Ingenious play SNPK Brand new stock only traded 2 days and almost 200million shares. Prior to this nada.
"pleased to announce that it has forwarded all necessary documentation to the company's transfer agent to cancel 50,000,000 common shares of the Company's stock with the intent of improving the overall capital structure and to increase shareholder value. The cancelled shares were previously held by Mr. Mackie A. Barch, CEO of Sunpeaks.
The share cancellation reduces the total number of issued and outstanding shares from 420,500,750 to 370,500,750."
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SNPK&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p09510407854
That's 370 million shares to unload. No previous shares were traded, no previous bagholders, no previous support or resistance on a chart, no time to think just jump in. Judging from the volume that is exactly what has happened. Not saying that is a bad thing just an observation. Steady flow of news and emails talking about the glorious future ahead, standard pennystock BS. Think about this with a volume of 150mil one day the price didn't go up very far. Lets say 1/2 of the shares traded in the last 2 days, the very first 2 days are brand spanking new out of the box. If it's trading at say .40x125 mil is about $50mil. If only 1/4 are its $25 mil. Someone is making alot of money. This is like an IPO except its a POS pennystock IPO. It will continue until the 370million shares are unloaded. At the current rate of volume that shouldn't be long. Once all the new shares are thrown out to the bagholders what do you suppose might happen?
Tip don't wait around till the last shares come off the press, before that happens sell your shares to a another bagholder. This is what years of trading experience tells me.
rumor is some of the shareholders of HSCC are going to hire these guys to promote HSCC which has a very small OS and float which about 65% of is owned by less than 15 shareholders.
read post 11733 should tell you what your asking
Stock Barber TA has 100% applicability here as it does with every stock. Ever fly an airplane? Would you consider flying an airplane in the weather without instruments. That's about what your suggesting.
SBarber what you should say is TA has zero applicability for you emphasis on YOU
I glow if insiders own 90% of the shares OS as you say then the float is small only 10% of the OS. Consider those 90% of shares locked up restricted not available to trade. Smaller float means any increase in buying pressure drives the stock price up higher.
"insiders own 90% of the stock. At one time they owned 121 out of 135 million shares." (thats 14 million float)
Would you prefer that the float be a full 135 million as opposed to 14 million. If you answer yes I'd say your a moron
Early Jan after the Monster run AMWI pulled all the way down to .05, 5 days at .05 then run to .15 (300%) AMWI then came down to .04 ran thru the 50ma to .079(100%)a week ago. Then pulled back to test the .05 level for support that was previously resistance but support in early Jan. selling at .05 today then bid/ask firmed up in the afternoon closing at .058. An open in the .05's close in the .06's on Monday would not be surprising. Lots of potential here. A breakout above the 50ma and .18-.20 is possible.

SNPK 149 mil traded today and hardly any movement naw this ain't new AWSR this is a MAJOR DILUTION PLAY. They had so many shares lined up waiting to go out of the starting gate this show should be over in 3 days. AWSR came as a suprise thats why it shot from .28 to .90 in less than 10 mins on only 200k shares then on to $1.80 before it fell back to earth. It only traded 7million up 700% the first day vs 149mil up 0%. SNPK is a DILUTED POS PENNYSTOCK right out of the starting gate it's so new Stockcharts.com doesn't chart it yet. AWSR was a far better trade today. When the confusion started it dropped like a rock to .25 shares at .30 were easy to get and sell at .50's half hour later. That was the APS rumor play today. Rumor is some of the HSCC shareholders are hiring APS and at least another firm to promote HSCC in the next month or two. The CEO is to cheap to promote the company. The float on it is so tight. and check out the EPS $1.39 listed here on stockcharts. Must have been leaked. That's why the accumulation has been so strong the last couple years sucking up all the float.

Nice dip today for those that wanted to buy some more shares. 5 day rally was from .04 to .079 retrace to .059 this morning. Base on the 50ma next.
ASWR .68 +0%, AMWI .078 +13%. Yesterday AMWI was .068 needing to go up .068 to double while AWSR still has to go up .68 to double AWMI has to go up only .058 to double from yesterday price.
AMWI .078+13% very few left to buy below .08 with a volume spike .18-.20 easy. Looking very bullish with the move above the 50ma today. Good time to get on the training before it leaves

