Someone please give me the low down as to what is really going on with this stock
$PMCB will be filing an IND for a Phase 2b, pivotal trial, for solid pancreatic cancer tumor that have stopped responding to the gold standard treatment. PMCB has Orphan Drug Status on this indication. The master cell and working cell banks are being produced and tested. We are awaiting a shareholder update, which we may see this month.
This stock is highly speculative. Like any biotech company, the pipeline is subject to an imprecise timetable but moreso because we are dealing with what the FDA considers a biologic. It's actually approved by a separate division of the FDA from the one that approves new drugs. The good news is FDA's CBER has been approving and accelerating things faster than CDER has recently.
Anyway, on this Board you have an all out war between people who literally hate this company and those who would like to see it succeed. Pretty weird if you ask me. You can post a question about PMCB on just about any social media platform and you will get swarmed. Not sure why that is.
Personally, I'm a HOLD on $PMCB in the six month time frame.
Here's some of my recent DD. Take a look at my speculative post, "why would a large pharm..." to see the main reason I believe in PMCB's prospects.

Not sure if it was covered already, but during the congressional hearings with the ex CEO of $EFX, when asked what Equifax was doing to protect consumers, the ex CEO Smith said "In January 2018, consumers will be able to lock and unlock their credit reports at will using a new Apple Application".
Boom! Multi-factor authentication is a must now that our SSNs and all other data has been hacked.
It's a bit down the road perhaps, but I am sure looking forward to the day when I can leave my house with just my iPhone. I'll be able to use it to lock/unlock my front door (via CPI for example), start my car (how is this NOT already a thing. Come on Elon!!!), and make any purchase.
My iPhone is already my watch, rolodex, calendar, camera, camcorder and GPS navigation system. Now I just need it to be my wallet and keys.
The thesis is pre-legalization MJ and MMJ companies are undervalued. $ACBFF is in a position to raise funds nearly at will, and as long as those funds are being used to purchase companies and rights on the cheap, long term the shareholders will be rewarded.
Look at the PR, Aurora is non-stop deal making. Pedanios in Germany is a case in point. They bought the German sub in May, got all import licenses in September, and now we will see revenue in the next quarterly.
It's honestly hard to keep up with everything this company is doing.
Has anyone been arrested or heard they were being investigated by the SEC from this board yet?
My wife works for the DOJ and the other night she told me "You've been a very naughty boy!"
Handcuffs were involved. Does that count?
From the various videos it seems to be designed for chokepoints like turnstiles. They have the demo setup in their office in a hallway, and they partnered with a video company to synch the weapon alerts with a picture of the individual.
The longer PMCB takes to reach market the more time it gives competitors to come up with a rival treatment.
Correct. At least 3 PRIVATE companies have been granted Orphan drug designation on pancreatic cancer since PMCB was issued it's designation. Tick Toc as everyone likes to write.
It seems to me there are numerous people on this board who would be absolutely ecstatic to see a competitor file an IND before PMCB.
Therefore:
1. PMCB has to balance releasing information for shareholders with releasing information to competitors.
2. PMCB investors should think long and hard when being encouraged by individuals who openly want to see PMCB crash and burn.
3. It is perfectly reasonable to assume the various private competitors of PMCB to, at best, monitor this board and, at worst, participate in this board for the benefit of their companies. Being private companies, with zero SEC oversight, means they can employ ANY means of beating PMCB.
I just take the data points that have been released so far and try to weave them into a coherent, plausible story. But there is way too much about the Vegas shooting that makes no sense right now. Really hoping they release more details soon.
Twin Towers is interesting to me since I was downtown on 9/11, but that's a whole other rabbit hole.
Yup, totally worthless with 6 patents granted so far:
http://stks.freshpatents.com/Axim-Biotechnologies-Inc-nm1.php
AXIM has multiple patents.
The market value is based on the patents alone. Just about everyone else releases PRs saying "we filed a provisional patent...", meanwhile, AXIM continues to be granted patents:
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/10/05/1141427/0/en/New-U-S-Patent-Allowance-Granted-to-AXIM-Biotechnologies-Inc-for-Cannabinoid-Ophthalmic-Solutions-for-Glaucoma-and-Conjunctivitis-Treatment.html
This is the reason the stock took off:
http://www.ipwatchdog.com/2017/01/08/axim-biotech-patent-chewing-gum-cannabinoids-treat-neurodegenerative-diseases/id=76159/
And the Company has been featured in Forbes twice.
Pure Speculation: Say that cannabis is legalized in the US in 2020. Altria moves into the space in a big way, gobbling up Canopy and Aurora using pocket change from the couch. How much does Altria pay AXIM for its patents for CBD gum?

