JayWalker, I know you had good intentions.
Sorry you did not like my uplifting song!!
The information you received was not correct. Petaquilla will continue in production focusing on Heap Leach Project; there is more bang for the buck right now. Transfer of unneeded work force to MPSA is completed and MPSA made this announcement, shown below, today. There will be no shortage of skilled labor as the completion of the canal expansion will make many operators available. Things are looking up. Those of us who also are now investing heavily in FQM expect great things; all the issues have been settled. If you still doubt, contact the London Office that overseas the Panama Team for FQM. Report was filed on time.
I still think they may announce something prior to the election. Varela was clobbered today with the indictment of his money laundering suppliers in Albany, NY, USA. CD is looking good!
JayWalker, feel your pain and uncertainty.
Perhaps this will help!! Young red headed investor in Panama sends you this message!! Just play the link and you will feel better....
ANNIE on Broadway: Tomorrow - YouTube
Thanks for kind words.
I have them both on ignore, but once in a while I am on a different public browser and see they have posted. "Curiosity killed the cat' as the saying goes and in this case makes the stockholder nauseous. Then I think maybe there is some new person, looking at this false trash, and conned into making a poor choice. You are certainly right, better to just drive on by...nothing to see there. Your point about the irony of their actions is well taken.
Things seem to be moving a little faster now and perhaps we will see more before the Easter break. No question the government would like to tout progress on Cobre-Panama prior to the election. I think there are about thirty ducks that have to be lined up before the announcement and that just takes time. I believe there are no material issues still in flux. Petaquilla will be fine...
Saludos,
Excellent effort!
The two trolls have posted over ten thousand times yet never once any analysis, or material contribution constructively construed to suggest actual project changes, in the course of business planning, that would better our ROI. Never a report from any source inside or outside the company with any factual news about germane events and effects, whether positive or negative, concerning the company. Only defenseless dribble showing a complete lack of education, knowledge, experience, or cognitive comprehension of the protocols and rule of law governing the mining industry whether in Cananda, USA, or Panama. You must admit that is quite an achievement.
There is a PTQMF board already set up on SH that is never used. A place for them to find a welcome home, and intimately talk to each other all day long without boringly bothering those who are interested in some actual, meaningful, dialogue and discussion of pertinent events.
Love those alliterations!!
Next week is holiday!! Week after the election!!
Saludos!
Had an I-Pad in the plane today...
Using ForeFlight and and browsing a little on the public web.
Shows all of the ignores that way too.
My, my, my...lots of envy, libel, insults, death wishes...you name it.
Stupid statement, after stupid statement, and on and on...
Too pathetic...to even raise a hackle. If you read my posts carefully and understood exactly what I said, then you have been buying regularly and are well positioned. If not it is your loss and no one cares. I think we are making great progress this week, and the future is looking better all the time. If you don't know it, and cannot see it, and have no one who actually knows something to talk to, whether inside or outside the company, it is you own fault. Live with your decision to alienate those who could help you.
I repeat what the moderator said in post #24570:
VB, it is a lost cause. This poster from CR is telling us that it is a bad sign if Petaquilla does not do something illegal. As if Petaquilla needed more problems LOL
This is the reason I have not been posting much on this Board. When someone is determined to supply bad information on purpose it is hard to have an intelligent conversation.
BTW, this is not a comment to defend the company. We all know the company did not manage its asset well (qualifies as understatement of the year) it is a statement about the lack of trading regulation knowledge of public corporations by some people.
It is indeed a lost cause. When he was here, he put more information in the I-Box than all of you combined. No question that those on the PTQ Blog, each, know more about the current situation than all of you combined. Yet you spout your insults and stupidities only giving an imprimatur to your worth and value to the board.
I had not actually realized the depth to which the board had fallen. There is just nothing here for most of us.
Good luck to those of you with good will. IMO many have lost the chance to make some serious money in the long term. But you reap what you sow in this life, and I guess that is a field of weeds for most of the people posting regularly.
Saludos,
Life is good for those who pay attention to it, and make use of the knowledge they can glean. Wonderful day flying for some recreation. You will get your mostly denigrated news pretty soon and probably will not like it either. It has been amusing to watch you criticize that which you have absolutely not a clue about. It will take a few quarters to post some good results, but that is fine. Crisis is officially past...even if you can't see that yourselves.
As Digi told you: If you don't like the company and the way it is run then sell your shares a move on...no one really cares either way, and it will not affect anything inside or outside the company.
PETAQUILLA ES PANAMA!!
Sorry you hurt yourself Badge.
Don't be faint of heart. It has been up and down before.
FEBRUARY 1997 $2.25
DECEMBER 2001 $0.04
SEPTEMBER 2007 $3.33
MARCH 2014 $0.18
DECEMBER 2018 $X.XX ???
That last one is the only one that counts. Don't be too concerned
or too anxious. The roses will bloom again and so will Petaquilla.
There are some of us buying every one of those shares that are being sold. Do you think they are buying because they expect to lose money??? They key is the average cost and of course prudent management of money got rid of those very high flyers long ago and captured the tax loss to be used to offset income in other areas. Good old Schedule D!
There certainly was a fall and a crisis, but those who are pro-active know that the crisis is past. It may take a couple of quarters to stabilize things and get back to where a PE Ratio of 5 will get us to a dollar. But, you can have confidence that the ship has been righted and fundamental value will return. Perhaps it will be just in time to take advantage of macro events. In the short term maybe we will see $0.04 again. I think the ATL is actually $0.02. But, if you have not sold, then you have not lost a dime.
On the other hand, buying now gives one a bigger piece of the pie down the road. Honestly by biggest concern is the election and Navarro's debt to the enviros and left wingers when he promised to shutdown mining and re-study everything. Arias is ahead, but not by that much.
But...Life is Good!! Easter week is next and everyone will be off to the interior for a holiday week with the extended family. Work can wait until the end of the month, or in this case until after the election May 4th. May 15th will be here very soon and we will get some definitive news...the force reduction date is coming soon too. It will probably coincide with the stupid general strike SUNTRACS is calling nation wide. Idiots want to strike, but then be paid for the time they are on strike...go figure???
I saw where some idiots are calling for insiders to break the law and buy up shares. You have just got to wonder what planet they are on with advice like that. Good Grief!! I guess friends and family could share cells...Most of the insiders I know are chaffing at the bit for an announcement so they can buy. They are not saying anything, but have big Cheshire smiles. Best information now can be obtained from corporate FQM, London.
