Thanks for alerting us to the Edgar item. I'm sure nobody meant to jump on you, we were just surprised we didn't see it anywhere else so there was some understandable skepticism pending a link. It's often weird how news items appear quickly on some sites but don't show up for hours on others...
Just updated my earlier post, pointing out that these Edgar numbers are for the quarter ending September 30th -- so would not include any proceeds from Enerjel sales or other income...
Actually "dbcrim" is right, there IS an item about a new Edgar filing on the Yahoo page -- whether it's really NEW or a mistake isn't clear to me yet. NOTE that these numbers are for the quarter ending last September 30th, so would NOT reflect any Enerjel sales or other income. Here's a link to the Yahoo DROP-quote page, the Edgar filing is the first item under "Headlines" (thought it was better to post this link than one to the filing itself, so everyone can see the context in case there's an accuracy issue)...

Important "shareholder of record" definitions: Found these (and similar ones) online, should explain the low-sounding number of 90 shareholders of record listed in the 10-K (make it seem clear that the number given doesn't reflect the actual number of individuals who have bought shares). Note that the occasional BOLD type is mine, to highlight some passages. Hope this helps clarify this slightly-confusing issue...
=========================
1) "The shareholder of record is the person named on the company's books as owning one or more shares of that company's stock. Dividends or any other distributions made by the company are only made to the shareholder of record. The shareholder of record should not be confused with the beneficial owner of shares. The beneficial owner receives the benefits of stock ownership without being the shareholder of record. Brokerage houses often keep shares in a "street name" rather than the name of the shareholder of record in order to facilitate future transactions. A shareholder of record may also be called a holder or owner of record."
--------------------------
2) Shareholder of Record: If your shares are registered directly in your name with the Company’s transfer agent, you are considered the shareholder of record with respect to those shares.
Beneficial Owner of Shares Held in Street Name: If your shares are held in an account at a brokerage firm, bank, broker-dealer, or other similar organization, then you are the beneficial owner of shares held in “street name.” The organization holding your account is considered the shareholder of record for purposes of voting at the Annual Meeting. As a beneficial owner, you have the right to instruct that organization on how to vote the shares held in your account.
For grammar amusement only: I too absolutely hate seeing words misused or misspelled, especially by a company I'm invested in. But just out of curiosity I checked out the errors mentioned today regarding DROP's statement on shipping delays. And I was surprised to find that "publically" is a technically acceptable (although very outdated) alternative to "publicly" -- and the even worse offender, "GI track" (which is definitely wrong), also appears in many places including some medical/hospital websites! Not much else to do today, so this is how I've been spending some of my time while watching the price churn in a narrow range for the past few hours...
FYI, that explanation re shipping delays is also posted on Fuse's main homepage (under "Latest News" in the middle of the page, with the headline "Q&A with Fuse Science"). It's not nearly as prominent as it probably should be, but at least it's there...
Answer to phone problem: I just spoke with the front-desk person in the office building, and she went upstairs to personally check on the situation. She just told me that OfficeOne and Fuse are both still there & at work, but their phones ARE down and AT&T is trying to fix the problem. My guess is that maybe Fuse's phones actually run through OfficeOne's system, so both would be affected by the same problem. In any case, I think this makes it clear that Fuse has NOT "skipped town" and is simply facing a nasty technical problem not of their making. Just so nobody thinks I'm making this up, the front-desk # is (305) 466-2816 -- but I really DON'T suggest that other people call, because it'll drive the poor receptionist nuts...
I just tried calling OfficeOne, which Rooster6 spoke with earlier this morning and has offices on the same floor as Fuse -- and I now get the SAME "not in service" recording there, as when calling the Fuse number. So I'm wondering if maybe there's just a temporary phone problem affecting everyone in that building...
Kind of interesting -- on Amazon, the only critical review of Enerjel that had appeared yesterday has now been removed. I assume that can only be done by someone "in power" at Amazon, so I wonder what the story is there. That post had basically dismissed all of the GOOD reviews, on grounds that the basher believed the positive posters were just company shills and hadn't really had a chance to receive and evaluate the product. I have no basis myself for judging the truthfulness of the positive reviewers, but their comments are all very persuasively written...
Thanks, Rob! Really good to know that they're using other media to explain the problem while also stirring more interest. I assume they'll be putting out a similar message via Twitter too, if they haven't already (I'm not a Facebooker OR a Tweeter, so I have to rely on others to tell me what's happening in that universe)...
Captain, it's truce-time! ... -:) -- We're on the same side here loving this stock, and there's nothing wrong with a little constructive criticism or advice once in a while (as per your own post #7626 this morning, saying that "... as a consumer i want to see more features benes on that product page. Is this herbs or ben gay u rub on" Those were good points, and I hope maybe you've also conveyed them directly to the company)...
Just FYI, it's down again. And Captain, please remember that we try not to be insulting to each other here. Believe me, I'm grown up and I know these kinds of things happen. No need to get condescending, especially when a pro-FUSE poster simply points out a legitimate short-term concern...
IT'S BACK UP!... Seems a little slow right now, but it is working again...
I'm not worried about the company long-term, just concerned that first impressions count and if people can't view the website while trying today some of them may never try again...
Hope that tons of hits is the reason for the site going down, but if that's the case I'm also a little ticked that they weren't ready to handle that much volume -- means that lots of people who may want to order won't be able to do it, and may then quickly lose interest. And if the problem is due to another reason, not good either. So hope they can get it up and running again FAST...
