barn in 2015 for seasonal work (just for the holidays). I got the job because I'm a people-person and I truly enjoy helping others. This has always been a part-time job for me that I find enjoyable. My co-workers and clients are fun to be around. I only spend two nights a week at this job for four hours each shift, which will not have any effect on my role with $TNTY. After management observed how good my interactions were with customers, and how much my co-workers liked working with me, they decided to keep me on staff. This was the first job I've had outside of self-employment after starting my own business in the early 2000's.
Did you actually read the 8-k?

Another 8-k out today it looks like EGRN is legitimately going to be an ETF! Wow after all the bs they might actually deliver... I'm excited to what the future beholds for us shareholders!
If and when $EGRN delivers on this its going to be HHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!
Closed-End Fund is a much better route than an Open-Ended Fund!!! Just do your homework and you can see why...
For those less savvy investors that don't understand a Closed-End fund. Here's a great reference point to get more clarity!
Investopedia's definition
What is a 'Closed-End Fund'
A closed-end fund is organized as a publicly traded investment company by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Like a mutual fund, a closed-end fund is a pooled investment fund with a manager overseeing the portfolio; it raises a fixed amount of capital through an initial public offering (IPO). The fund is then structured, listed and traded like a stock on a stock exchange.
BREAKING DOWN 'Closed-End Fund'
A closed-end fund is also known as a "closed-end investment" or "closed-end mutual fund." While a closed-end fund has several unique characteristics that distinguish it from an open-end fund, such as a mutual fund or exchange-traded fund (ETF), it also shares several similarities. A closed-end fund raises a prescribed amount of capital only once through an IPO by issuing a fixed number of shares, which are purchased by investors in the closed-end fund as stock. Unlike regular stocks, closed-end fund stock represents an interest in a specialized portfolio of securities that is actively managed by an investment advisor, and typically concentrates on a specific industry, geographic market or sector. The stock price of a closed-end fund fluctuates according to market forces, such as supply and demand, as well as the changing values of the securities in the fund's holdings. One of the largest closed-end funds is the Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund.
Other Differences and Similarities Between Closed-End and Open-End Funds
Both closed-end funds and open-end funds are run by a management team that manages a portfolio of investments. Both also charge an annual expense ratio and can make income and capital gain distributions to shareholders.
Unlike open-end funds, closed-end funds trade just like stocks. While open-end funds are priced only once at the end of the day, closed-end funds are traded and priced throughout the day. Closed-end funds also require a brokerage account to buy and sell, while an open-end fund can often be purchased directly through a fund provider.
Discount and Premium to Net Asset Value
One of the unique features of a closed-end fund is how it is priced. The net asset value (NAV) of the fund is calculated regularly. However, the price that it trades for on the exchange is determined entirely by supply and demand. This can lead to a closed-end fund trading at a premium of a discount to its NAV.
Funds can trade at premiums and discounts for a number of reasons. Closed-end funds focused on a popular sector at the time may trade at a premium. These funds may also trade at a premium if the fund is managed by a historically successful stock picker. Conversely, a lack of investor demand or a poor risk and return profile of the fund can lead to it trading at a discount to its NAV.

This is REALLY exciting, I don't think people understand the scope of this. The fact that $EGRN actually PR'd their intentions of listing as a closed-end fund is very impressive and positive for us shareholders. As a public company you can't just put out press releases unless your actually going to follow through on what you say. Otherwise that would considered fraud.
Good Morning Manic, great to see you too buddy. Doing very well thanks. $GYST more of a swing trade with operations in Mining and Marijuana they are very well diversified. We all know how hot these POT Stocks can really explode. Just needs eyeballs and attention and it should go nicely.
$GYST Chart primed to return to 52week highs!#Mining #PotStock #Cannabis
A return to the 52-week high of .0215 from .01 level could make for triple digit gains. Presently, the RSI is not overbought by any means, and appears rather bullish, being above 50-line with the MACD showing a recent bullish cross!

Thats precisely why $PMXO woke up once the recent 10k filing was released in my opinion. Once people seen how tight the SS is, traders started piling in sending the PPS into a parabolic breakout. If more traders start to accumulate big positions this can easily go to multi-pennies if not .10-.25!
Yea that's hardly anything in terms of an increased number of shares in the OS. If this were a complete PIG, management would of increased the A/S to billions and diluted hundreds of millions into the OS drove it down to .000 then did a R/S like I've seen in countless of other stinky pinkies. The fact that the structure has been so tight here for years is a good sign in my opinion. Great facts thank you for posting!!! Go $PMXO
Nobody is $PMXO stock jumped on the 10k filing that hit two days ago...

Would you like some peanut butter with your fluffanutter?
Churned out a bunch of flippers i gotta feeling it gaps and goes higher tomorrow $PMXO funny where are all the neysayers now? They must of covered there shorts...
That would be great with only 118 Million shares OS if anything with real value comes in to PMXO it could go pretty big IMO... Tight SS thats why I have been a shareholder for a looooooooooooooong time... I've just been lurking in the backround staying silent....
Thats OLD news bro
How do you know its heading into MJ?
DLNY high bidder for PMXO looks like it wants to run to atleast .02
Doesn't make any sense to me either, with all they have in the pipe line I was expecting $DIBZ to go higher not lower... Hopefully this is the end of the selling and it rebounds from here...
Agreed, strong accumulation the past few weeks. Bottom is in and $DIBZ is on the rebound, very thin back to .60 IMO

8.5 milli in premarket volume for $IDGC
Nice annual report out for $IDGC
My favorite part:
Additionally the use of CBD's from cannabis will be used in a line of cannabis infused beverages and edibles using the trade names of Canna Bliss tm & Canna Rush tm. CBI is a long lived company that over the years has licensed its IP to various third party concerns, including Quaker Oats, Co. and PepsiCo. Inc, and others. The new mode of operation is to minimize external influences and concentrate efforts in a targeted, low overhead manufacturing and marketing endeavor.
Quaker oats and Pepsi are some big household names, pretty much everyone can identify with them!!!
With all the Trip .000 runners I've seen in the OTC lately the timing couldn't be any more perfect for $IDGC IMO. Just need some type of catalyst like news or a filing, crack the .0002s and watch the momo take off!
Buyers are hungry to load the bottom, once we get some heavy hits to the ask at .0002 $IDGC should booooooooooom
only 5.9 sold at .0001 already over 13million traded today. So less then half todays volume was at the bid. Looks like their are fewer .0001s to be had IMO $IDGC
$IDGC nice to see bid firming up and some decent slaps at the .0002 range to start the day. Once we get some heavy buyers to step in and start taking the .0002s out this should fly.... Go $IDGC
Arrrrrh ahoy Matey!!! $IDGC
