CEO would have to be either really clueless or deceptive to not know that the third party distributer went behind his back and still publish PR's stating that they were selling products to government officials.
The biggest clue of course is liquid found out that an audit of the financials was not being done even though Jim had claimed it was being done.
You can't trust what Jim says out of his mouth.

Only thing going for this company is that it has a legit product. But now that it has competition, I simply don't know about the viability of it staying in the game.
