Are there any legitimate stocks on the OTC?

Those are real. Mostly ADRs, which I really wish they would just put on an entirely separate exchange.

They also need to stop allowing people to buy dark shells. If scammers had to go through the hassle of registering new companies I bet we'd see far fewer pump and dumps.
