wow, now you're beginning to sound like Obama...
And to think, a few days ago, I thought you sounded like Van der Sloot...
With billions/millions dollars in bonds, I'm surprised that CSHD hasn't bribed it's way out of this mess. That would be the logical thing to do if it truly believes that the SEC and DOJ are that corrupt.
Why would anyone hand over that much money in bonds to a virtually unknown company when there are other more reputable companies to deal with?
I've learned my lesson. Never trust a pinky that's incorporated in the state of Delaware.
That was Rufus' plan all along. Remember, he said his plan was to retire after all of this. Looks like he was planning to retire in jail.
Maybe these fake bonds were part of a scam run by the sicilian mafia via venezuelan banks?

Doubt it. Where would the money come from? Rufus is broke. And reversal of trades is pretty much unprecedented. That leaves the brokerages which were not at fault in this.
Only if some guilty party has millions of dollars might you get something... and it'd have to be in the form of a class action lawsuit.
religious beleifs and lifestyles justify criminal behavior?
Okay fine.. I guess this means all criminals are off the hook as long as they spend spend spend on high priced items and live the high life...
cshd is a dry run for the toxic liabilities that our government/banks is now handling. Wouldn't surprise me if this was a black book operation (FBI/CIA/etc..), as a way of getting a lot of money to fund some operation. It would explain why all those texans who had shares.
Yeah, I lost some money too, but I made a real sweetheart deal in the realty market, so I think I've recovered most of my losses in these crappy pink stocks that keep on coming up on ihub. I think I've learned my lesson. Stay away from IHUB. Not saying IHUB is a scam of course.. but pinkies and many stocks that are discussed here tend to be.
well, looks like Rufus finally gets to retire, like he said he would... in JAIL.
acquittal would be the best result, but we all know in our hearts that chance of that happening is almost zero.
So the next best thing is that this company continues to do well in local markets.
Hey, you never know.
One thing I have learned is that investorshub is full of scams. Even people who claim to be on your side by stopping these scams sometimes could be part of the scam. Don't trust anybody on here.
Remember that nobody has gone to jail for this despite this stock being halted (In other words, the halt could have been economically motivated for selfish reasons - or it could have been motivated for good causes - like preventing more people from being sucked into the scam. But since we can't read minds, we'll never really know).
Only people here who seem to be right as rain so far has been serfdom (who apparently doesn't have an account here anymore), and janice shell...
The SEC should do a lot more on the part of preventing this type of thing happening in the first place - and also making people accountable for their actions. This would slow down this stype of thing.
so are we at $15 yet? hahahahah
Almost all penny stocks that are listed in the top 20 on ihub are scams... Think about it - the only money that gets made is the one that is traded off of people that come in to buy stocks of these companies.
Serious investment companies are probably not going to be investing in these pinkies.
So the only legit money to be made here is through short squeezes (rare), or if you get really lucky with a pinky that does eventually go legitimate with a good product (even rarer).
I'm looking at this as a tax write off myself... wait til the end of year and make sure that my total losses do not exceed the write off value of $3K... Yes, this stock could rebound one day (who knows). If you want to take that chance then go ahead.
I don't beleive anything that cyberkey puts out now. Even if they are under investigation.
Probably isn't going to happen. If I were the CEO of this stock though I would have an idea about how to turn it around.. basically start developing the USB's into a feasable enterprise backup solution.
well I can think of 2 scenarios.. neither may be right, but here goes...
Jim puts out PR about the deals thinking that a deal will go through. They don't go through obviously but, he can't go back on himself, because he already told the first lie. So he makes up more and more lies to cover up the first lie.
second scenario is that he sees easy money in the pinkies and thinks that he will never get caught. He'll just keep on producing lie after lie, and assuming the investors don't ask too deep questions or start investigating.. there won't be any problem as there will always be buyers for a stock based on false information.
yeah, let me sell and make $25 hahaha...
at this point selling or keeping doesn't make much sense...
we're all going to wait for that "rock solid" proof that Jim says that he has... otherwise I'm liable to beleive the SEC more than him.
I tried to figure out how "big" this company from the facts we do supposedly know. They have 5 employees maybe? let's see 30k/year average 150k/year. So maybe this company, assuming it has no debt is doing roughly a few hundred thousand a year?
Don't see why it would go to the pinkies unless it needed financing it could not get from a bank.
sounds like a volunteer.. you buy and run the company.. ;)
If Jim was willing to put out false PR's in the past, wouldn't suprise me if he put out false or misleading ones now. Yes, he is digging a deeper hole if that is so - but apparently he made some dumb mistakes in the past.
I am open to the possibility, however, that this has been naked shorted (possibly by Jim or Jim's friends, or other insiders would be my guess. Wouldn't suprise me if it was an MM or one of Jim's friends.).
sounds like pump and dump to me...
If I remember correctly, they do have to file a form if they sell at least an X amount or percentage.. but below that they don't have to. But that doesn't matter, just because they create new shares doesn't mean that they will necessarily sell them.. ;)
Petar is pretty guilty as far as I'm concerned.. no big middle east contracts and fake PR's should tell you a lot more than what Petar says in rebuttels...
CEO would have to be either really clueless or deceptive to not know that the third party distributer went behind his back and still publish PR's stating that they were selling products to government officials.
The biggest clue of course is liquid found out that an audit of the financials was not being done even though Jim had claimed it was being done.
You can't trust what Jim says out of his mouth.
------
Only thing going for this company is that it has a legit product. But now that it has competition, I simply don't know about the viability of it staying in the game.
yep, just like CSHD guaranteed $15/share...
yawn...
a phone number that ends in 666? that a coincidence?
You have to careful about tax loss, however.. if you sold for under a year you can write off a max of 3k/year in losses... for stocks you held over a year I don't know what the rule is. But just to let you know that if you do sell right now, you may not be able to right it off for a long time...
pretty dumb of Mike to name a person in a public company that can be checked by anyone to see if financials have been audited or not. What was he thinking - that nobody would check?
I'm thinking similar thoughts too.. though I may start flipping if I can get away with it... I want to get more information though... Don't think we can sell right now unless we sell it for something rediculously low to the point of it not worth it..
somebody might as well just post it on here, unless we want to flood Mike's phone number.. ;)
I wonder if it is possible to short from here in the greys..
So you planning on selling?
yeah right...
company going is going to give out 100 times its earning value in dividends...
yeah, me too, lot of red here.. although my aapl is up a little..
people sell because of either greed or fear. you're scenario only addresses the greed part. people will sell out of panic as well if the price goes lower.
well, whoever is doing it is being smart about trying to keep the PPS up and prevent panic selling...
Although I'm personally not buying or selling until I get some news (and even if I get some news I probably won't buy or sell - knowing me)..
