before heading out of town, by someone who does know. 10th was not meant to be a prediction of a closing date. It is just the Monday when those in charge in Panama return to work. Nothing interferes with family time and Carnavales in the countryside. Good times for all whether in the mountains, on the Pacific, or the Caribbean. Business can wait. Government and private business shut down for a little while. Then there is travel time, recovery time...and back to work on the 10th. Good for the heart and soul to take a break and enjoy the important things in life. Don't forget to leave a list for the help to take care of while you are on holiday!!
