WW,
Looked to me like the MFMMMs were just trimming out the fat prior to another bump in the s-p. IF not, I'll snag a little more on the cheap.
I flipped some out a fewe days ago, and picked a chunk up a the right price again today. I was a little disappointed not to see 0.0020 at least on the BID side at the close. I don't normally play the flipping game, but it's so damn easy with QFLUB it's hard to pass up the fun.
What's the poop on the infamous "..20th LAUNCH.."?!? I'm sure I've seen the caveates posted to other pump outlets but don't recall seeing the F.O. "..outie.." on RB yet.
Keep us informed, aye.
John
Dave, need your help...........
Can you imbed the Devo background tune into the new QBID theme song...??

Welcome Jar,
DD = Due Diligence; it is the time you spend digging into SEC reports, US/State/County records, curriculem vitae on company officers, calls to newpapers/brokerages/friends localted near the company, predictive charts and graphs on company performance, review of comments by industry experts on this company's claims to fame ro expertice, BBB and court records searches regarding business honesty, etc. - preferably before you've squandered this weeks allowance on a "..whizzer..".
AKA: anything besides a Fluffy-Arse PR, like the Bozo's on RavingBoolschmidt try to pass off as DD. Including posts by pseudo-BS-I-CALLED-THE-CEO posters.
John
Hi Joe,
Well, that sounds like a plan if all the attributes of their service works for you.
Here's some more data I found:
The following report provides discussion and links to the best discount brokers specifically for penny stocks. It is important to get a broker that best meets their specialized needs. Appropriate brokers should generally have lower commission rates, trade in lower priced shares without penalties, and allow for lower minimums.
While some brokers do not even allow for trades in penny stocks, the following are among the best from those discount brokers that do have favorable trading policies.
BROKER
OVERALL RANK 1 2 3 4 5
COMMISSION PRICE 1 2 4 3 5
RELIABILITY 1 3 2 4 5
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 1 2 3 4 5
CONFLICT RESOLUTION 3 1 2 5 4
CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 2 1 4 5
SPEED OF EXECUTION 1 2 3 4 5
TOTAL SCORE (lower is better) 10 14 18 28 34
OUR NEW CHAMPION: Lowtrades.com
Lowtrades has no minimum to open an account, charges only $5 per trade, and allows for transactions in all types of penny stocks. Their customer service leaves a little to be desired, and don't count on getting a lot of help over the web or on the phone.
For penny stock traders, Lowtrades.com beat all the other brokers hands down.
THE BEST OF THE REST:
Trading Direct
Trading Direct is a great, small, privately owned brokerage firm that caters to those who are o.k. with a minimalist approach (short on research and news). What Trading Direct does offer is competitive prices. There is no minimum balance required for cash accounts, but there is a $2000 minimum to initiate margin trading. The annual maintenance fee is $60, but this is waived if you conduct one trade per year. If you register over the internet you can be up and trading in 24 hours.
Their on-line commission fee is $9.95 for any number of shares; broker assisted commissions are $29.95. Trading Direct allows for trades in penny stocks, including OTC-BB, and Pink Sheets. Trading Direct reserves the right to reject market orders for stocks under $1.00. They actually prefer your penny stock trades be limit orders. Trading Directs Customer Service is available from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST and they are fairly knowledgeable and friendly.
Scottrade
Scottrade slipped from our top spot only because of improvements in Datek and Lowtrades. We like Scottrade and recommend them highly. There is a $500 minimum to open an account, and 75% of trades must be done online, but for most of you this will not be a problem. Commissions for stock under $1 are $12 and 1/2% of the total, which is very good compared to most. Add in Scottrade's reliability, ease of use, and customer service and you will quickly see that you are in good hands.
Ameritrade
If you can get past the $2,000 minimum to open an account, Ameritrade could be the best broker on the board. It is also the most international-friendly, because you can open an account from just about any country on the globe. We dislike many of their 'fine-print policies' however, like a $60/year charge if your account falls below $2,000, and a few other hidden fees. Limit orders for penny stocks are $13, and market orders are $8.
E-Trade
E-trade would not even have made our top 5 if Fidelity (just off the list in the number 6 position) didn't have outrageous commission fees. E-Trade still has not replied to our last e-mail asking for updated commission schedules, and they boast only mediocre accountability and customer satisfaction. Their commission fees are competitive, but not low enough to make us overlook all their other shortcomings. However, they do have an easy to use trading interface, and allow for trades in most penny stocks.