Can you please give me a list of biotechs that respond to emails and calls requesting specific information about the pipeline?
Yeah, sure, pure coincidence that everyone posted repeatedly to email PMCB and immediately suggested that not getting a response meant something was amiss. Look at the post history. Pretty blatant and apparent.
PMCB just confirmed technical issues resolved. PMCB also no employs a whitelist. The ONLY reason to employ a whitelist is if you've been targeted.
Yes, now the police, FBI and the brother are all on the same page. All say he did it and he did it alone.
The brother's 180 is just weird. Did you see the video? Do you think he meant to say "an army of one" or "an arms dealer" before he stopped himself?
So anyone comfortable with sharing the price at which you are a buyer?
I opened a position today at .92. I realize people who got in just after the FCC news are in at around .66-.68. I'm just wondering, hypothetically, at what point are you a buyer again?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, I meant to be on the lam like his father.
I had read an earlier report that said multiple bullet holes on the fuel tanks had to to be repaired and repainted.
I suppose with his resources if he had really wanted to blow up those tanks he could have gotten a .50 caliber rifle.

Forgot to mention the important parts:
1. a cell phone charger that does not match any of the multiple phones found on the shooter was in the room.
2. records show his room card was used to open his door while his car was out of the garage.
I was really concerned when all my inquiries were being returned for some reason I wasn't on a list... I never knew you had to be on list. I don't know why that was happening but it did and I had even shown it in an earlier post.
Wow, I called this a few days ago. The very people who were encouraging everyone on this Board to email PMCB knew damn well PMCB's email system was being attacked.
So what I believe happened is PMCB's email server was hit with an Email Storm. One of the ways you can prevent a Storm is to use a Whitelist, which is a list of approved email addresses. Seems that PMCB's email is back up now with added safety measures.
Honestly, I hope I'm not right about this because it is completely criminal behaviour.
he'd tried to buy tracer bullets at a gun show in Arizona
Ok, imagine this. He wants to cause massive loss of life and slip away to live on the run, just like dear old papa.
He has several guns, loaded with regular bullets and tracers, which he fires into the crowd on the left side of the area. The tracers especially cause people to go running towards the right. Towards the giant jet fuel tanks.
He walks over to the other window, the one facing the jet fuel tanks, and fires at them, not using tracers in this case, with the intent of causing a massive explosion for all the people he herded to that direction.
Once one tank explodes, the others follow. Boom! Boom! Boom! Like a true warzone.
The resulting explosion would have blown out windows everywhere.
People would have sprinted non-stop in their underwear out of the hotel. Security wouldn't be able to contain them. The shooter slips out in the chaos.
With the windows all blown out the shooter is confident it will be days before his room is even identified.
By then, he's in a cabin somewhere perfecting his enchiladas.
So this thing just crashed through support levels. Anyone have a thought as to where this will go?
.70? .50?
Looks like he could be Javier Bardem's ugly brother

