No, it's Alphatrade (their "E-Gate" system, which I like a lot). I've tried restarting a few times with no result, am now just trying to contact them directly to see if they can resolve the problem. But thanks for asking. Sorry you felt the need to get out, and I can understand your concerns. But I'm still in profit at the moment, and still have hopes of much bigger profits ahead so I'm sticking it out for the longer term...