OMG Badge! Badge! Badge!! I'm flattered!!
However, I must decline to accept your nomination and support. Let me explain: First of all the BOD members serve at the pleasure on the stockholders. If my friends and family found that I was actually working for Jal, and some of the other stockholders who post herein, I would be disowned or institutionalized!! Neither option is palatable.
HOWEVER...Since you broach the subject let me suggest and nominate RBFN/PMC to the BOD with my full support!!
By her own admission:
1. She is expert & knowledgeable in the Penny Mining Stock world.
2. She is by far the senior poster with more posts than probably the entire Sh and IH boards put together.
3. She is expert in managing the volatility vicissitudes of the company's share price having made $500,000.00 in one day!!
4. Her family has a huge investment in the company based on her recommendations to them in years past.
5. She herself holds a very large residual investment.
6. Her souvenir shop and residence is only a short drive and ferry ride from Vancouver so she can easily attend all important meetings in Vancouver.
7. She has extensive work experience in Panama having plied her trade on Central Ave. from the 'old city' all the way to the old NA Assembly building.
At the risk of being gauche, in discussing money...I am willing to set up a web site to raise funds for a lobbying effort on her behalf. I would even be willing to travel to Spain, Portugal, and Germany to carry the message personally to our people, once enough contributions are received to cover my expenses. (First Class, of course!)
Thank you again Badge, from the bottom of my heart. Perhaps I have judged you too harshly and need to see you in a different light!!
Think you are forgetting a minor detail.
PTQ would need to BUILD THE LARGE PAD FIRST!
Just look at the I-Box...
Need to build ponds (pregnant pond, catchment pond, and surge pond).
Just look at them in the I-Box.
In other words HL gold is a year out.
That is not true.
You have a very small "on/off" test pad. A slightly larger on off pad but have built the big permanent pads. The pads currently built are only test pads.THINK YOU MEANT TO SAY 'NOT BUILT'.
That is not true, anyone with mining experience can tell you those are large on/off pads. Permanent pads will not be used as the company reported years ago to meet ANAN requirement. Less disruption of the protected environment. Read the environmental impact study. Look again in the I-Box. The tiny little dark green one is the 40,000 ton test pad. Make the comparison of the aerial photos.
VB those are very small scale pads.
That is not true. If I remember talking about them when I was at the site, and reading the press releases, the larger is 450,000 tons, the second is 350,000 tons, and again the little dark green one is 40,000 tons. The fourth on/off pad was under construction. Look at the I-Box and compare.
A million tons of low grade ore contains 10-15,000 onzes and has a 75% recovery meaning you are looking 7-10,000 onzes. This is over a 90 period.
Won't quibble with hypotheticals. Did you review the test results in Penonome? I did and discussed them with the mining executives.
I have not seen their mine plan so I am speaking from 30+ years of working at mines.
I have seen the mine plan, and discussed it with line personal and members of the BOD. I have never worked in a mine, but I have seen and reviewed mine plans while in Mexico, Australia, USA, Panama, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Spain, and Portugal. I am a graduate engineer with advanced degrees. I do not pretend to be any sort of mining expert, but I have talked to many who are over the years, listened and learned from them. Contrary to those who posted here and said you could never heap leach in Panama, I believe it will be possible and profitable from actually being there and talking with those doing the analysis and work.
These pads would not be considered by themselves commercial pads.
That is not true.
The contractor in Penonome I have spoken too was who told me there was a plan to build a large permanent pad which has not been built.
That is true. There was originally a plan for permanent pads. Rejected for reasons mentioned herein above. The fourth and maybe even fifth large on/off pads maybe built depending of the balance of operations and results.
My only "agenda" as you say is to make sure some of the flat out lies that on occasion have been posted are clarified.
Ditto...Have someone with experience in studying aerial photographs interpret those you see in the I-Box. Advice from an old, but experienced military pilot. There is a lot to be garnered there. There are engineers at MPSA that actually participated in the planning of the heap leach project in cooperation with PTQ. They can tell you a lot also. You really need to visit the site and see for yourself.
My family has owned shares from $0.02 to $3.18. Our financial guy, who works for us full time, has managed this investment very well over the last twelve or thirteen years. He earns his six figure salary and overlooks many things much large and more important than the PTQ investment. I honestly do not know, and really am not concerned about what our breakeven is right at the moment. We are not selling anything I don't believe, and continue to buy at great prices. Our goal is very long term. We are investing very heavily in FQM also. I am confident that you will make money here over the long term. I am not sure you will see $0.40 perhaps for several years. I hope you continue to average down while you are able. Good Luck.
Well that was great news this week.
It has been a long wait. Those who are engaged are celebrating and waiting anxiously to actually see the results and details. Must be emotionally difficult to have nothing, and know nothing. Looks like the last miserable quarter is behind us. May not breakeven in this one, but it should show quite an improvement in the P&L's. The statements for this quarter and the annuals will be audited also. Probably no more qualifications.
Wonder what the yield will be from the first cycle of a large heap leach pad? The 300 ounces from the tiny test pad cycle was nearly 70%, if I remember, and that was excellent. No question that the process works very well with our ore. We have a huge stockpile also available so the cost will be very, very low. With the aggregate sales offsets, if they continue, maybe under $400.00/ounce.
Maybe the share price will drop some more over the next few months continuing to facilitate acquisition of shares. Lots of little coins everyday can add up to some serious money over time. For every bunch of little losers there is one or two big winners. Maybe someday my family will get that $7.50/share!!
The constant moaning and whining seems to keep the faucet flowing. Don't discourage them VB, they are bringing more potential value to us every day; allowing us to get a bigger piece of the pie very inexpensively at that.
Now that FQM and company specific problems are behind us, the next milestone is the election! A new poll should be out at the end of next week. As the papers say, "Panama is fast becoming the Dubai of Latin America!" Life is Good and PETAQUILLA ES PANAMA!!!
Metro inaugurates today with free passes from Tuesday for four months! Albrook opened its 469th store making it the largest mall in the west I believe. Cool to have airport terminal, train station, and bus terminal all together with the mall too. Wyndham TRYP Hotel Albrook means you can fly in for a week and never leave the mall! A wife's dream!! Makes you appreciate living in a world class environment.
TSX 26 trades & 78,000 shares +-$600/trade.