I didn't read any of the pr's the first day it spiked to tell me it would pull back to .50 nor did I read any of the promotions to figure out it would base below and bump the 200ma last week. Nor did I read any BS prs or promotion to figure out that NSRS was going to bounce off .10 level .09 low for a quick double bag. Nor did I read any pr's or promotion to figure out to buy AMWI last week at .045 now at .06. Nor did I read any news to figure out Silver was at a trading top last week and bought DSLV at $22.25 selling at $28 the same day.
But I did read the charts.
Luckly the guys doing the promotion are reading the charts as well. If they weren't they would have gone full steam ahead with promoting AWSR as it was attempting to retrace from a 700% gain. That would have been a huge waste of time and pr's.
Luckly there are guys like you that don't read charts, can't read charts, don't want to learn to read charts, think charts are worthless tea leaves. I make a lot of money selling my shares to guys like that.
Thanks in advance to all the people that fall into that group. Just keep telling yourselves the next time it runs up 100-300% "I gotta get in, I gotta get in." I'll be there to help you get the shares you need.
Blue thanks for the historic prices Look at the volume in the week prior to the announcement Feb 16 Zero volume and Feb 17, 20 didn't trade. No one was even looking at AWSR right up to the announcement.
Price was .24 now .70 so the stock is up over 300% and holding and its only been 10 trading days. A move above the 200ma and base for the week would do AWSR a lot of good in the long run. One thing we need to see is a steady daily volume increase. This should occur as all the chart indicators turn north. The 50ma would be heading strongly toward the 200ma and you would hear the term Golden Cross coming soon. I know two weeks is a long time in the live span of a gnat which out lives the patience of most penny players. Or we may see an announcement this week and a pop but IMO it's not ready. Go look at ALIM chart that I bought in Nov ave $1.2. 3.5 months without news after a huge gap down swacking from $7-8.

EnriqueRico with all the languages you know and speak do you know how to read a stock chart and know what the experienced traders are doing with respect to AWSR? Official pick or not it just doesn't matter that was then this is now. What everyone has lost sight of is AWSR is .70 a share BUT ONLY 10 trading days ago it was ONLY .24 a share. Hmmm, that doesn't seem to matter to most of the I-Hub pumpers. All they care about is their entry pt. What is more important? Where you entered or where the stock started rallying from. The chart doesn't give a rats azz about your entry pt. Put this all in chart perspective. First though I had when I saw this chart the day it ran to $1.8 was this is a F'ed up chart, bad entry pt, no support, 400% gain already in. For the newbies that can't read a chart it was pure adrenalin they were running on. One look at the boards and you could hear the little voices in their heads. "I gotta get in, I gotta get in".
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AWSR&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p72395342998
Hit a low of .14 mid Jan on very low volume then bounced around in the mid .20's on equally low volume with the 50ma just above in the upper .20's. Mid Feb got a one day pop to .50 followed by a pull back to .24 then the next 5 days didn't trade, as in ZERO volume. Then two days of light volume second day ending just above the 50ma at .29. The next day the email comes out at 1:43 pm cst. If you were able to buy in the first 2 mins you got in at less than .45 within 10 mins it was .80-.90 and not on huge volume. Shortly after that it was $1.80.
Simple supply and demand there was no volume in this stock very few mm's on it and most that owned it weren't sitting by the computer waiting to sell. All of a sudden there is a huge surge in demand. The price has no where to go but up. Pretend your the mm, get on the phone call around come up with a plan to let it go so high then flood some share that you don't have yet. After all you'll have the next week or two to cover.
So lets call .24 the base x7.5 = $1.8. A 7.5 bag pop in one Intra day move. What does common sense tell us. What goes up must come down. Now we start looking at how far it will come down. Read the previous paragragh like its a chart and ask what was the recent high? .50 jumps right off the chart at you. Where is the 200ma and the 50ma? 200ma was at .73 and the 50ma at .30. .50 is smack in the middle.
So the price runs from just above the 50ma shoots thru the 200ma and smacks the wall at $1.80 and starts sliding back down. There was no support at the 200ma seeing how it came from the 50ma. This means it was headed back below the 200ma toward the 50ma and would At least test the recent high .50. That is exactly what it did the following morning intraday tag of .50. If you were ready you got partial filled in the .50's. There was no support in the chart so last week was about build some support because you want the price to move higher without falling on it's azz again. Where is the resistance? The 200ma is the next resistance level. It's ready to move above the 200ma. But IMO it is not ready to rally beyond that. Does that mean it won't No.
The best thing that could happen next week is to move above the 200ma and base for a full 5 days on absolutely ZERO news or promotion from any services. If the price can do that then it will be ready to rally hard. The reason this is so important is because the risk/reward factor is not favorable enough for the experienced trader to buy more than small blk of shares. YET.
So you may get promotion as early as this coming week which could result in another pop but it will fall back to the 200ma anyway. Or it could get above the 200ma on the support of the new shareholders and anticipation of a bigger rally the following week.
The play last week was the NSRS technical bounce while AWSR consolidated and based. NSRS went from .09 low to .20. did you miss it?
janice like anyone cares?

