Doubt it. Where would the money come from? Rufus is broke. And reversal of trades is pretty much unprecedented. That leaves the brokerages which were not at fault in this.
Only if some guilty party has millions of dollars might you get something... and it'd have to be in the form of a class action lawsuit.