Re the release-news posting: Weird, on my computer at least the PR just NOW showed up in the main IHub news section (on the pages that appear when you call up the latest quote or news items). But I see that it was posted earlier on top of the message-list (different page), as Griff mentioned. Strange, but maybe it's just me for some reason -- wouldn't be the first time I was odd man out!...
Any idea why the product-release PR isn't appearing yet on IHub? At least, I'm not seeing it yet and am wondering how many news services HAVE carried it so far this morning...
FYI, regarding that mysterious "T": I've also called PR-Newswire to alert them to the apparent mistake, they're double-checking and say they'll fix it once it's clarified with the company...
That "T" looks to me like a technical glitch on the PR Newswire. If you look at their previous press releases, the word Enerjel and the phrase "powered by Fuse" both have the "TM" trademark symbol tagged on to their ends in superscript format. So I suspect the appearance of the "T" in today's release is just some kind of text-corruption. My best guess right now, anyway. I actually just called Fuse to alert them, hope maybe they'll get it fixed before it hits others newswires...
Okay, finally couldn't resist and added more at .50 -- hope springs eternal...
Aren't we all?!! (still learning, that is)...
No, it's Alphatrade (their "E-Gate" system, which I like a lot). I've tried restarting a few times with no result, am now just trying to contact them directly to see if they can resolve the problem. But thanks for asking. Sorry you felt the need to get out, and I can understand your concerns. But I'm still in profit at the moment, and still have hopes of much bigger profits ahead so I'm sticking it out for the longer term...
Thanks, Jimmy! -- guess it's just me, I hope/assume my screens will renew before the opening...
A bit weird -- On my stock-streamer I'm currently not seeing ANY L-2 numbers for DROP (no bids or asks), even though I normally do even at this hour (they're sometimes carryovers from the previous day, but at least they're shown). Anybody else noticing the same thing, and if so have any idea why? There are also a few other stocks not showing numbers either, so it may simply be a glitch with my system -- but thought I should ask just in case...
crossball: I missed the Sykes post before it was deleted, and frankly would like to see it or at least have someone summarize it for me in a reasonable way. I don't want whatever he said to deter others from the stock, but it's also important to know what he's up to. Any chance you could sum it up either privately to me, or by privately asking the "boardmaster" if he can restore the post or allow you to post a public summary? Thanks...
Joshuri -- frankly, no idea on a pullback so I'm watching just like everyone else. Unfortunately I've got to head out for the rest of the day, will keep checking on the price but won't be able to post any more. So, good luck to all of us!...
Sorry, Joshuri -- no offense intended!.... I just got the wrong impression from your earlier post that you were looking to get in for the first time (at .50). But my comments about this board's overall tone still stand, and might be worth heeding in general...
Joshuri & other newcomers: Hope you're noticing that most longtime posters here are unusually thoughtful & realistic compared to other message boards. That's been a great feature of this group, and I'm frankly afraid that today's apparent breakout could start attracting some less-responsible pumpers & bashers of the kind seen on Yahoo and other places. So for future reference you might want to take note of which current posters seem the most sensible, and be wary of any new voices that seem too shrill and out-of-tune with the historical mood here...
I'm no expert, and no advice-giver. But I've been a patient longtime holder of this stock, and today sure smells like a breakout to me (so I wouldn't count on seeing .50 again)...
Wondering how you figure this is a "very low floater"? According to the financials the float equals more than 98% of all outstanding shares -- that sounds like a BIG float to me, or am I somehow misunderstanding the term?. Thanks for any clarification...
Of course, that also means somebody else BOUGHT those shares...
Anyone else notice that 15,000,000 share trade that just went through at .20 ? Pretty interesting, wonder if it was a mistake or a big signal one way or another...
Questions re the dividend: I'm sure this has been discussed before -- so I apologize if it's an old topic, but I just haven't been able to find specific references in my searches...
Since this dividend seems to basically be in the form of real estate, how is it going to be valued when it comes to tax-time?
Do we have any way of knowing the actual worth of whatever "square-meterage" we each get for our shares? -- and how do we deal with it in terms of dividend-reporting, capital gains, or other tax-obligations (for that matter, is real estate dealt with in an entirely different way -- different forms, different tax-rates -- than simple shares of stock?)?
Any hard info or ideas would be much appreciated, since all those who get the dividend will have to face these issues at some point...
Thanks in advance...
Scott

Oh, it's real good to know this stuff (re Lebed pumping AOBO) -- so thanks much, for mentioning it. I'm just pleasantly surprised that I actually glommed onto this stock (and LENF yesterday) on my own, without getting tipped by someone else...
globe
Don't know if Lebed-pumping is good or bad, in a case like this (AOBO). Anyway, seems to be looking pretty nice so far (at least the news is "real," and the company looks solid -- unlike many of Lebed's other "pumps")...
globe
Lance -- apologies, and in fact I was about to private-message you to ask if there'd been a problem with my earlier post (wasn't sure if it had been deleted by mistake, or what -- that's why I posted it a second time).
I'd thought your rule was "no MORE than three" boards, and I certainly did NOT mean to violate your guidelines. The three boards I posted that item on are in fact the ONLY boards I monitor, on all of IHub -- so I just felt obliged to share the info with other people on them. But if that's a problem for you, I'll certainly go ahead and eliminate one of the others in favor of posting here.
Sorry again, and do whatever you feel is right regarding my last post or this apology, and I hope I can "start fresh" with you...
