Think you are forgetting a minor detail.

PTQ would need to BUILD THE LARGE PAD FIRST!
Just look at the I-Box...

Need to build ponds (pregnant pond, catchment pond, and surge pond).
Just look at them in the I-Box.

In other words HL gold is a year out.
That is not true.

You have a very small "on/off" test pad. A slightly larger on off pad but have built the big permanent pads. The pads currently built are only test pads.THINK YOU MEANT TO SAY 'NOT BUILT'.
That is not true, anyone with mining experience can tell you those are large on/off pads. Permanent pads will not be used as the company reported years ago to meet ANAN requirement. Less disruption of the protected environment. Read the environmental impact study. Look again in the I-Box. The tiny little dark green one is the 40,000 ton test pad. Make the comparison of the aerial photos.

VB those are very small scale pads.

That is not true. If I remember talking about them when I was at the site, and reading the press releases, the larger is 450,000 tons, the second is 350,000 tons, and again the little dark green one is 40,000 tons. The fourth on/off pad was under construction. Look at the I-Box and compare.

A million tons of low grade ore contains 10-15,000 onzes and has a 75% recovery meaning you are looking 7-10,000 onzes. This is over a 90 period.
Won't quibble with hypotheticals. Did you review the test results in Penonome? I did and discussed them with the mining executives.

I have not seen their mine plan so I am speaking from 30+ years of working at mines.
I have seen the mine plan, and discussed it with line personal and members of the BOD. I have never worked in a mine, but I have seen and reviewed mine plans while in Mexico, Australia, USA, Panama, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Spain, and Portugal. I am a graduate engineer with advanced degrees. I do not pretend to be any sort of mining expert, but I have talked to many who are over the years, listened and learned from them. Contrary to those who posted here and said you could never heap leach in Panama, I believe it will be possible and profitable from actually being there and talking with those doing the analysis and work.

These pads would not be considered by themselves commercial pads.
That is not true.

The contractor in Penonome I have spoken too was who told me there was a plan to build a large permanent pad which has not been built.
That is true. There was originally a plan for permanent pads. Rejected for reasons mentioned herein above. The fourth and maybe even fifth large on/off pads maybe built depending of the balance of operations and results.

My only "agenda" as you say is to make sure some of the flat out lies that on occasion have been posted are clarified.
Ditto...Have someone with experience in studying aerial photographs interpret those you see in the I-Box. Advice from an old, but experienced military pilot. There is a lot to be garnered there. There are engineers at MPSA that actually participated in the planning of the heap leach project in cooperation with PTQ. They can tell you a lot also. You really need to visit the site and see for yourself.

My family has owned shares from $0.02 to $3.18. Our financial guy, who works for us full time, has managed this investment very well over the last twelve or thirteen years. He earns his six figure salary and overlooks many things much large and more important than the PTQ investment. I honestly do not know, and really am not concerned about what our breakeven is right at the moment. We are not selling anything I don't believe, and continue to buy at great prices. Our goal is very long term. We are investing very heavily in FQM also. I am confident that you will make money here over the long term. I am not sure you will see $0.40 perhaps for several years. I hope you continue to average down while you are able. Good Luck.
