You realize that makes no sense right!? Mr.Cox would still be paying the same premium RS or no RS. He's still paying a roughly 40% premium in either situation.

That's how percentages work......

Also, the company has no interest in RS lol nice try.

I expect his .07 price to be adjusted for any reverse split they conduct
1:10 reverse split should make his basis $0.70/sh
