Yup, those were the good old days...even better was when it was trading in real whole pennies.
.025 or NO DEAL, Roger!
Hey Keymaster, MIP?
(lol)
LOL!! LOL!! Mastaflash!
Bye-bye Johnny. It sort of makes me laugh whenever I read about the actions of the company's BOD. It conjures up a picture of men in suits sitting around a conference table armed with yellow legal pads, when in fact, it's just Roger sitting on a bar stool somewhere, all alone, except for his invisible friends, of course.
I wonder if Melinda really exists. I wonder if Belinda knows Melinda.
It's odd that the PR is now referring to the company as CBI rather than CBAY.
;)
Well here's one Melinda Rice and she's a realtor, not a biker chick. Darn. I suppose Melinda could just be another one of Roger's aliases. No one knows nuthin' yet, but it's encouraging just to know that the corporation is no longer in default with the Nevada SOS. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

ONLY 78 million?
Geez.
OK then, bring us your good luck and bring on the breathing fire. CBAY to .025!!
Wow, Mordicai, thanks for finding that. THAT's what I've been waiting for: CBAY is now active and in good standing. Who knows what's next. Could Roger be attempting to clean up his mess for Johnny Lew Fratto and the BHC gang? How shocking that Roger is still involved (lol).
This is the first good, FACTUAL sign we've had in a very long time.
I would love it if you'd do it, and I'm totally serious.
OK, but then knock on his door armed with some Dunkin' coffee and donuts, and sit down and have a nice chat with him about what on earth is going on. Thanks! Please report back by 12 noon.
;)
That's older news. The company is planning a R/S, which makes me wonder if they want the share price over $1.00 in order to uplist.
"preparatory technology?"
Might they mean "proprietary?"
(lol)
Short interest 7/11/08 - 13,462,444
(from PinkSheets)
I know what luckytoo is saying. When there are too many flippers it seems like the stock price never gets anywhere. In this case, yes, you made 40%, but still that equates to only .0004/share. It just seems like a lot of work unless you're trading at least 10 million share lots, and maybe you are.
Some people don't have the time to watch so closely, so it can be frustrating to see his/her stock take four steps up and then five steps back over and over again! It's all your fault...so just admit it! ;)
This part is encouraging:
"Mr. Silva has been hired to assist the company in handling the INCREASED DEMANDS for its products and specifically the overflow from several trade shows that the company recently attended."
"Mr. Silva will also be designing and implementing a new marketing strategy to improve the NATIONAL awareness of TrendSetter Solar Products."
FLIP closed at .025 one year ago (7/3/07).
Me too! And they didn't scare me, but I was tempted to sell my .0011's. Decided to hold on and then ended up buying more today at .0018.
The timing/trend "feels" right, and I wish Scott Gallagher and all the FLIPsters good luck here.
No and no (unfortunately).
Son of a gun, Mastaflash, that’s very impressive that Johnny finally responded to you!
Now that you have a new best friend, maybe he’ll reply to a few more of your questions, like “Ummm, so Johnny, pal, buddy, when exactly is the BIG DAY?”
Thank you for your efforts. :)
(lol), Biker Dude Chloebware. I’ll do my best to live up to this lofty designation and make you proud, just you wait and see. ;)
Hoping to see some real, live gansta action this week. What would we ever do if we were to see an “Investors Relations” tab on the BHC website? Conk out from the excitement probably.
CBAY to .025!
Just thinking they may have been buying quietly, trying to keep everything hush-hush. Oh yeah, the mysteries continue and still another mystery is the recent short interest in May and June. Curiouser and curiouser!

I wonder if CBAY has been buying 'em up at .0001? I mean, ya can't beat the price.
Agreed. I guess the big question now is: Will it stick?
The encouraging thing is that they're actually working on the site. It may be still a work-in-progress as they continue preparations for Bevery Hills Choppers to go public (maybe...maybe not!). Also encouraging is the fact that the site is STILL listed on Pink Sheets as CBAY's official website (as cdnkid already mentioned).
Mastaflash, it IS all new. The last time I checked, there was nothing except a few magazine articles.
Just when I thought my new biker chick boots were doomed to collect dust forever, I rechecked the BHC website and was happy and shocked to see that they've been working on it. The last time I checked there was nothing there except a few outdated articles...it's much improved now (forget about it) and even plays some Johnny Lew gansta rap! Go Johnny!

(lol) Thank you for that, but the boss is very needy. APIO might not even fit into this forum, but this is an extremely undervalued stock. Recent insider buys in the millions, and a 13G just filed for 30 million shares. "They" have been bringin' it down for the last few days on low volume. Happy trading to you today!
30 million common shares bought by Goodman & Company. Here's the 13G filed on 6/25/08:

Thank you from me, too, Logan.
Perfect, Soldier. How about you? I am taking an extra half-hour lunch break to celebrate my buying into FLIP just yesterday. I'm not much of a daytrader, but could get used to this! I like this forum very much...wish I had more time to play. Now I'm wondering if I should flip FLIP. (lol)
;)
Maybe..Scott Gallagher is still holding shares he bought at .01 and .02.
FLIP is flippin' out. Volume close to 10 X average.
I picked more up, too. The removal of the "E" has done wonders! Mr. Cannefax's email to a poster here in April seems genuine and sincere, at least to me. He's sure got the knowledge and experience behind him to be able to pull things together.
Nice close...go PMED!
The "E" has been removed. Now back to PMED. Yay.
Alesha, it's good that the numbers are out, even though they're not pretty. It's good that maybe now the "E" will be removed. It's good that the CEO owns shares that he paid for with his very own money.
The POGI mixup is neither good nor bad...it's just weird! And that filing hasn't been corrected yet. It's still at the SEC site under Paradigm Medical.
If the FDA approval comes in soon for the laser system and they make good progress in sales of their other products, then things will be very good.
That Form 4 is a crazy mistake. At least CEO Cannafax DID buy 1 million shares in December at .0028, and he has many options to buy at .01.
Now I wonder if his .003 purchase price is correct on the Form 4 since Friday's close was at .0003. Did he really pay 900% more than Friday's close?
Just found out that POGI is currently listed as PARADIGM OIL & GAS INC., which closed at .0085 on Friday.
Yes, I am confused!
The pleasure is mine, Soldier. This looks like a first-class board. "Slow is not an option" is quite the NOT-boring maxim.
;)
Here it is. Marc Juliar, President and Director, purchased 16.2 million shares at .003 on 6/18/08. Love it! Go POGI (??)

Looks like a merger took place. Here's the 10-QSB.

Why thank you, Soldier...oh, and make that 839.
;)
So since Kevin May projected just a few weeks ago that ServeNation could produce $45 million in revenues the first year with 500 orders per day, why doesn't he go for THAT first, and THEN sell it? I have to wonder why he seems so anxious to sell the business as soon as it reaches orders of 100 a day. I mean $45 million/year in revenue is a LOT, especially when compared with ZERO in revenue, which is what PINR reported in their initial disclosure for this "development stage" company. Also in their disclosure statement, it's stated that there are over 1 million preferred shares owned by two people, and it also appears that the company does not own the Pine Ridge facility; Kevin May "manages" the facility.
Not trying to cause trouble here...just sharing some of my DD. I know, I know, this is a pinky and none of these things may really matter? It's all about the MOMO? Maybe this post will be deleted? (lol) Good luck to all!
;)