AWSR chart looking better. 50ma turning up, higher lows, pps closing near the 200ma. This things needs time. The biggest problem is most of you pennystock traders have the attention span of a gnat. If it's not going up everyday you think something is wrong. AWSR needs to build a base before going higher. Let everything stabilize and all the chart indicators will turn north then it will move and close above the 200ma. I would be happy to see this week and next to do nothing but build a base.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AWSR&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p18021615014
Take a look at the following chart and see how patience pays off. ALIM got in average of $1.2 in Nov and Dec today $4.25 was the high it could be 3 times that in 12 months. Take a look at the base building right up to the 50ma, then once above the 50ma it sat on it for 5 days before moving higher.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ALIM&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p27831351700
Best thing that could happen to AWSR is all this week bumping the 200ma closing just below it then next week close on the 200ma. And do this without any announcements from promoters. Then it would be ready.
--------------------
Looks like it did what it needed base and close just below the 200ma. Next week look for move above the 200ma and re-base. If it can do that it will be ready to be promoted and breakout.
AMWI bounce moving up today 1st day out of the base in.04's could be an easy 2-3 bagger. The volume has been light with a substantial increase today Look for that to increase next week as well.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=AMWI&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p85880108644
softball sorry I can't see private messages "too cheap to promote" lol
strukture imagine for a moment you are in charge of promotion Would you start that on?
A. Thursday afternoon
B. Friday
C Monday
Parisara "*AWSR claiming that cant afford a promotion or denying it: Ever heard of a company or even a person openly stating ... yes we need help here ...wich would mean them stating that they basically suck? (yeah that would be great for the share price lol)"
This and the discussion of low float raises a good question.
How many traders investors would be willing to buy a stock knowing ahead of time that the company and stock was going to be promoted. In other words the shareholders contribute some money for the sole purpose of paying a company(s) to promote the stock. The company (ABCD) is:
1. Profitable
2. Debt Free
3 Low float very tight share structure
4. Zero Dilution
5. In business over a decade with long list of gov/military/ large fortune 100 customers
6. Joint Venture with firm with patented proven military borne technologies worth potentially 100's of million's.
But the CEO basically sucks because he is to cheap to promote the company. In other words he needs help here.
Question for everyone here
1 Would you invest in ABCD stock knowing that on such and such date it would be promoted by company X using public information and facts easily obtainable by anyone?
2 Would you contribute to the promotion fee?
3. Would you like to have known AWSR was going to be promoted a month or two ago?
"its still very hard to buy even at these levels, shares are locked for a good reason." Parisara if you keep talking like that I'll start calling you ParisRbullizzer. You can buy on the ask without a problem
parisara what is the CURRENT float, OS, and AS. Do you know where to get that info?
Warhorse I know what your talking about it's called denial. Sold NSRS at the open gapper today .18-.20 Then they had a little sell off. lol ASWR is not down on any large volume, which could be considered a good if your long. It is the unknowing factor that dragging on it. The position it's at in the chart doesn't make a good entry pt. Picture 6 lanes of traffic with a high wall (200ma)in the middle 3 lanes going each way. AWSR is over next to the wall on a narrow median trying to get to the other side. It doesn't have enough energy to get over the wall(200ma) and cross traffic. It's in a narrow median getting pushed closer to the other flow of traffic. Its trying to build a platform to clear the wall and run to the other side. If it can't get the platform built it will fall into the oncoming traffic and get trample back to the shoulder. (50ma)
Do you want to go out and join the crowd trying to build the platform or sit back in the grass drinking lemonade waiting to see what happens?

They don't want to hear the truth over on the AWSR board.
Was anyone paying attention when I mentioned NSRS bounce earlier this week and loading NSRS yesterday. NSRS .09-.169 today +60%. The play this week was NSRS not AWSR. AWSR needs to consolidate and base. Then and only then will it run. Experience players will wait. In the mean time were playing NSRS Win Win situation pull a double bag out of NSRS while AWSR gets cheaper.
