Great news.
Things are getting better all the time. Sarbanes-Oxley is certainly taking its toll among the yayhoo's like NITE. The first resignation of a NITE Borad member was publisehd last week; and that could be just the tip of the iceberg.
I think the SEC got a real earfull from the Comments Period on the propsed changes to straighten out these slimy market practives.
The expose' of the gouging of mutual fund fees has also helped tighten up the market regulations.
