The OTC is Free-for-all, especially the cannabis sector. Unfortunately Marimed is not considered a “big player” yet and they also have a good amount of O/S which leaves them a prime target for MM’s to manipulate their stock price. This kind of stock behavior will last until either Marimed becomes a contender or the government legalizes cannabis. Don’t rely on the latter

MM’s will push this down to the .50 - .60 range. I’ll be loading up once that happens

My guess is that after earnings are released on the 24th, the price will drop regardless of the outcome. My advice, BUY that dip because it will recover very quickly. The MM’s have always manipulated this stock and will continue to do so until they can’t anymore

I agree with that. The financing and dilution doesn’t sit right with me.

Also, if their plan is to develop 300,000sq/ft of cultivation and production space...why aren’t they making any moves?! They’re sitting on 17 licenses with nothing to show for it. If they want to expand without having to raise so much capital, why don’t they use the services of a company like Innovative Industrial Properties? Companies like Trulieve, curaleaf, Green Thumb, Cresco and others are using their services and thriving.