As all the small traders scamper back under their rocks someone could have picked up all those shares for less than one round trip airline first class ticker. Not really worth the trouble.
Of course the information is not made public. Why should it be? Those who need to know already do. Their children are scooping up a the few shares traded with their allowances for the month. A little extra cash to spend for Easter Bunny stuff!
The much discussed report was filed on time and will be release to the public when the Panamanian Government decides it wants to do so, or when FQM makes a similar decision. FQM's London Office is deferring to those in Panama they tell us. Smart move just before the election.
Are there really people out here who do not know the the 'deal' with FQM was long ago completed and that there are no issues between the two companies. Surely you can't be that clueless!
Look for the next formal disclosures to come by May 15, 2014 right on time. In the interim the drop of share price to maybe even a nickle is really meaningless unless your a selling your couple of shares in the thin market. There will always be a market although the kids are pretty good at getting the best price they can. Life is Good!!!
In spite of your negativity...the plan is in place and the Universe is unfolding as it should!!!
“Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love – for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment is it perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you from misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.”
MAYBE A HUGH, AND SOME BRANDY WILL HELP SOME OF YOU...But then again...maybe not!!
PETAQUILLA ES PANAMA!!!
Whoot! Whoot! Whoot!
Keep on selling! Happy to buy!! Ah for the good old days of a nickle a share! One can only hope... Instead of moaning and insulting and dying with envy...why don't you just sell and move on out of the way. Just cluttering up the board with the same old whining. No one will care... Buy under $0.30 I told you and we are well below that so you should step up if you support the company and have faith in the future. Very long term maybe, but great rewards.
Did you watch the debate last night? Great job by Mimito. Looks like election is in the bag. Did you hear the commitment to extend development west from Colon??? Told you that too several years ago. Land values up 1000% since then!! So easy to make money in Panama, if you have money and just pay attention.
Union doesn't like MITRADEL telling them that 600 or so are to be laid off after the 60 day window. Such is life guys, methods of operation changing and you are no longer employed. Mining labor law posted here is very clear.
Wonder if CD will announce the deal with FQM just a week or so before the election with a big ceremony? $6.5B is a lot bigger than the canal expansion and 25,000 new jobs is not chopped liver. Sort of dwarfs 600 layoffs I would think.
Maybe this share price will drip down below ten cents before any news is published. Lots of great opportunity left for those informed and with cash available. Market is very thin, but you can scoop up 1,000,000 shares for about $200,000.00 USD if you do it carefully.
Life is Good!!! "PETAQUILLA ES PANAMA!!" and money is to be made at this moment!! Anyone here invited to the big party Saturday to celebrate the inauguration of the Metro? Invitation only of course!!
It may be news to you...it's done.
Reading the Press Release carefully you can piece together most of what you might want to know:
"...The intention of the amendments currently being negotiated is to eliminate any overlap of the current operations of Petaquilla and Cobre Panama. This will involve the purchase of certain selected assets by First Quantum from Petaquilla so that there is a complete separation of the two operations...
...so that it has outright ownership and control of all of the areas necessary for access, infrastructure, development and expansion ..."
Could not be much clearer: No total sale of company. No cash payout to shareholders. No payment in FQM stock. No Joint Venture with FQM. No merger or amalgamation with FQM.
So now you need not speculate, or wonder about the future. The decision is crystal clear and will be covered in the proxy that is being prepared as I write. Expect the vote to be scheduled about May 15, 2014. Just read the proxy and choose.
Now every stockholder will have their say, and be counted ACCORDING TO THE INVESTMENT that they actually have in the company. That is all that matters from this point forward. Complaining, whining, ranting, insulting, 'Ad Nauseam' is just venting in the winds of reality. Same with any statements of support for the job that has been done. History does not count good or bad...just the vote.
The proxy will explain a very clear and simple choice:
Yes vote: Support of BOD and acceptance of the deal.
No vote: BOD resigns and company files Bankruptcy.
You do not need to be told anymore. You do not need to know anymore. It is a very simple decision that even the most clueless stockholder, with the lowest IQ, can make. Move forward, or walk away. There is no in-between and your opinions about the company, BOD, Richard Fifer, Management, or anything else do not count for anything, either way.
Of course you can choose not to vote...that is your right and fine with the rest of us. Our votes will have that much more weight, no matter which way we vote. As the saying goes...money talks and BS walks!! Those who have substantial investment herein will make the decisions. The rest can jabber about this or that until the cows come home...it doesn't matter and no one cares.
Fish or cut bait...walkaway or walk on...finally a clear fork in the road. The choice is yours and your influence is governed by the risk that you actually have, not by fantasy, opinion, or history. It does not matter; you need to know nothing else about the company's involvement or the plan. Even the lowest simpleton or poor character and vision should be able to grasp, it is a very clear choice...Nothing more to comment or discuss. It has been interesting...END OF DISCUSSIONS.
If you don't like the choice you have, or the result of the vote, just sell and go away...no one cares....
Thanks for e-mail blogger buddy!
I had not seen the confession.
"Gotta luv this post #24400. Jal says and I quote, " believe me if I actually knew what was going on I wouldn't be posting here at all."
One: he admits he is clueless. Two: he says if he knew anything he would not share it with the board! How is that for character!!! I think that pretty much says it all, even he admits he is a..."
With regard to the PR today...I believe the deal is completed. But one must remember that this all takes time. And more time...Sets of originals in four languages vetted by legalize translators and attorneys in agreement. Authenticated originals probably need to be signed on five continents. No electronic signatures here. The filed FQM report clearly shows the results if you bothered to read it and have access. As I told you for over a year...PETAQUILLA WAS NOT FOR SALE!!!
Effect on share price I have no idea. Probably will not move up very much until the company returns to profitability next fiscal year. Remember we did have twelve profitable quarters in a row before the Hostile Takeover and the crash of POG occurred. Still buying regularly and still very supportive of management.
PROBABLY A VERY GOOD TIME TO BUY 10 OR 20 THOUSAND SHARES OF FQM!!
COBRE-PANAMA IS DEFINITELY A GO!!!
JayWalker, You need higher sources at FQM.
I do not doubt that you are telling the truth about what the workers at FQM are saying, an doing. However, they need to look over their own shoulders a little, and not laugh at the PTQ workers and project. The FQM report is now completed and the London office that works with the Panama Team might be able to tell you that PTQ was not the hold up for the last eight months.
