No brainer, easiest stock I've ever bought and tossed in the "see you in a few years" drawer.
hahahah I needed that laugh. $AAPL historical for month of April 2004 below. Terrible investment, the people who sold made the right decision, what a stone, no movement, must be a dud. BBBAHAHAHA
Apr 01, 2004 High = 0.53 Low = 0.46
hahaha comical at best. I wonder if Bob Silver was a little preoccupied with getting the all-star Kevin Cox on the CAVR team.
What a TERRIBLE idea hahahahahaha.
Very nice! Very happy where this is heading.
Relax. $CAVR has delivered plenty in the last 6 months and according to the 3 PR's in the last 3 days they're not even close to done. Taking a step back and restructuring the SoKu app is actually a genius move. Times change, ether adapt or get left behind.
It does sound as if it's gearing more towards social app and less MJ app. Wondering if this might be an imagining decision. Per the PR, Mr. Cox is officially moving forward with the 5-division approach, Education and Health/Wellness being 2 of them.
As a side note, I'm thinking Mr.Silver can finally take a breather and focus a little more on SoKu and where he thinks it will best accommodate the LiveToBeHappy branding.
I'm loving the PR today. Our CEO is clearly a highly educated, well spoken man but the quote below really gets me giddy.....this is a man who succeeds in life and his confidence reflects that in the best possible way!
King ZipCode Changer?
“Kevin’s track record of success is impressive. We had shared our vision with him in the past, so when he approached us after leaving his previous role, we were thrilled someone with his credentials was interested in working with us to execute on our vision. Even more impressive to us was he backed his credentials up with a willingness to leverage personal assets to help capitalize the company further. He even agreed to accept an options package at a premium of $.07 per share."
Be sure to check out the 2 stickys. Lots of good info and a HELL OF A LOT more to come :)
Actually no ones questioning it. We took our own advice and called the company..... we know damn well where we're headed.
I'm thinking Kevin Cox didn't become our new CEO to just sit in the dark and take a walk on the quite path...
It's going to be a fun ride amigo :) A loud, wild ride!
I think Bob deserves A TON of respect with what he turned the company into. All about building blocks, he took CAVR to a point where it can ONLY NOW benefit from someone of Kevin Cox's caliber.
I don't think peeps realize how rare in the OTC world it is to have someone with the credentials like Kevin Cox to come in and take an OTC company under his wing, and offer up personal assets as collateral for funding! You kidding me!!!!
All I'm saying is that if it weren't for Bob's hard work and dedication, CAVR wouldn't have ever in a million years been on Kevin Cox's radar.
Or like suggested over 2 dozen times....CALL HIM!!!!!!
Well let's see, I bought shares today @ 5 cents. Would my shares still remain worth 5 cents if an RS was executed?
Tough stuff, I know....
You realize that makes no sense right!? Mr.Cox would still be paying the same premium RS or no RS. He's still paying a roughly 40% premium in either situation.
That's how percentages work......
Also, the company has no interest in RS lol nice try.
Call Bob Silver and have a chat with him. I can assure you the general statement you posted doesn't apply to CAVR, call and find out for yourself. :)
wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!
Yep lol. Doesn't take a Harvard degree to see that 0.07 is going to be a steal very verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry soon :)
I'm thinking Mr.Cox knows damn well where he feels confident he can bring the CAVR share price.
Long overdue hahaha? Kevin Cox disagrees.
Supposed to read - Heading towards 0.30 and yes 0.06 will absolutely be a memory.
OTCQB right around the corner? :)
The only thing WE are owed, is the right to perform basic DD. As mentioned already, it is very well known that many OTC companies ran into the same initial issue as CAVR did. It's a non-issue moving forward.
We soared 600% when it was claimed we would never break a penny lol.
Comical.
lol. We've soared +400% since they started trying to tell us we made a poor investment. BBAAHAHA got to love it.
A career topping mistake to whomever dumped that 700k shares this morning @ 0.05.
You will have plenty of time to reflect on what went through your mind while we obtain new highs on a weekly basis all throughout this summer.
>>>>Shame<<<<
Exactly. Higher overall lows is the name of the game. No one is going to complaining when 10 cents gets turned into unbelievably strong support. Then the real fun begins :)
Exactly. It's going to be epic. This is the sh*t you read about but never see because there's a 0.25% chance of being apart of these types of plays.
:)
We already know we've got a fountain of good news on the way 2021. I'm fairly confident that 52w high turns into extremely strong support in the very near future.
People don't even fully grasp the tower building. lol what a sleeper.
Yep funny how that works ain't it.
Yep accumulation insane. All while daily short interest is consistently over 50%
Going to be fun.
Couldn't be any healthier. We're absolutely clear for take off on next leg after this little churn.
Lol oh please. This is a healthy churn above the SMA20. Acc/dist still on an uprise with insane short interest still activity present.
All indicators pointing to strong next leg up incoming. It’s actually pretty simple haha.
Can’t wait to discuss how 10 cents is piss poor performance for CAVR and everyone is wasting their time haha.
Wwwweeeeeee might break 0.06 today wwwweeeeeee
While we're calling E*Trade, maybe we can call some other folks for clarity on how other shady operations work.
1 - Going to call back the Zimbabwean prince and ask him how he made his fortune. Interested to know how he can afford to send me $2m in return for the $2k I send him. Seems like a great deal, nice guy.
2 - Indian extended car warranty, I got to figure out how the hell he knew my warranty ran out when I didn't have one. They must have some super computer tracking my cars ECU. Thank god for their foresight.
3 - The IRS gentleman. Top notch work to catch my Social security number getting used by someone else. I'm so thankful they're willing to work for Apple gift cards, thought for sure it would cost more for their services.
Anyone else I'm missing?
lol I love the "call E*trade and ask them about shorting" statements. I treat Market makers the same way I do politicians. Everything they say is to protect them, they only care about themselves, no one else and they will lie directly in your face.
Unfortunately in this world, corruption and dirty play gets you to the top when you're the elite.
I agree, no retail would be doing that. Hence my joe shmoe comment.
I respect and generally agree with most of what you say, but highlighted in red below I certainly do not. Sure, Joe Shmoe isn't shorting a 0.05 stock, but to ignore the strength and the multitude of tactics that of a market maker seems foolish. The OTC is arguably the easiest prey for MM's to manipulate given that 19 out of 20 OTC stocks will go the typical debt/dilution route.
Times are certainly changing, but to turn a blind eye on the current manipulation is misleading IMO.

I have been around quite a while and also worked in the firms and traded a fund.
There is no manipulation today just a general lack of interest on either side. No bid support and no sale volume.
When sticks have no bid support after run ups they fall on low volume. It’s just how it works no manipulation.
Nobody shorts illiquid stocks with multi-baggers potential because Game stop happens. The risk can reward is terrible, the liquidity even worse.
We have entered the show me stage. Where if they deliver the upside continues of they don’t we fall another 50%, unless someone wanting size shows up.
Exactly this. Every day keeps getting healthier and healthier, not exactly seeing an end in sight at this pace.
If only everyone understood supply vs demand hahahahahab
God we’re golden. Love it when a plan comes together. Bob Silver simply has too much drive to fail, it was never an option.
Why does it matter? What video propelled us from 1 cent all the way to our current 4 cents PPS.
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAUAAUAUAJAUAJAJ
I think I pinpointed the confusion here. It wasn't really talked about much, but we had a global pandemic in the year 2020. It was called COVID-19 or something like that, probably no big deal......
