You'd probably be better off at Ameritrade.
AH trading requires in-house activity and connection to something Island or Archepelago, etc., I believe. Takes high-dollar listed stocks to meet those requirements, I don't know of any pennies that trade AH - except for MFMMM-to-MFMMM swindles just before open or just after the close.
Google search for a CA brokerage with $5 or less trades, used to be one there that competed with R J Thompson (recently bought by TDW).