Those are real. Mostly ADRs, which I really wish they would just put on an entirely separate exchange.
They also need to stop allowing people to buy dark shells. If scammers had to go through the hassle of registering new companies I bet we'd see far fewer pump and dumps.
The Government loves having Protocols!
I suppose it's a step above the "Duck and Cover" protocols they gave me as a kid:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duck_and_cover
Another indication the shooter was planning to go on the run:
“Instead, he went straight up to the counter to speak with the cook and asked her about an enchiladas dish she cooks — he wanted to know how she made it,” Meland told the outlet."
http://nypost.com/2017/10/06/vegas-shooter-haunted-senior-center-looking-for-cheap-meals/
Cheapskate shooter drives out to his regular lunch place, not to eat, but to get the recipe for his favorite enchiladas.
Unless a new study shows that cannabis use turns people into zombies, I'll be holding $ACBFF for the 3 to 5 year timeframe.
If the DEA every decriminalizes cannabis, big tobacco will swoop in. As large as $ACBFF seems at $800 Million market cap, it's nothing compared to $MO's $120 BILLION market cap.
It's not just that, there are numerous new type 1 and 2 diabetes drugs about to hit the market. J&J is rather ruthless when it comes to cutting losses early and terminating partnerships when trials show poor data.
Guess that's why they have a $356 Billion dollar market cap.

Patriot One Technologies Stock Getting Attention Following Vegas Attack
Patriot One Technologies Inc. (CVE:PAT) announced on Monday that it received FCC approval for PATSCAN CMR, a microwave radar concealed weapons detection system
SmallCapPower | October 4, 2017: Patriot One Technologies Inc. (TSXV: PAT) shares soared 61% to close at $1.32 on Tuesday, a day after the concealed weapons detection system developer announced that it received FCC approval for PATSCAN CMR. Patriot One Technologies now holds both FCC and Industry Canada certification allowing it to move into commercial roll-out across North America, with other countries soon to follow.
Shares of Patriot One Technologies surged more than 80% over the two-day period ending on Tuesday.
This announcement comes after more than 50 people died and more than 400 were hurt when a 60-year-old gunman with an arsenal of at least 10 rifles fired on a Las Vegas country music festival on Sunday. Patriot One Technologies has developed technology that it hopes could prevent incidents like this from happening in future.
PATSCAN CMR is a first-of-its-kind cognitive microwave radar concealed weapons detection system, designed as an effective tool to combat active shooter threats before they occur. Currently, PATSCAN CMR focuses on markets encompassing houses of worship, academic institutions, event centres, casinos, commercial offices, hotel properties, government agencies and other locations at high risk of terrorist attack or random violence. This approval has significantly helped the Patriot’s share price, which was down 45% YTD before the announcement. Currently, Patriot One Technologies trades at Price to Book ratio of 2.24x and Price to TTM Sales of 5.39x.

March Networks and Patriot One partner for integrated video and covert weapon detection solution
DALLAS, TX and OTTAWA, Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - March Networks®, a global provider of intelligent IP video solutions, and Patriot One Technologies Inc. (TSXV: PAT) (OTCQB: PTOTF) (FRA: 0PL), developer of a revolutionary weapons detection system, are pleased to announce an integration that offers video-enabled covert weapon detection notifications to aid visual verification of potential threats and reconstruct incidents by providing clear video and data evidence to support investigations.
By combining real-time covert weapon detection alerts with high-definition (HD) video, the integrated March Networks and Patriot One solution allows security professionals in corporate buildings, schools, airports, stadiums, transit hubs and other commercial and government facilities to respond more knowledgeably, and quickly, to potential threats. It also enables security organizations to cost-effectively track how often concealed weapons are present in the facilities they oversee, so they can determine whether further security measures are required.
Using unique cognitive microwave radar technology embedded in a wall or stand-alone unit at a controlled access point, Patriot One's PATSCAN™ CMR weapon detection radar and software system detects concealed handguns, and other types of weapons, and sends real-time alerts to an organization or its security partner. The system is 'trained' to the location during installation and continues to learn after full deployment, getting better and smarter at detecting hidden weapons with each screening.
With the integrated solution, organizations can receive the alerts via the PATSCAN CMR Software as a Service (SaaS) user interface along with clear video images captured by a March Networks video recording solution, so they can immediately see who the suspect is and where they are located. Security staff can then access real-time video from multiple surveillance cameras simultaneously using the March Networks system to track a suspect's movements through a building or space, as required.
In addition, the integrated solution also captures all the PATSCAN CMR alerts and associated video in powerful March Networks Searchlight™ software, allowing organizations to conduct searches post-event and gather critical video and data evidence for further review or to share with law enforcement.
March Networks Searchlight is a business intelligence software application that integrates HD video with transaction, radio frequency identification (RFID), analytics and other system data to deliver valuable operational insights and awareness to customers. It is currently used by leading organizations to proactively identify theft and fraud, improve customer service, optimize workforce management, audit operations and track inventory more effectively.
"We are excited to introduce this new integration with Patriot One, which leverages the capabilities of our video and business intelligence platform for this unique commercial application," said Jeff Corrall, Head of Strategic Partnerships, March Networks. "The integrated solution enables organizations to proactively address potential threats and improve operational awareness significantly using correlated video and data evidence."
"Integrating with March Networks and its video surveillance technology is an exciting new step for the introduction of our PATSCAN CMR covert weapon detection radar device and software solution," expressed Dinesh Kandanchatha, President and CTO, Patriot One Technologies Inc. "We see great opportunities with this partnership as we roll out our technology around the globe."
March Networks will showcase the video-enabled covert weapons detection solution in Booth 4522 at the ASIS International Seminar and Exhibits, September 26-28, in Dallas, TX For more information, visit www.marchnetworks.com/asis-2017.

