Great job in 2019 GTEC. Good luck in 2020.
It would be nice if the new CEO issues a letter to the shareholders explaining his vision for the company in 2020. Like what I see happening so far. glta
Was hoping they would drop a LOI to acquire/merge before December ended. If they are going into cannabis genetics, clone nurseries, cultivation systems, or extraction I'll be more interested in adding, depending on details. Sounded like they were close to dropping news in the press release. imho glta
Interesting. Wheels are turning. Could be a strategic move to cut costs before a merger/acquisition. Wouldn't be surprised by a trading halt pending news. Don't mind the pinks but some do, might get some cheap today. Always imho glta
Surprised Biome hasn't been acquired for the supply agreements alone. Maybe when sentiment changes and money starts flowing back into the sector acquisitions will start up. In the meantime Biome seems to be growing revenues nicely. The SP seems too low for the float size, especially with the increasing cash flow. imho glta
**NEWS** Inner Spirit Holdings Announces Spiritleaf Store Opening in Fort McMurray and Accelerates Store Development Activity in Ontario
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/inner-spirit-holdings-announces-spiritleaf-140000032.html
"Our Spiritleaf cannabis retail network has grown tenfold in 2019. The Inner Spirit team and our franchise partners have done an incredible job as we have increased our network to 42 operating stores with an additional 10 store locations in Western Canada in the pipeline. The new opportunity in Ontario means our franchise partners can proceed along a defined licensing process and provides us the opportunity to support the Spiritleaf brand with additional corporate-owned stores in select cities. We remain focused on strategically expanding our retail network, enhancing financial performance and creating value for the Company's shareholders," noted Bondar.
Looks like EXP had a good year opening new stores. Keep it growing :) imho glta
Ooops, My last post was meant for the Inner Spirit board, but Experion does sell product to Inner Spirit/Spiritleaf. Looks like Experion has once again sold out of its MAC 1 strain on the BC Cannabis website. Like :) imho glta
Feel it would be better if they release the news after the holidays when everyone is paying attention. If they land a revenue generating cannabis company, or a well funded startup for a merger, the news catalyst could be big. imho glta

Thanks for the update GC. Glad to see the genetics partnership is continuing. Liking that the first two acquired strains of Cherry Punch & Wedding Crasher, under GTEC's BLKMKT brand, are selling out on the BC Cannabis website. Looking forward to more exclusive high THC ultra-premium strains in the future. GTEC making good progress. imho glta
**NEWS** Westleaf and We Grow BC Announce Completion of Business Combination
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/westleaf-grow-bc-announce-completion-110000046.html
Merry Christmas!!! Westleaf has a new CEO who knows how to build brands, evidenced by the remarkable success of We Grow's QWEST ultra-premium cannabis achieving top dollar market prices. Could make 2020 a Happy New Year :) imho glta
Really hoping this merger happens soon. Combining LP and retail makes sense to me. So many synergies to produce and sell under one umbrella.
We Grow has developed QWEST into a highly regarded premium cannabis brand commanding high end price points due to higher quality. QWEST products are widely distributed in multiple provinces already producing revenues.
Now Westleaf will have expert growers on staff to complete the Thunderchild cultivation facility to their own specifications. Also it's usually good to get fresh ideas from new executives & directors coming in.
This could be just what the company needs to be taken seriously as a seed to sale company. Now just get this deal done as quickly as possible. imho glta
3 Unknown Cannabis Stocks Set To Benefit From More Ontario Cannabis Stores
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/3-unknown-cannabis-stocks-set-to-benefit-from-more-ontario-cannabis-stores-2019-12-19
I'm convinced :) GLTA
Experion's MAC 1 strain is selling out quickly on the BC Cannabis website. I've seen it available in the morning, sold out in the afternoon. No big mystery why, it's the 27%-30% THC content. Recreational users want to catch a buzz, and this strain powerfully does that. Experion has found a winner in MAC 1, and hopefully they are loading up their grow rooms, and their grower partners grow rooms with as much as they can fit. Pretty sure they already are. Experion is a lean and mean producer of high quality cannabis, and really just getting started. imho glta
Monitoring GTEC's new products on the BC Cannabis website has been very inspiring to me. The higher price points haven't kept the products from selling out each time a new shipment has arrived. Sometimes within hours of being available. Seems like they are selling product as fast as they can package it. When Tumbleweed Farms starts harvesting this month it could create a perpetual harvest between the three facilities. Everything is going as I had hoped. Keeping the THC up and the costs down. Like :)
Always imho glta
Reading that quote it sounds like they are putting together a holding company for multiple cannabis related companies under one umbrella. The CEO's Facebook post mentions acquisitions plural.
He also mentions the acquired products being of the Picks & shovels variety. To me this means anything related to cultivation like aeroponic/hydroponic cultivation systems, genetics, cloning, tissue culture, and nursery services. Pretty much everything except sales and marketing.
If IH can put together a one stop shop for LP's they could have a real chance to thrive in the cannabis space. To me the future of the SP will depend on the new CEO's business plan, and the markets they will target.
Picks and Shovels sounds good to me. Hopefully more details soon. Always imho glta

Wouldn't be surprised if the former CEO merges his cannabis genetics company with INQD, or another cultivation system integrator wants INQD's aeropnic IP for themselves. Good to see that the company is finally moving forward with its plans.
Happy to see GTEC Flower back in stock on The BC Cannabis website. It's also available on the Wiid Boutique, Pot Shack, and CannMart websites. Reviews are raves as well.
The new strains look fire and top out over 20% THC, which is what consumers want. GTEC is getting top dollar for their ultra-premium flower BLKMKT at $49.99 for 1/8th ounce in BC. Higher at the retail stores.
First mover in high end ultra-premium products. Good job GTEC :)

The PR said they had sufficient inventory to begin plantlet sales to retail and wholesale customers, almost two months ago. They certainly don't need 80K plantlets a month for themselves at this point. Might learn more about it in the report.
Acording to this press release NGW already has a nursery with the capacity to produce up to 80,000 plantlets per month. Plantlet clones are selling online for around $10.00 each depending on strain.

Producing high margin CBD products for medical clinics, and white label customers. Sounds like a money maker to me. glta
Really not expecting much in the way of revenues from last quarter since they had just started harvesting. More interested in cash on hand to ramp up the plantlet nursery. Bigger margins in planlets and concentrates than dried flower. imho gl
Fourth time buying back into NGW. Mostly for the potential of the plantlet nursery using intrexon tech. Hopefully this time it's at or near the bottom. glta

FYI GTEC is now selling recreational flower in Saskatchewan at Wiid Boutique in Regina. GTEC's Cold Creek Kush & Sour Kush strains are already Top 5 sellers when sorted by popularity on Wiid's website. Great performance considering Wiid has 141 different strains to choose from.
Now they have top sellers on three different online platforms, plus the launch of provincial rec sales coming this month. GTEC flower seems to become a best seller wherever it's available. Like :) Keep up the good work GTEC :)
