Almost all penny stocks that are listed in the top 20 on ihub are scams... Think about it - the only money that gets made is the one that is traded off of people that come in to buy stocks of these companies.
Serious investment companies are probably not going to be investing in these pinkies.
So the only legit money to be made here is through short squeezes (rare), or if you get really lucky with a pinky that does eventually go legitimate with a good product (even rarer).