Yes, he got comped for two adjoining suites, so two separate entrance doors. Not sure which one SWAT breached, but it's entirely possible Mr. Campos pounded on the other door.
So looks like he shot the jet fuel tanks across from the concert. His intention could very well have been to cause an explosion and then take off in the chaos.
I think if they announce he had large amounts of cash on hand it will be clear he had planned to escape.

Great article iwitness4jc. To say biotech stocks are very speculative is an understatement!
So I see you post on various boards besides $PMCB. I'm curious what you think about one thing that is a red flag for me. On this board, the majority of posters only post about this stock. Literally the entire post history of many account here is limited to PMCB. Is that something you normally see on Ihub with other stocks? Just curious to get your take on this. Thanks in advance!
I have no idea, but if any company in the world can make a quick buck reverse engineering a TSLA Model 3 it would be a Chinese OTC company.
The fact that the company's website is no longer registered might be telling: http://zhongjimingyang.com/en
This is the relevant patent application from McMaster University:

There are NDAs and then there are NDAs.
90% of NDAs signed every day are for things like demonstrations of new software features. (I spit out my iced latte one time in Starbucks because this guy pulled out an NDA form for a demo he scheduled in a public space.)
A biotech NDA is signed or a discussion never even happens. On the one hand, Big Pharma doesn't want a little pharma to go off firing off press releases about an insignificant preliminary meeting. On the other hand, little pharma doesn't want to share any data with Big Pharma unless it has a host of assurances.
Software demo NDA is with the salespeople. Biotech NDA is with the legal team. Fortunately for $PMCB, KW was the senior and managing partner of his LA office, so I know he hasn't signed any silly NDAs that would be disadvantageous for shareholders.
New U.S. Patent Allowance Granted to AXIM® Biotechnologies, Inc. for Cannabinoid Ophthalmic Solutions for Glaucoma and Conjunctivitis Treatment
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/10/05/1141427/0/en/New-U-S-Patent-Allowance-Granted-to-AXIM-Biotechnologies-Inc-for-Cannabinoid-Ophthalmic-Solutions-for-Glaucoma-and-Conjunctivitis-Treatment.html
Boom! indeed!
Thomson Reuters shows 2 BUY recommendations for $EARS, one with a 12 month price target of $4.00 and the other a target of $4.50.
Zachs also shows 2 BUY recommendation. Those reports are dated 10/4.
The one out today, 10/5, is from ValueEngine. It has $EARS as a strong sell based on it's proprietary ranking system which puts $EARS against other biotechs. In that system, biotechs with revenues are going to smash $EARS, and that's exactly why it's listed as a strong sell. Oddly, the report lists 1 STRONG BUY recommendation. Wish they showed the names of the firms.
Anyway, nice to see any coverage of $EARS at all. No one was covering for a long while.
I glanced at the price and size, 10,000 shares, and in my mind it would be a DK as the price was well within the prior day's range and the size was so small.
Not sure what sort of extra fees and hassle would be involved, but going through any hoops to do a pre-market OTC trade of $500 seems incredibly silly to me. Price would have been higher for premarket.