1.The issue is resolved, and now I expect the influx of several thousand experienced employees, who already work for FQM, will take many of those local union jobs at FQM. In addition if your friend read the papers the company filed with Mitradel he would know those workers are coming to take his job perhaps. Read the information that VB was kind enough to give you and you will understand the process. It is the company that is dragging the union kicking and screaming to Mitradel because of the changes in operations that are taking place. Read carefully the section about mining, our Chairman had a lot of input into that section as he was the head of the national mining group.
2.I have no idea about this.
3. I know of nothing that is or has been sold. The mode of operations going forward is designed to maximize profits and take advantage of low cost production. Sorry, but no yard sales in the future. Nothing being 'dismantled'. Again, with some access, you would know more about the decisions that are made.
You buddies laughing their asses best watch out about their own jobs. Big changes are coming to FQM and that may affect their employment and wages. PTQ certainly is not imploding and I'm afraid you are just getting scuttlebutt. They need to be steering the boat instead of rowing below decks to know where it is going.
I agree you should have followed you gut and not been greedy. PTQ is a very long term investment at high risk. Hey! But we have come a long way from the two and three cents per share years! Perhaps three or four more years before you see a new ATH. Most Panamanians I know have large investments in FQM and that of course is generational investment. Can't really compare the two companies.
As to the contractor in Penonome, I again have no idea about his situation. There are a lot of people in Penonome that are disappointed that they were not able to make the money they dreamed about. When you read the new report on Cobre-Panama you will see that FQM is truly and in-house operating company and many locals will be disappointed. The port at Punta Rincon will have things coming in both directions and many supplies and materials will be shipped in from elsewhere. Remember FQM is a large world wide corporation.
With regard to the process ongoing...I would expect the proxy to be mailed about mid-April and the vote to be about mid-May. We should have our money just in time. Start a new year at the end of June operations fully functional and profitable! Maybe the trolls will have sold and moved on by then. The old lady under the northern lights will still be here though, without a doubt.
Carlosc: Sorry you do not like Don Winner. He has a very proud military record, and is a fine person. Perhaps he is 'ham-fisted' a little at times. LOL. COPA has been a great place to invest. I am acquainted with them since 2006. Melo is another good company.
Hi carlosc, that was a new level...
Guess you will be tied up at the Latin World Economic Forum this week. I assume you have your credentials in order. Expect to meet you in person there. I'll be the one dressed casually and wearing the white jacket with the gold Petaquilla seal on it.
If you know Okke and he is back now in Taboga, then that is news to me. I am not a friend or follower and really don't care to have him as an acquaintance. Check with Don Winner if you really want to know his history...but maybe you already do and know him very well. In any case, I only mentioned him because he was used as a source for criticism of PTQ.
Sorry you are so unhappy with your investment. Perhaps you should sell. It is difficult to live in Panama and be bitter. You really have to work at it. Life is very good!! Viva Mimito!!!
Nice source badge792!!!
You buddy is not even in Panama where he is a fugitive again! Hiding again in another country and trying to attack my friend Don Winner veteran of Special Opps for twenty years and who lives in Panama and publishes Panama-Guide.
Don't know much about article you mentioned. Only that there is certainly no cyanide danger, and that people were naturally laid off when production was curtained. If you remember shutting down production until the POG recovered was one of Jal's suggestions. Are you implying the workers should not be laid off??
HOWEVER I DO KNOW A LOT ABOUT OKKE!! Here are some links if you want the truth. You can also ask our little lady from CR about him. He has been hiding all over Central America and South East Asia as well as Europe for years. Very well known to anyone who travels internationally frequently or has business interests and connections overseas! LOL!!!!!!!!

Boddy1231 let me be more clear.
In the past you were saying buy under 30c and sell at 50c. Now you are saying 10-20c. Sounds like you have lost confidence in PTQ. If you expect PTQ to get 60 million then why do you expect a lower sp?
I still say buy under 30c and sell at 50c if you are willing to trade the stock. My reason for thinking that the price might fall to the 10-20c range has nothing to do with confidence in PTQ. Rather I think that with the very thin trading volumes and perhaps 8-10% in weak hands looking for the cash payout to the stockholders, that will never happen, the sp may well drop for a time unless there is a lot of immediate support.
More importantly right now, sources in Panama have informed me that, they have absolute confirmation in writing from FQM that the Cobre-Panama Comprehensive 2014 Engineering Report will be filed before the Monday night deadline! The report is completed and signed, but it is not public information at this time. Whether FQM or Panama wishes to make it public I do not know, but the information is now out there for those with privileged access. Inasmuch as it is long awaited by stockholders of FQM, Industry Analysts, and lenders of FQM, as well as containing very good news for the current Panama Administration, I expect we will know more soon about the details and PTQ's relationship to Cobre-Panama.
If you don't want me to post why ask me?
First of all there is plenty of money to keep PTQ in the game. You act like this is some great financial endeavor. It is not. many stockholders in Panama could have several million shares of PTQ and that might be less than 1% of family worth, or in some cases even annual income. Be reasonable, a week vacation in Spain for a family of four will cost a little over $61,000.00 just for tickets right now on American Airlines, flying first class of course. That would buy about 250,000 shares of PTQ. Navarro's new private plane he bought last month used, a 1981 model I think, would buy about 13,000,000 shares today. So don't get yourselves all in a dither when we are not talking about a lot of money traded daily. Very, very thin...very low volumes.
President Martinelli will definitely have to have FQM's detailed Cobre-Panama Engineering Report on his desk by 5:00PM Monday or he will throw them out of Panama in 24 hours. If you doubt that then you don't know anything about history here,(Law #8),or Panama, and you have not talked to anyone of authority. Believe me, FQM is also well aware of this. So you can be sure the report will be filed on time. Then the question is whether or not they or the government will decide to make it public and share it with you. Inasmuch as it relates to 25,000 direct/indirect jobs in Cocle and Donoso my guess is that they will say something. If not then only those with access to either the government or FQM will know what is actually going on and how PTQ fits into the mix.
So we come back to the share price. I expect it to continue to drop and I will continue to buy. Maybe $0.20 or $0.10 it really doesn't matter to me and others who want to be part of our future. The most critical thing right now is the election. If you do not see or understand that then you are really "disenchufada".