Per J. Nelson, MASG has no further relationship with Subway.
There may be some self-interested third party funding them, though. If you just ignore Subway, you're probably better off.
Pennies can be fun, once you learn how to deal with them. Getting in MASG at this point is certainly no big gamble.
O/T: Take a look at WTAI and UIBI. Good technology in each case, both on the mend, the former has cleaned house, and the latter has always had a good crew.
Good luck,
John
OK,
But, TDW only charges me about $12 on limits - and most of the time the 100K limit isn't a problem.
John
Hmmmm........
Nice pull down to 0.0024 there at the close.
Hope they bounce it off 0.0020 or less tomorrow for the flip. I have my GTC in - just in case.
John
Damnit all, Dave,
Don't do that...!!! I was about to scramble for my hard hat and lineman's gauntlets, thinking you had been whizzing on the dry-closet'a heating element again; and were in desperate need of immediate disconnection.
I worry about you, Son....!!!
John
You'd probably be better off at Ameritrade.
AH trading requires in-house activity and connection to something Island or Archepelago, etc., I believe. Takes high-dollar listed stocks to meet those requirements, I don't know of any pennies that trade AH - except for MFMMM-to-MFMMM swindles just before open or just after the close.
Google search for a CA brokerage with $5 or less trades, used to be one there that competed with R J Thompson (recently bought by TDW).

I have a dormant DATEK account that I used to use for NAZ and betters, so supposedly I have an Ameritrade account. I need to look into that now, I suppose.
TDW isn't bad. They are fast, and 100K will do for lots of stocks other than this one.
It's a whizzer when all our el-cheapo brokers keep selling out to the bigger boys. I ended up with an E-Trash account that way.
John
Cool.
I didn't thik you were a basher, we just didn't need another cat fight on the front porch, aye...
Ha ha ha.........

Hi Jim,
If you're not aware of it, this morning was actually a Gap Up, where QBID opened higher (0.0027) than it closed on Friday (0.0022). Not surprising, considering the massive weekend & Monday pump on RB.
Most of the online brokers I am aware of allow trading in Pinksheet stocks - trades may take a lot longer though. Specifically, TD Waterhouse (..who absorbed RJT.com..), Ameritrade, and many others.
I would suggest that you ask about fees and limitations when opening an account; also Google search for "discount brokers". I'm going to have to add or switch brokers soon, as TDW limits trades to 100K shares - which isn't practical for a lot of subpenny stocks like QBID.

And then, there was the Mexican-American Fire Chief in L.A.

Anything would be an improvement over Feahwuss Fwankie and his gaggle of Phrilly Phillies of Phollies in Palm Springs.
The whole unch remind me of the Keystone Kops trying to build a rocket ship, but ending up with butterless popcorn stand.

I think someone like MTV might buy them out just to get rid of Frank and to control the market.
I have very little faith that Frank can execute on the BizPlan; but others with muscle and $$$ could.
We'll see, aye.
I'm game, and may do a little flipping along the way too.
Still think a Buy-Out would be the best turn of luck for the longs though.

