Ingenious play SNPK Brand new stock only traded 2 days and almost 200million shares. Prior to this nada.
"pleased to announce that it has forwarded all necessary documentation to the company's transfer agent to cancel 50,000,000 common shares of the Company's stock with the intent of improving the overall capital structure and to increase shareholder value. The cancelled shares were previously held by Mr. Mackie A. Barch, CEO of Sunpeaks.

The share cancellation reduces the total number of issued and outstanding shares from 420,500,750 to 370,500,750."

That's 370 million shares to unload. No previous shares were traded, no previous bagholders, no previous support or resistance on a chart, no time to think just jump in. Judging from the volume that is exactly what has happened. Not saying that is a bad thing just an observation. Steady flow of news and emails talking about the glorious future ahead, standard pennystock BS. Think about this with a volume of 150mil one day the price didn't go up very far. Lets say 1/2 of the shares traded in the last 2 days, the very first 2 days are brand spanking new out of the box. If it's trading at say .40x125 mil is about $50mil. If only 1/4 are its $25 mil. Someone is making alot of money. This is like an IPO except its a POS pennystock IPO. It will continue until the 370million shares are unloaded. At the current rate of volume that shouldn't be long. Once all the new shares are thrown out to the bagholders what do you suppose might happen?

Tip don't wait around till the last shares come off the press, before that happens sell your shares to a another bagholder. This is what years of trading experience tells me.

rumor is some of the shareholders of HSCC are going to hire these guys to promote HSCC which has a very small OS and float which about 65% of is owned by less than 15 shareholders.