With regard to the constant whining and pestering about news, are you so clueless that you do not even know that a vote will have to be scheduled, a proxy sent, BCSC protocols and rules honored, and that you will not see a vote on the "deal" or issues for probably at least a month? I would expect a vote to be about the end of the fourth quarter. Then you can all read the proxy if you choose, look at the Q3 numbers out on May 15,2014 and influence the decision to the best of you ability. Than is you opportunity to show that you really count! Until you receive a proxy you are just speculating and twisting in the wind. Until the complete details and the future plans are outlined therein, the company has no obligation to tell you anything. So just watch for the Notice of Special Election.
As to credibility... HEY MJK, MAYBE YOU CAN WORK ON THAT AND SAVE SOME OF YOUR OWN CREDIBILITY IN THE PROCESS. LOL.Why in the world would I seek or even recognize credibility on this board? You must be joking. FWIW read the posts or ignore them...they cost nothing and maybe that is all they are worth. LOL.....or maybe not!
Bottom line: PTQ and management is here to stay. Petaquilla was never for sale as you all seemed to think and claimed. There will be no payout or dividend to stockholders, share price may remain low for several years as it did in the past. Maybe even back to 2003-2004 levels. PRD wins all bets are off. The mining sector will be developed and some of us will do very well when that happens. If I am wrong I will take my losses, but I am sure I know much more than most here about the future. Life is good!
JayWalker, talk to Sharon Loung.
Your fellow at MPSA needs to go to the right place for news. FQM, not MPSA, is where the dealing is taking place. I received two e-mails from her with attachments yesterday for review and comment. Others who have posted here can easily verify that also if they so choose. You have no idea where things stand.
Life is great outside of this board; you may know since you are very new here. Thanks for your advice though and you may be right that this is sort of like beating a dead horse. As to lying, that is something I have never had a desire or need to do. I expect Q3 to have less production than Q2 by company decision. Q2 was greatly affected by maintenance, but Q3 is by choice. Matter of fact one of the biggest whiners on this board called for weeks to stop production until the price of gold returned to much higher levels. Then he complained when that was done. LOL!
My finca is in Arenosa and life is certainly not affected by PTQ which is just fun, and actually a miniscule investment of the family. I am very happy with it and certainly not bitter towards the company, having known many of the Panamanian participants for years. Right now the focus is on the election and PTQ is really just an aside.
Some times it is just fun to post, and watch the reactions of the little bitter ones. Sort of like stepping on an ant hill. Now that we have reached the end of this movie, as some know from actual information and personal contacts, not much use in baiting the kids anymore. It has been fun though. Actually I have met some very nice educated and informed people here. May be hard to believe with mostly dregs left. Good Luck
The new social mantra!!
Bad to be a friend of the BOD and Management team.
Bad to be a friend and acquaintance of Richard Fifer.
Bad to make money on the stock over the years.
Bad to be proactive and informed.
Bad to visit the projects in Panama, Spain and Portugal.
Bad to share anything on this board. Not welcomed.
Bad to be experienced, educated, and wealthy.
Bad to consistently win. Participation trophy only!
Bad to keep score. Bad to have winners and losers.
Well folks..that is just too bad!!!
Petaquilla es Panama, and will be here for many years to come.
I guess that is all that really matters and life is very, very good. If not, no one to blame but yourself, opportunities were there. Take responsibility for your investment decisions and just live with them. The future looks good from here.
Well I guess we have the answer.
None of the posters made any effort to share information. So the tip of the hat goes to german-investor who posted real information from a real source. Those familiar with Germany would know that, unlike most of the analysts that report in North America, this group actually has a large portfolio of Petaquilla stock, and their people have spent time and money visiting all of our projects. Therefore one would expect that they have better access and understanding of the true state of affairs. MY guess is that they know more than the lady in the souvenir shop in BC, and the fellow still looking for his GED down south.
Straight from Dow Jones Press in Europe:

Jetzt stellt sich hier einzig und alleine noch die Frage, ob es hier zu Option 1 oder zu Option 2 kommen wird. Die nächsten Tage werden es uns wohl zeigen und dann sollte hier der Kurs auf jeden Fall deutlich höher stehen als es aktuell der Fall ist. Meiner Meinung nach haben wir hier im Moment exzellente Kaufkurse!
Sorry if you can't read German, here is a very rough translation from Google:
Now arises businessmen only the question whether it will come here to Option 1 or Option 2 . The next few days it will show us the well, and then the course should be here in any case are much higher than is currently the case. In my opinion we have here at the moment excellent buying rates !
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT FROM A KNOWLEDGEABLE MAJOR GROUP, WHO HAPPEN TO BE VERY LARGE SERIOUS INVESTORS IN THE COMPANY ITSELF, THAT HAVE HAD THEIR PEOPLE VISIT PANAMA, SPAIN, AND PORTUGAL AND ACTUALLY HELD ONE AND ONE MEETINGS WITH MANAGEMENT IN ALL LOCATIONS, GIVING THEIR ANALYSIS AND OPINIONS FROM LOOKING A THINGS FIRST HAND. I DID NOT SEE A SINGLE POST THANKING THEM FOR SHARING INFORMATION OBTAIN BY SPENDING THEIR OWN FUNDS TO OBTAIN FIRST HAND. INSTEAD, WHAT I EXPECT TO SEE IS INSULTS, BACKBITING, AND DENIGRATION FLOWING FROM THE UNINFORMED AND IGNORANT ALL WEEK LONG. AGAIN, WHY WOULD ANYONE WITH REAL FACTS, OBTAINED AT PERSONAL COST, SHARE THEM WITH THE UNWASHED AND UNGRATEFUL???
PERHAPS IT IS JUST PITY....OR REQUIRED PRO BONO....
Who has made any effort to advance understanding?
Anyone here contacted Sharon to find out where things stand?
Anyone contacted Dr.Ramcharan to find out where things stand?
Anyone contacted Deutsche Bank? How about the institutions?
Anyone done anything other than whine, cry, complain, and insult?
No...I thought not...much easier just to take cheap shots, insult, and whine. Why should anyone bother to tell you anything??
Some know, some react, some participate, some are asked for advice, some just sit on the porch, play the banjo and wonder what it is all about.....keep whining, and keep selling....Life is Good!!!
I believe that one of the very large leach pads is completed and just requires loading and charging. The small test pad yield was exceptional and should be repeated full scale.
In addition to the points you made in option #2 I believe there will be presented additional contracts and participatory explorations that will benefit both companies.
Finally, major progress will, IMO, be probably with the improvement of the A/P and relief of the gold/silver facilities. I expect the company to return to profitability in Q4.