O/T: You might want to take a gander at WTAI. I like the vehicle a lot, and they look like they're turning it around nicely. DYODD.
John
ps: If you ever drag that boat up around Iowa, call me.
Thanks for the input.
QBID is still a wack-O midnight flier......
WTAI, on the other hand, has some righteous real product. I would describe the WorldStar as an "..ABS-Bodied VW-pickup truck clone.." with bolt-on accessory bodies for all occassions. Not totally ugly either.
Now, if old TXMC does a Vampire act and kicks the top of its casket - whatta trip that would be. 2004, interesting year so far.
John
Well, it's sure worth keeping an cool eye on.
You could always flip your way into a double with some astute trades.
John
Being a licensed Commercial Pilot, it certainly strikes me that a fighter jock sure gets a lot better grip on the big picture in a 'war zone' (..practice or otherwise..) since he's operating in a high-speed 3D environment encompassing the entire theatre of operations.
Meanwhile, an Army lieutenant commanding a limited number of troops in a jumgle can't see squat; besides what shows on his map of the quadrant.
I grew up in Panama, and we used to go out and harass the Jungle Warfare Training Center troops just for kix. I can damn well guarantee you that 100+ yards away from the TransIsthmian Highway you couldn't hear an 18-wheeler drive past. Add a load of mosquitos, jungle noises, snakes, rain, booby-traps, jock itch, wet feet, some hunger and a case of the "..miseries.." - and your interest in the BIG PICTURE goes away in a hurry.
Kerry is no more than a glorified Boy Scout Troop leader; he sure isn't any Commander in Chief based on his grossly limited Viet Nam experiences - medals or no medals.
Everyone knows that Floppy-ears Johnson (..and his pencil-necked geek Robert McNamara..) ran the Viet Nam war right down to the smallest details from the White House. Johnson quote, "..They can't bomb an outhouse what I don't say so..."!!!
Hence, John Kerry didn't have any more control over his existance or circumstances than the head punk in a knife fight in the Bronx.
John
ta,
Certainly not a lot, I wouldn't think. It's a lot of hassle and some risk to hold and overnight your certs if one decides to trade them.
John
bb,
The ongoing QBID spam-o-rama was motoring along at full-tilt boogie on RB again today; out-posting Niz by a bout 4:1(+). Should indicate another day of wild-eyed emoto-trading of it again tomorrow.
WTAI also made some interesting bumps and thumps last week. I really like the design of their WorldStar vehicles. They had a lot of leg-up from the State Department before the previous management made a muck of it all. I hope that's all on the mend now.
Later,
John
Hey, that's cool.............
It just sounded like the beginnings of a mini-bash fest; but I have a bit of a sinus headache - so I may not have seen the humor in it all.
Good luck with BTOR. Sounds like they have a good shot at doing something positive with it.

I wonder who The (W)itch called, Jacko, Larry Flint, or an off-duty NY State Trooper...?!?
Hi,
Your signature GIF fianlly showed up when I opened your post this time. Perhaps someone else can confirm seeing it, also. Geocities can be a flakey source sometimes.
Well, play nice. If anyone gets cranky, I don't have any qualms with letting iHub sort out whether they want to replace posts that I decide to crap-can.

I hope they don't a a mini-TWA silversale sale with no notice. I really want a good collection of those for the Rubbermaid picnic container I keep in the trunk of my Lincoln.
Oh me.
John
Raw and harley,
I presume "..you'se two guyz.." are just joshing each other (..for now..), but you did manage to achieve a little 'eyebrow elevation' on my first read.
harley, looks like you need to fix the picture in your signature. If you need any help, let me know.

QBID out-posting Niz's Billionaire's club on RB by 4:1(+) again today.
Apparently the whizbangs didn't get the word on the CLOSED market.
Should be another trip to watch tomorrow. YeeeHaaw, etc., etc., etc...!!!
John
How have you come out with the R/S and all...???
John
Great news.
Things are getting better all the time. Sarbanes-Oxley is certainly taking its toll among the yayhoo's like NITE. The first resignation of a NITE Borad member was publisehd last week; and that could be just the tip of the iceberg.
I think the SEC got a real earfull from the Comments Period on the propsed changes to straighten out these slimy market practives.
The expose' of the gouging of mutual fund fees has also helped tighten up the market regulations.
John