The post yesterday was not meant to bring forth a discussion of the facts, or whether things are done in a right or wrong way. It was just a recount of the way the world actually works and not the way some wish it would. If it was offensive I apologize, it was not meant to be. Some take umbrage when the truth be told and it does not meet with their wishes, expectations, or agendas.
Saludos desde la playa!!! Otro cerveza y langosta por favor!
badge792, so let's review...
First, aside PTY is not Petaquilla Gold Ltd. PTY is:
Tocumen International Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional de Tocumen) (IATA: PTY, ICAO: MPTO)
As set by The International Air Transport Association (IATA) that is the code used by 240 airlines around the world. Not being obvious but most have noticed you usually mistake PTY for PTQ and we have been meaning to correct this minor oversight. We fly a lot, most in our own planes, so we always notice when you use PTY for PTQ.
Putting that aside: For every seller, there is a buyer who believes this is a good investment. Yes some are aware of where things stand, and have almost daily contact with management at FQM, as well as PTQ. Some are continuing to invest very large sums in both companies. Some obviously believe in tomorrow.
Some are not concerned about a falling share price where the total dollars changing hands, like today so far, will not even buy one first class round trip ticket from Panama City, Panama to Sevilla, Spain. Com'on man...get serious!!! This is a lot of 'sound and fury signifying nothing'!! 0.3% of OS!!!
Some sit at the table...some stand behind the rail and watch. The fact is that whether you use two year or five year history, as VB noted, PTQ out performs the very depressed GDXJ. Some do talk to serious real investors herein that have two, three, four, or five million shares and the vast majority are still routinely buying a bigger piece of the pie at these sale prices.
Some know generally what is being discuss and what will be resolved and probably more or less when. Bottom line: It does not really matter and will be publicly disclosed in due time. If you read the last PR carefully it tells you exactly what the negotiations were about and when you will be told more. The negotiations are focusing on matters in the Petaquilla mining district in the District of Donoso, Panama. Further details shall be disclosed upon conclusion of negotiations. Can't make it much clearer than that because the information would be privileged. You already know, if you have been paying attention at all, that FQM will make a statement on or before March 31, 2014. PTQ will make a statement in accordance with their last PR discussed herein above. It is really not that hard to understand.
If you call IR of either company, and establish yourself as a serious investor, you should have no trouble getting the answers that you wish within the restrictions of the rule of law and protocol. If they do not know who you are, and if you are as rude as many who post here seem to be, they will ignore you. Much as the prom inquiry in yesterday's analogy.
So those who have no faith in out team or the future no matter what the "deal" turns out to be, should keep on selling to those who will buy their shares. Those who long ago sold their shares and just keep posting false statements and incredible assertions may continue 'ad nauseam', probably do a service to those who are investing. (For those with GED's: Ad nauseam is a Latin term for a discussion that has continued so long that it has continued "to [the point of] nausea".)
And for the little lady, in the Campbell River gift shop, who sold out long ago, and took her alleged $500,000 profit, some of us have done better after taxes almost every year with this company. We don't begrudge you a dime, but why are you still so unhappy? Seems Richard was very good to you??? Are you sure you are not related to one of my ex-wives???
So guys...have a great spring, whether in North America, Central America, or Europe..."Roses will bloom again"!!!
Yes today is the first day. No worries here!!!
JFF7, some real thought behind that post.
To carry it a little further I would suggest that the shareholders make up a Rubik's Cube with a three axle gyro inside.
You have the axle you suggested: one end first category, other end second category. The next axle would be traders on one end and investors on the other. (Traders in for less than two years, investors long term). The third axle would be deep pockets on one end and no pockets on the other.
Of course the center of the cube, in the heart of the gyro, is the place to be. From there one can work outward to solve the cube. There is a web of friendships and acquaintances stretching quite extensively outward from each axle that make the actual web of relationships. Without skewing the web too much I believe that the center is quite strong, and information flows freely along all three axis as one moves out from the center.
Friends of management are constantly harangued by many, while at the same time crying and whining constantly that they are not welcomed and told nothing. LOL. Kind of like saying I hate you because you are pretty, rich, and make good grades!!! Now, will you go to the prom with me??? It was so annoying that an invitation only group was formed. PMC became even more imbittered when her application was rejected!
Most people I know are proud to be friends of Richard and the other professionals that we are fortunate to have on our board. Many of us have done very well in the past when the stock was selling for less than a nickle for several years. Should we be sorry because we were alerted early and came to the party with sufficient funds to make a difference? Should we be sorry that the company has been good for us and that we are well aware of what is now transpiring? I think not!
In the end, it takes money to make money, and those that have resources usually do very well. Just a fact of life. Will the share price soar to a dollar or crash to five cents??? Who is to say?? I can only tell you that the involved, informed, and financially secure will do well in either circumstance. No spin required...just the facts of life in the real world. Hope that everyone makes money...even the trolls...but history tells me that it will not work out that way. It never does!!
ptygold, what you say is true.
Most here have no grasp of what is involved in a very complicated agreement that must be vetted by five entities, represented by five different law firms. It just takes time. There are no remaining issues. You cannot expect these ignorant or agenda driven posters to be grateful for the information you provide. They resent education, experience, or a willingness to share facts on the ground. I believe there are over 52,000 documents on file in the public records. You can probably be sure they have read none!
Morgan&Morgan will go very slowly with DD and vetting. They do not want to get burned again after suffering defeat in court to Petaquilla seven times over the past years. This has to come to a conclusion soon to help justify the two billion overrun FQM will be reporting from their initial estimates for development of Cobre-Panama. Acquisitions from Petaquilla are a big part of that allowing them to expand their operation/project nearly 20%. FQM is obligated to make a statement by the end of March.
Of course none of this can be extrapolated to an increase in share price. However, it should guarantee the company will be profitable again in Q4. I believe they turned in 12 consecutive profitable quarters, before suffering the recent losses caused primarily by the decrease in gold prices, sector decline, and the British Colombia Supreme Court blocking the Red Kite loan. A cleaner balance sheet and bottom line positive earnings should be good news. Our group is still buying regularly as we have for years and will participate in the development of the Panama mining sector.
Buying FQM shares at this time might also be a good place to park extra cash, as they will also benefit from the settlement of all of the issues and the continued ramp up of Minera-Panama. There is a lot of development opportunities in the north now as one, with credentials, can drive from the Pan American Highway all the way to the Caribbean coast in the north. But that is a whole other issue and opportunity to make very large profits with the right purchases.
Thank you for making the effort to share, in spite of the fact most of us have given up on providing information to this board. Have a thick skin as they like to attack the messenger. They will ask questions and then criticize the answers you give them. Put the fools on ignore....
VB, watch yourself that is propitiatory info!!
Before the ignorant start to spout again, it should be remembered that electronic signatures and faxes do not cut it in this part of the world. All must sign on an original notarized document. Most do not even realize who must sign, or how many identical sets of originals must be made. It is all very formal and takes time.
To LTS...I believe the facts show that 93% of the time all required filings of Petaquilla on SEDAR have been made on time. Obviously you are a newbie to this company and don't know much about the facts that you have not even bothered to verify. Go back under the rock with the little lady from CR, it is almost time to open the souvenir store that is really, really, special!!
I'd take your bet...but only my handyman goes to the two dollar window!! LOL!!! Show me you can put up a week at Tropic Star and maybe I'll consider it!! In the meantime stop nipping at the ankles of serious people, or you'll get no 'bacon goodie' from the maids!
Did anyone catch the statement by FQM IR? Maybe you should call them if you did not.
SHARE & A WARRANT!! I'M IN!!!
HEY LTS!!
May 15, 2014 for P&L, MD&A.
THAT IS THE NEXT LEGAL DEADLINE UNDER BCSC RULES!!!! NOT A DEADLINE FOR OR FROM ME. YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS JUST CAN'T BE THAT IGNORANT....OR MAYBE SO....JUST POSTED IT AS A FACTUAL MATTER FOR THOSE INTERESTED. SORRY IT WAS OVER ALL OF YOUR HEADS.
Yes, a share at current price and a warrant also for down the road...who would not take that...better than even the last PP offering. Oh wait! None of you participated anyway in that.
Thanks for posting VB! My check is already cut!!!

So there you have it! Next Deadline...
May 15, 2014 for P&L, MD&A. Numbers probably about the same as Q2, with of course the detail about this new arrangement. Hopefully we will have returned to profitability for Q4 that will be reported about mid-September. Thank you guys for staying around and continuing to post. Without you the board would just fade away. I hope this met your hopes and expectations. Let's see next week if my WAG for the share price decline will actually happen. Lots of money on the sidelines to take advantage if it comes to pass. Time for some killer deep sea fishing at Tropic Star....see you next week! Life is good!!
Looks great to me VB!
Keep on selling guys and we'll keep on buying. Thank the Lord for the clueless ones floundering in the wastelands. They make this so easy!!! Very happy camper!!! Heard CR going to sell all 500 shares!!
Whoot!!!!!
Wonder what the share price will be on Monday???
ptygold, your fundamental analysis is correct.
However, I was not implying that the fall in share price would be due to a fundamental causal change in the stock price of the company. Rather, inquiries indicate that there are about 40 million shares that are in hands of those who have invested within the past year or so, hoping for a relatively quick large gain and intending to then turnover the stock and move to other pastures.
When things did not go as planned and the BCSC stopped the closure of the Red Kite Loan due to the Hostile Takeover attempt by Inmet everything went south. The uninformed blamed management as usual without bothering to read the court rulings and then whined that there were never told what happened. Of course it was right there in the public court records.
Back to point, while there is a large group with deep pockets waiting until the short term collapse of the share price into single digits, where it once before languished for several years, I doubt that the mechanics are there to scoop up the very large number of shares that will be liquidated. Therefore it is reasonable to expect single digit prices for an extended period as the lemmings follow to the cliff, and the whiners whine.
The other issue weighing heavily is the election. Arias and Navarro are now statistically tied even though CD has pumped huge amounts of money into the campaign over the last thirty days. Although I think it may have been pandering, if you read the statements made during the campaign, or have listened to Navarro he has given speeches promising to shut down Petaquilla, and hold up all mining development for several years while the issue is revisited.
I have never been any good at predicting short term share prices, but I do not see anyway forward here, for a year or two, as things sort themselves out. I am confident that long term things will be fine and patient investors will do very well. But I am sure you have seen in many large undertakings in Panama, particularly where development is concerned, progress is often halted for an extended period and then resumed several years later, many times by a different group. For many of us who were here when the share price was two to five cents for years this has become a generational investment. A lot of us don't really care as we just intend to be a part of the future development that must eventually come to pass. Short timers with few resources and little income, relying of a return in the near future, may be out of luck and will sell at any price and move on to other things. Many here are waiting for just such an opportunity to increase their holdings, but I do not see all of the stock that may be tendered absorbed quickly. Ergo, back to single digits for an extended period.
Of course this has nothing to do with fundamental analysis, but rather political winds and will. I hope I made my reasoning more understandable. Good Luck, and if your here long term, get ready to scoop up some very cheap shares. Ten for a buck is better than four.
Here is the latest on the election...Navarro might well win it!
Arias marcaba 34% y bajó a 33%.

NEWS RELEASE
Discussions on Material Agreement Continuing
Vancouver, BC
–
March 3, 2014:
Further to its news release of February 18, 2014, Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (the “Company”) confirms that negotiations are continuing on a material agreement. Agreement was not reached by the end of February 2014 as previously indicated but all parties are now hopeful that if the negotiations are successful it will be during March 2014. The negotiations are focusing on matters in the Petaquilla mining district in the District of Donoso, Panama.Further details shall be disclosed upon conclusion of negotiation.
If vote required matter will not be resolved until about the end of May 2014. Share price may well drop to single digits in the interim period. More news will be disclosed before the end of March. If no agreement, then no vote. Either buy on further weakness or sell and move on.....neither action has influence or affects management or company. No one really cares what you do. No plans to raise additional money from sale of stock or PP. Company may choose to stay dormant for a year or two if sufficient money obtained from FQM takes care of A/P. Similar action was taken in the past. Resume production when POG moves to new highs, sector improves, and Cobre-Panama starts up. In the meantime advance PDI to pay recurring bills. No insiders or large stockholders have sold any shares, some are accumulating while waiting. Statements to the contrary are just falsehoods from the typical uninformed sources.
ptygold, don't know what you're responding to.
I have most of those guys on ignore. Deal will definitely strengthen the balance sheet. I believe they will also proceed with Portugal as well as LP. My guess is that they will complete the ramp at LP. I don't expect any big increase in share prices for at least a year. Probably continue to trade in the same range as the last few months. Those who were speculating last year about a sale, never actually had any information about the discussions, nor read any of the documents filed with MICI and others. Like preaching to the choir telling the foolish that the company was not for sale. Just chafe blowing in the wind. We should be profitable by Q4 if POG is stabilized. Stockpiled gold can be processed very cheaply.
IR at FQM says they are working on final draft of Engineering Report so we will have much more public information soon. There are some really big changes there to justify all the extra money they are spending. about $500M more instead of 1.5B less than Inmet. Personally I hope that PTQ keeps most things under wraps until they return to profitability. Any time they publish news good or bad it is not welcomed. Better to let the lemmings run and pick up the cheap shares. Share price is probably the last thing on anyone's mind as we are not issuing shares and concentrating on positioning for the future of Cobre-Panama.
Most important thing now is the election in less than 60 days. I think it will be closer than most believe. Navarro was talking again yesterday about shutting us down permanently, but I don't believe him. The election has the potential of affecting us more than any other issue, yet no one on the boards is evening following the run-up, or the polls. Nice endorsement about an hour ago that will bleed off some more votes for Arias! Varela is toast!
ptygold, very accurate post.
The newcomer needs a Thesaurus or 'Definitions for Dummies' to go with the GED before using those three syllable words!! LOL!!
Things will be all wrapped up before FQM files their Cobre-Panama Engineering Report at the end of the month. Would not surprise me to see the latecomers sell and walk away with their losses. Plenty of money available on the sideline to suck up the shares dumped. Q4 should be very good as things finally move forward. That of course assumes that the elections move the right way. Maduro endorsing Navarro yesterday can only help Arias. No one wants to see the Venezuela model in Panama.
Everyone anxious to return to work on Monday. Morgan & Morgan should have their final input by the end of the week. Maybe they will publish some news by the 17th although there seems no real requirement to do so. Might be best to just let FQM go first. All those who need to know already do have the details. Perfect timing now that DB is getting out of mining. There will be some guys visiting Spain for Easter and maybe give us the latest from visiting Andalucia. Sevilla is beautiful in the spring!
Don't bother responding Bobby.
Things are well in hand. Anyone who wanted to meet at PDAC and requested such beforehand was well received. Richard of course was taking care of the important business before us. We all know he contributes more to charity each year that he ever takes from PTQ, so that is a none starter. All payments to executives are well within industry standards, monitored, and audited. There are a lot of sign-offs required from about five different entities and several government departments as well as the associated law firms. Everyone took off a week for Carnival and Morgan&Morgan had a great event.
People who count and make decisions will be back at work on Monday, March 10th and things will continue to advance. It was a great week in the countryside and one should always take advantage during the dry season. The average trade size on PTQMF is about the cost of a good dinner for four at a better resort! These are mostly just little guys running back and forth in total confusion. Keep your eyes on SEDAR at the end of next week. Life is good...and PTQ is doing just fine. Maybe we will have a big St Patrick's party at the RIU to celebrate!!!
Life is good!!
Congratulations!! Petaquilla es Panama!!!
LOL!!! It has been fun and profitable!!
Hello Badge...
I too chose to move on...but continue to buy aggressively.
There are attacks that are opinions and complaints, some justified, some not. Then there are criminal misstatements and posted falsehoods that are known to be false, by the poster in declarative first person statements, that in fact prohibit the posters, who are well known to authorities, from setting foot in Panama. Such is the condition of the famous little lady of CR, and several others.
Then there are those who denigrate factual information brought to the board and never ever present any credible or factual analysis of their own.
Then there are the posts well archived calling for the death of ones families, the death of the poster, the death of management, and asking for someone to perform the necessary put down of mentally handicapped or rabid dogs that are posting herein. That is why this board degenerated as did the one on SH to their present state.
Some do understand the circumstances and actual events that bring us to this point today. Some do as a result of actually investigating in first person by traveling to Panama, Spain, Portugal, Canada, talking to the people responsible, and learning first hand the facts and options before us. Some have even gone as far as sharing knowledge of events and posted photos confirming their travels and efforts, paid for with their own money, with the board. There is still I believe one picture on the abandoned I-Box showing three who spent many thousands of dollars traveling to all three countries standing in front of the PDI building and Molejon. They attempted to share, asking nothing in return, and were ridiculed, and false statements were made about them.
You can give me not one reason why any of these knowledgeable people should share any information here about the company and its planned future, let alone ongoing events.
So about twenty of us do have a very good handle on events that are transpiring, but you will not see much of that shared here. I can tell you there are those who are in constant contact with management and are extremely pro-active. There are those who know nothing and have no resources to learn anything, and do nothing but denigrate, whine, and complain.
Personally, I buy regularly, so does my circle of acquaintances. We have managed to lower our breakeven over the past year or so to about $0.38 cents. We are very comfortable with that range. We see little downside risk and feel that we will be well rewarded. If others feel differently, then they make their own decisions and should take responsibility for their actions.
As to participating here...not really worth the time as their is little constructive dialogue, and a lot of childish taunting and ignorance displayed.
We have made a lot of money thus far with the company team, and expect to continue. We are very happy to call them our friends and have shared life among our families for many years. We wish you good luck, and have moved on as we continue to buy, very comfortable in our own skin and with our investments. I would encourage you to buy FQM heavily also. It is much more liquid and has sufficient dollar volume to give you flexibility.

Nice round 50,000 share purchase...
before heading out of town, by someone who does know. 10th was not meant to be a prediction of a closing date. It is just the Monday when those in charge in Panama return to work. Nothing interferes with family time and Carnavales in the countryside. Good times for all whether in the mountains, on the Pacific, or the Caribbean. Business can wait. Government and private business shut down for a little while. Then there is travel time, recovery time...and back to work on the 10th. Good for the heart and soul to take a break and enjoy the important things in life. Don't forget to leave a list for the help to take care of while you are on holiday!!
See y'all later....
PS: nice from your English/German dictionary, but hardly fitting since we are very large stockholders as everyone knows....
TIME FOR CARNIVALES!!!
Tomorrow everyone is leaving the city if they have a place to go.
No more serious work until Monday, March 10, 2014 when the executives and bosses return.
Total chaos in the city as the working classes take to the streets to party!!
Life is great and its Carnival Time!!!!! VIVA PANAMA!!!
Saludos,
